The worst experience of my life if you want to rent this hotel, think 1000 times
I waited 6 hours for check-in, they didn't answer my calls and messages, because they didn't understand something correctly (a nightmare)
They didn't offer a solution to the problem, just yes, you waited 6 hours, but we don't care!
They settled in an outright hellhole, I can't say otherwise
Starting from the entrance, everything is very bad
The apartment is smoky, smells of fumes, the bathroom is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the walls are dirty, you can plant potatoes on the floor. The room is cold and scary. The neighbors were strange and made frightening noises. Just a horror in one word. I couldn't stay there for more than a few hours, which I reported to the manager. I called in tears, telling about the room I got a hundred - well, all the best. The human attitude of this character is apparently not familiar. I didn't get any compensation, I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE
I do not know where such bad reviews come from! But our experience is successful! We booked a room in the year 23 . We were driving with a child, we immediately came to the place, the room was clean, cupboards and towels , kettle , appliances, the only thing that was noisy was because the room was by the road, but you can also ask for access to the courtyard. Convenient location , Nemiga metro station. The administrator is adequate and mobile. Everything was OK.
It's a disgusting place and expensive for such a service. This is an ordinary two-bedroom apartment with an unpleasant smell, tired, in need of repair... We were able to check in only at 2 p.m., they hadn't allowed us to before, and they didn't even talk or get into the situation. They talked to the landlord of the apartment through the intercom . The apartment itself is in an old shabby entrance on the 5th floor.
