Marina Rai Guest House pleased us with its hospitality and delicious cuisine!
The rooms were clean and cozy.
I especially remember the delicious homemade food that the hostess cooked, a variety of dishes, from traditional to exotic.
There is a recreation area with a barbecue where you can roast kebabs or just relax in the fresh air.
The guest house is located in a quiet, beautiful and peaceful place, 10 minutes walk to the sea.
Special thanks to Marceline, she's just a magician, all the pastries and desserts from her hands just melt in her mouth!
We will definitely come back again, to this beautiful and rainbow house!

We are very happy with our stay at the Marina. Their wonderful family: Marina, Zakhar and Marceline, welcomed us as family. Many thanks to them for this!!! On the territory of their guest house there are wonderful rooms with all amenities. A huge veranda with a kitchen where you can cook on your own to spend wonderful, soulful evenings. You can also order breakfasts, lunches and dinners from Marina and delicious pastries from Marceline. This is beyond all praise!!!! Thank you so much for our rest and peace of mind!!!! We will definitely come to you again!!! 😀

Our friends Larisa and Tatiana from Tatarstan rested at Marina's for a week. We are very pleased that we got to them, Marina's son Zakhar met us from Adler, which is very convenient for us, Marina welcomed us cordially and placed us in a clean, cozy room with amenities (toilet, shower) The place is very picturesque at the foot of the mountains, 😍💓beauty. At the request of vacationers, Marina prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner, and her daughter-in-law Marceline prepares wonderful pastries. We rested for the second time at the Marina
I like everything, the food is always fresh, the pastries are very fresh and delicious
I liked that the owners had their own cow (they ordered milk for the children)
It took about 5 minutes to get to the beach with the children
There are few shops, but they have everything we needed
The rooms are quite normal, clean
Geese run around in the garden, they never bothered us to sleep, and in general they were rarely noticed
The price corresponds to the rooms,the room has air conditioning,Wi-Fi
We did not prepare the food ourselves, but there is a dining room for those who cook themselves
The hosts are nice and friendly
This year we are going back to them with two families with children, we like everything!

The impression is extremely negative of Marina Rai's house – this is a cottage that was hastily equipped for the summer period. The yard is overgrown, the owners' house needs repair. Externally, the rooms are as in the photo, but: the kitchen is a profiled-covered hangar, in which there are two refrigerators (one is broken), one kettle for all rooms, one stove. To go to the sea along limestone rubble, along the way there is a shop. 3500 RUB / day room (the red price is 1000 RUB). We decided to leave and offered: for the paid day – for which the advance was paid – we will spend the night, leave in the morning and add. we paid for the cleaning of the room. When they returned from the sea, the son of the hostess met and began to aggressively sort out the relationship (I will not describe it, let it remain on his conscience) and demand compensation for 3 days. We left this "friendly" house with the children at night for nowhere. But we were lucky to find a wonderful house outside Sukhumi – For 2000, a bright room, a furnished separate kitchen, everything is tiled in the courtyard, vineyards, an asphalt road to the sea.

The owners are sincere and very decent.The prices are reasonable.
Marina cooks very well. The dishes are always very tasty and varied.

A deaf private sector, no infrastructure. Small rooms, instead of a back wall in the shower, just a plastic panel. There is one refrigerator and a kettle for all rooms in the kitchen with black spots on the curtains, there are not even enough chairs. When we said that we were not satisfied with the conditions and we were leaving, in addition to the paid deposit and 1000 rubles (for a change of bed linen, which we did not even touch) the son of the hostess began to demand payment for all the days. As a result, after noisy proceedings in front of all the guests, my children and I went to look for another place at 10 pm. Moreover, they found a more comfortable and for a lower price! So be careful when choosing this place!

Upon arrival, Marina informed us that there were no rooms available, and sent us to the neighbors at 10 p.m. with the children, one of whom is 4 years old, to look for housing and negotiate a price. After driving 1150km , standing at the border for more than two hours, tired, we had to turn around and drive back, I would not advise anyone this place to relax

They were dissatisfied with Marina's vacation. The information indicated a hotel, but in fact the private sector, the house was photographed in the photo, they arrived, it turned out that the owners live there, and people are settled in wooden buildings, then why take a photo, like this is a hotel. Deceiving people. They said to walk to New Athos for 15 minutes at a calm pace, but in fact 30 minutes. They said 3 minutes to the sea, in fact 12 minutes. The rooms are cold and damp. There are geese in the yard that scream all the time and don't let you sleep. A remote village, there are no pharmacies, no cafes, only a canteen. In general, I do not recommend going to them.
