Wonderful hosts, Rosa and Vagan, and their four-legged friend Jonik, everything is within walking distance, 3 minutes to the sea, this year the vacation was a success, lucky with the weather, the sea is clean, warm, there was no storm and rain.

We had a rest at the end of June. We are very satisfied! The hosts are very kind and hospitable people! The territory is decorated with flowers, well-groomed, the rooms are clean, there are no interruptions with water and light.shops, tents (market) The SEA is 5 minutes away, kebabs, fruits are all nearby! We are very grateful for the warm welcome)) I wish Rosa and Vagan adequate guests!! Do I recommend this guest HOUSE-DEFINITELY, YES!!!! Thank you for everything, from the moment of the meeting to the last day at your place!!
There is also a dog on the territory, Zoya.Dear wonderful golden creature!!
Dishes, bed linen, a laundry basin and a washing machine are provided for use, which is very important with children.

Sea Breeze is a very decent guest house, we lived here on our last visit. It is very close to the sea, to the center, with all the infrastructure - also close. One dining room right behind the gate is if you don't want to go anywhere. A nice kitchen with two large refrigerators - there is a place for everyone, a lot of dishes. Very good hosts, I talked more with Rosa- I am ready to fulfill your request, prompt, advise. Literally across the road is a small river, where a small pool is made, there are trout swimming there - a lot! We often stood there, admired, breathed the sea air. And I put 4, because- neighbors!!! Then they turn on the TV at full power, then they shout at the top of their voices!!! Oh my God! I went there from my neighbors with their trampling, repairs, drills, and there I encountered the same (((the owners have nothing to do with it, but here 🤷♀️. And inexpensive. However, towels, soap, etc. Need to have their own. But we knew all this in advance, we prepared, it didn't bother us. So I recommend with a solid 4.

We were from July 30th to August 11th.The guest house is nice, lovely room, everything is there, air conditioning, refrigerator,shower,toilet, sink, everything is clean and tidy.There were not enough chairs in the room.The on-site dining room is very expensive and others are on the next street.I saved my own kitchen at the guest house, an electric stove,dishes, a thermopot, cook and eat.There are many shops where you can buy any kind of products.Many thanks to the staff at home, there were only two of them working, they say there is a shortage of workers, but they did well in time to do everything.

Not a bad hotel. Not far from the shore.
Normal rooms, with everything you need. The price tag is reasonable.
There is a cafe. There is a parking lot. There is a shared kitchen.
Of the cons: on the ground floor, some rooms stink of dampness and something else. Plumbing requires attention from the owners (in several rooms).
The cafe is average, there is a lot to strive for.
Many thanks to the administrator Alexandra, for the quick solution of all issues (everyone in the hotels would work like this).

The most beautiful place, excellent hosts, in October the comfort triple room cost us 1000 rubles a day, it's generally a freebie, the sea is 100 meters, a trout pond two meters from the gate, a playground the child was very happy, a huge thank you to Yuri for further prosperity!

We never found out if it was good or bad.... While we were negotiating (directly), we gave an advance payment of 7500r., Everything was good and polite.
But force majeure happened to the weather, heavy rains and flooding. It was at least dangerous to go to them. We contacted them, they said they would refund the advance. They answered something unintelligible for a while, and then they stopped answering at all. So the conclusion is that they are polite and good, as long as you have the money. When you've already given it away, you're not interesting....

Clean cozy rooms with everything you need, the guest house is located close to the sea, the shared kitchen is large and equipped with tables, electric refrigerators and gas stoves. Friendly and humane kind and caring hosts. The courtyard is homely and green + fountain.
