We had a good rest! Many thanks to Julia and Sergey. I really liked their guest house, we will also come with friends. We had a nice spacious room, bright, cozy, brand new furniture, wi-fi, lots of channels, air conditioning, a huge balcony overlooking the sea, everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Timely cleaning, change of towels. On the ground floor there is a large summer kitchen, which has a children's corner and a cocoon swing, the youngest daughter played there constantly for 2 years while I was cooking. Sergey took our whole family on a boat along the coast, the beautiful scenery opens from the sea, we really liked it. Very good location, there is something to see in the sea, there is a rock for those who like to dive in masks, and after a 15-minute walk there is a sandy beach,

We had a rest on 06.23g. Thanks to Yulia and Sergey for the hospitality! I read the reviews, they write about old furniture, some doors, photo montage, etc. We rested on the third floor, the view is amazing, the five-storey building standing to the right does not bother at all! It can be seen all over the bay, in the morning they admired dolphins more than once over a cup of coffee, in the evening you will sit on the balcony with a glass of wine, it's just beautiful! The furniture in the room is all new, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator! There is everything you need in the kitchen, even a Turk! We turned to Yulia several times, she always solved everything at once! Sergey organized an eternal fishing trip on his boat, and there are plenty of emotions!!! And the decoration of the garden on the third floor, in the evening the lighting is very beautiful!Everything is just wonderful! You can probably write endlessly!I would especially like to mention T.Vika, everyone knows her there! She has the best Khachepuri in Abkhazia!!! I have never tried anything like this! We will definitely come next year and I will recommend it to my friends!

We rested in early spring in this mini-hotel, we were alone. A calm, quiet place, there is a parking place. Wonderful hospitable hosts. A room was prepared for us and warmed up. At the first request, they gave me a microwave oven. The balcony has all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Gorgeous sea views, the sound of the surf. We hope to return next year.

We had a rest with my husband at the Mayak guest house from 18 - 30.04 (In Abkhazia for the first time). We previously studied a lot of reviews on various hotels, guest houses in Pitsunda, chose the "Lighthouse" in terms of price, proximity to the sea, and the presence of a large number of positive reviews, which were very many, which at first caused some distrust of their reliability. Upon arrival and acquaintance with the friendly hosts Sergey and Julia, we were convinced that the reviews were 100% reliable. We lived on the 3rd floor with a kitchen on the balcony (overlooking the sea), the room is clean, the furniture is new, there is a small refrigerator, a TV with a large selection of channels, air conditioning. Despite the fact that we had a rest in the second half of April, we were lucky with the weather. We cooked ourselves in the kitchen and watched the dolphins from the balcony, because all cafes open by the beginning of the season, i.e. May-June. Sergey and Yulia reacted very quickly to all the questions that arose, they were ready to help in any situation. We really enjoyed the trip, many thanks to Sergey and Julia for their hospitality. We will recommend you to our friends and acquaintances.

There was a room with a new smart TV. The air conditioner is installed correctly. Two floors are capital and there is a third floor made of timber. Clear. Adequate owners. The lights are often turned off. Good tap water has its own well. Good Wi-Fi

Nice guest house. Clean, friendly hosts, very nice view from the Windows, we lived on the top floor, overlooking the sea. Separately, we can say about the kitchen on the balcony! Super, you cook and sit and admire the sea, and then you have dinner with the whole family over a glass of Abkhazian wine!

We had a vacation with our family at the end of March 2021. It's a wonderful time, spring, peace and quiet. We specially came before the big season to relax and enjoy nature. We settled on the 3rd floor in a new room with its own kitchen-balcony overlooking the sea. Despite the fact that this is a guest house, the rooms are on the level of a good hotel. The place itself is located in a quiet bay, surrounded on one side by Pitsunda, on the other side by the Musser Nature Reserve. We cooked by ourselves, the products can be purchased in the shops of the village of Ldzaa or in Pitsunda itself. The assortment in the stores is not bad, the prices are adequate, not higher than Russian ones. Very cheap local wine, at least in March it was like that. In some places, fishermen sold fresh fish (mullet, pelamis, mullet) at reasonable prices. We bought a lamb for 250 rubles / kg (in Sochi restaurants the same price per 100 grams). Relict forests, eucalyptus trees, and bamboo grow around - nature delights. Of course, we didn't see much during the few days of our stay, but we firmly decided to return here in the autumn.

This is not the first time we have visited Sergei and Yulia at the Lighthouse. We loved this place the first time. Very cozy and tasteful. And the sea is simply impossible to convey. In general, we are very satisfied.

I rented a room in the house next to the Lighthouse, I was not in it) But it stands right on the mountain, and the sea view should be great) And walk to the sea - cross the road. There is a good and relatively inexpensive dining room nearby (even two)). But in general, I really like the Fish Factory - the beach, the sea, and the wooded mountains ...) But they said it didn't seem to be cheap at the Lighthouse... In any case, it's worth coming here - there is always accommodation for every taste, rooms are rented all along the coast.

We were passing through. Good hosts, nice people, but the rooms and infrastructure are very poor. Old linen, poor plumbing, bad doors in the rooms, etc., etc. Repairs seem to be fresh, but everything else is clearly used. The condition of the toilet rim was shocking...

I read Maxim's review. It feels like he lived somewhere else. All the furniture in the Lighthouse is new, bed linen too. The view of the sea does not block anything. Everything you need is in the room. Even a safe and a hairdryer.
