We rested at the Olga guest house on Oktyabrskaya 368 from July 2 to July 10, 2024. Our family really liked it. The house itself and the rooms are very clean. We rested on the third floor, a chic chalet-style room. The room has a double bed, a separate bed for a child, air conditioning, TV, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. View from the balcony to the sea and mountains. The territory is well-groomed, flowers, grapes, there is a barbecue area, Parking for a car (this was important to us, since we arrived by car). There is an opportunity to cook by yourself, as there is an equipped kitchen, and cafes and canteens are located nearby. The sea is within walking distance, 3 minutes walk. The beach is clean, there are entertaining moments (banana riding, scooter). There is a shop next to the house, we bought fresh suluguni there every morning, we are cheese lovers)). In general, the cheese theme in Abkhazia is well developed, everything is delicious and fresh. About the staff of the house: Everyone is very friendly, responsive to requests. The rooms are in order. The owners of the house, Olga and Alexander, are wonderful people, pleasant to communicate with. We really enjoyed staying with them. If we still go to Abkhazia, then exclusively to them).

We had a rest at the Olga guest house in August 2024. The house is located on the first street from the sea, the sea is across the street in 5 minutes. walking. The house itself and the rooms are very clean, the yard is beautiful green. There are beautiful flowers on every floor of the house and on the windowsills. It's like in a greenhouse!) Our room was on the third floor, a chic chalet-style room. It is very comfortably equipped, has everything you need. There is a double bed in the room, two bedside tables on the sides. There is also a 1.5-seater pull-out sofa for a child or another adult. There is also air conditioning, a huge TV with a set-top box, a wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers, a coffee table. The bed linen and towels are brand new and clean. There is a mini-kitchen on each floor for 2 rooms: a large refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, sink, dishes (new!), work surface. Even a kitchen towel and dishwashing detergent with a sponge are included - a trifle, but it's nice!) There is a balcony on the floor for two rooms with tables and armchairs. View from the balcony to the sea and mountains. The territory is well maintained, flowers, grapes, there is a veranda-dining room, barbecue area, Parking for a car. There is an opportunity to cook by yourself in the equipped kitchen in the courtyard. Next to the house there is a shop - 20m, khachapurnaya across the street. The rooms are tidy, the common area and courtyard are often cleaned. You can always order additional room cleaning and a change of linen (500 rubles).
The owners are very friendly, helpful people, they always meet you halfway.
We really enjoyed staying with them. If we go to Abkhazia again, it will be exclusively to them.

I had a rest in August for 24 years, the guest house is located on the first line, which is very convenient.The entire infrastructure is located nearby.The sea is magnificent, within walking distance.The rooms correspond to the price-quality ratio.I liked.
