It is not the first year that we have been vacationing in this place and we will rest again and again, everything is wonderful here:the sea is 100 meters away, at least 4 cafes for every taste and pocket, the New Athos Monastery and caves are within walking distance, and OF COURSE the guest house itself and its owners!!! Zara is a great hostess:everything is always clean and tidy, polite, courteous, friendly, ready to help solve your questions, within reason, her husband, if possible, will help with the transfer; small cozy rooms with everything you need (shower, toilet, air conditioning), a nice spacious courtyard with a summer kitchen and necessary accessories (tile, microwave, dishes, sink) You won't find anything better for this money, believe me, you've been to Abkhazia many times, and all that's cheaper is either the price for a bed, or a shared shower and toilet, or to go to the sea like to China, if you go, then by Dawn-comfort, coziness and maximum positivity.

At the moment we live here, we were greeted warmly, kind and decent hosts, everything is as agreed, each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning (which is very pleasing), clean, cozy, repair is normal. Refrigerator, kettle, microwave on the floor, there is no kitchen (it does not matter to us). The sea is really 100m away, 2 lines, a very convenient place. The hostess takes away the laundry, it remains only to hang it (thank her very much). A family of 5 people is having a rest, we rent 2 rooms, we are happy with everything, if possible we will come back to them. We recommend it.
