The cons of this hotel are more than the pros. One of the good things is that there are many animals living on the territory, chickens, parrots, owls, and a cat. If you sleep for a long time in the morning, then it will not work here, from about 5 a.m. the whole household actively begins to make sounds. The territory is nice and well maintained. The sea is literally 50 meters from the fence.
Of the cons
- Practically non-working air conditioner. It was breaking down, and it was fixed during the afternoon, but there was practically no cold. I was barely working, and it was very hard to be on the upper floors, where the heat is coming from the roof.
- Mold in the rooms, in the bathroom. The neighbors' toilet was breaking, the hostess did not react in any way, and I had to wait a couple of days to fix it.
- The communal kitchen is unsanitary. Here, of course, we were upset by the disregard of the hosts for the guests. For the two owls that are kept on site, frozen chickens are thawed directly in guest bowls that people use for salads. We also saw dead fish in the pond twice (at that time it was unclear what they were dying of, infection or what), also safely placed in common dishes and stood in the kitchen for everyone to see.
- There are three gazebos for guests on the territory, this is objectively not enough for 12 rooms, if you do not run to borrow at 16 o'clock, there is especially nowhere to sit in the evening.
- Well, in general, the rooms are very modest. The interior is shabby, everything is very cheap. We paid 4000 rubles per day, we expected not so bad conditions. The windows overlook the stairs, and I had to keep the curtains closed all the time, so it was dark and uncomfortable. Toilet paper is issued once, if you run out, you need to buy it yourself. With these saved 20 rubles, the owners probably got especially rich)))
And a bonus tip)), don't buy wine from the locals, it's almost all tinted alcohol. The hostess also advised her relatives who make "good wine" - just a very bad product.

We rested at the end of July 2024 for 8 days. A wonderful guest house with five rooms, very cozy! The summer kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Beautiful dishes in abundance, all household appliances! There are recreation areas for each room, a barbecue area, a gazebo. A playground, a slide, a swing for kids and even a mini children's car park. There is good Wi-fi in the territory, smart TV in each room.
A hospitable, attentive host! The biggest advantage of the guest house of the World is its advantageous location! 5 minutes to the sea through a grove of Pitsunda pines. Shops within walking distance, vegetables and fruits! We will definitely come back next year! Thank you for a great stay 🙌

We had a rest in June 2024. I liked everything!
The guest house is located next to a pine grove, which leads directly to the beach. Therefore, the whole road to the sea will take no more than 2-3 minutes👍🏼 In addition, the road to the sea passes through the cafe Tis - this is very convenient if you do not want to cook yourself. But the territory also has everything you need for a comfortable stay - an air conditioner, a chat room, a refrigerator in the room, a washing machine, an iron, dishes, a microwave oven, a gas stove in the common area.
A small number of rooms and several tables in different locations are convenient for a comfortable stay on the territory of the guest house. We had a full settlement - no one interfered with each other.
In general, we were very satisfied!!!!! Recommend 💯

We rested for 11 days now in July, with the family, we really liked it, everything is within walking distance, the beach with a gorgeous pine grove, there are a lot of cafes nearby if you don't want to cook for any budget.There is a bus stop nearby, you can also go to Pitsunda, Gagra, Athos.You can take a taxi anywhere. The hosts:Fatima and Anton, very pleasant polite housewives, will always tell you everything. Come, you won't regret it

We had a rest in September 2023. There are only disadvantages to living. The water in the bathroom is leaking onto the floor, no one cares. There's nowhere to hang street clothes in the room except the closet, but it's clean. Bags should only be placed on the floor at the threshold, the TV does not work, there is not enough space in the kitchen to cook for everyone, and so on. Thank you, the beach is nearby and we left in the morning and returned in the evening.
