We had a family vacation in August. There are a lot of warm emotions left. Everything is clean, cozy, new. We had a spacious room with a large kitchen.

They were in May 2024. Excellent location, nice clean room, relaxing stay. 3 min. to the embankment. There is a kitchenette in the room, a small stove, dishes. Since I don't cook on vacation, I personally would prefer a microwave oven. The staff is very polite and caring. I hope that we will visit this place more than once. Thank you🙏💕
The hotel is located in a former residential building, a separate entrance has been converted into a hotel. The embankment is 3 minutes away. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a large kitchen and a sofa, it can accommodate 4 people, we were with my wife and daughter. Nearby there is a grocery store, an ateka, an embankment, a park. If you want to take a walk, you can walk to the sights. I booked directly from the hotel's website, thanks a lot to Nelly's manager. I recommend the hotel.
Of course, there is a nuance, WiFi was constantly falling off, TV via the Internet was not really configured. But that's not why we're going to Sukhum))

It looks like our room was supposed to be a one-room apartment (kitchen + room + bathroom), but they made a two-room room out of it, I can't say that it lost out on this: a room with a double bed, and instead of a kitchen, a children's room: two single beds and one nursery.
1 Room is spacious, plenty of space.
2 Fresh Ikea furniture.
3 The room is clean.
4 There is a fully equipped shared kitchen, and in the room there is only a kettle and a refrigerator.
5 Excellent location, 200 m from the promenade and the beach.
6 There is always a parking place near the hotel.
Now about the cons:
1 Turn off the light and water. As it turned out later, the whole city is being turned off, but the fact that the hostess did not warn us about this is a big minus. The water was turned off every night from about 23:00 to 7:00. The lights were also turned off almost every night, but the shutdown time was always different. A couple of times a week, the lights and water were turned off during the day. The whole city went out once (including street lighting, shops and cafes).
They gradually got used to it: a couple of 5-liter bottles of water and charged flashlight phones helped out.
2 Cleaning every three days, it's not very scary. But the fact that the hostess had to be reminded about cleaning is a minus (they didn't clean up after three days, they cleaned up four days after they reminded us of themselves).
3 On the first day, the bed broke down, and it was repaired in the evening. But it seems to me that not for long, as I realized, the bed did not break for the first time.
4 This is no longer a remark, but a wish: there were still a couple of chairs and a table missing in the room.
As a result: despite the listed disadvantages, we were satisfied with the hotel. I wrote you the cons, if they don't scare you, then I recommend the hotel.
A great guest house. The rooms are spacious. The toilet has underfloor heating. There are splits everywhere. Clear. A very friendly hostess. The beach is very close.
