I traveled with my children in early November 2023 and stayed with Margarita.
Very clean, bright and cozy rooms with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. There is a comfortable kitchen downstairs, there is everything you need. They were warmly and hospitably received; they provided assistance in excursions. A good location - the sea is nearby, shops are nearby. Thank you

Very good. Clean, neat. The room is very nice. Hot water, all conditions. The sea is very close. Cafes nearby. The hostess is a very good, kind woman. The bed changes after 5 days. The bed is clean and smells delicious. I really liked it. I recommend.

I recommend. It is a 4-minute walk to the sea. We lived in room 4 on the second floor. We booked another room on the ground floor, but upon arrival we were told to check into another one. But as it turned out, we were very lucky that the room is on the second floor, also with its own dryer. During the season, the temperature outside reaches 34 degrees and high humidity. Two air conditioners in the bedroom and bathroom are very helpful. There is a dryer under the window, a refrigerator in the bathroom (you worry that water and electricity are nearby), a spacious closet with hangers, a table, a small sofa. Towels are provided, but do not count on personal hygiene products and slippers. The bed is large, the sheets that were additionally given out did not fit it, they turned out to be small. There is also a terrace on the ground floor, where there is an additional shared kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine (100 rubles). Next to the dining room, at the same address Sukhumskaya 7, where there is a large selection of dishes, inexpensive and very tasty. National dishes, Sukhumi beer exceeded all expectations. Since in Abkhazia there is Internet only in cafes and hotels, so ask the hostess IN ADVANCE the name and password of the Wi-Fi. We were given the wrong name of the network, we could not contact the hostess. It's good that the hostess was at home and went out. There is a transfer of 700 rubles from the hotel. You will be taken to the border, you will cross on foot and a transfer will also meet you on the other side, which will take you to the airport or railway station. In terms of time, it will take about 1.5 hours.

We had a rest in the summer of 2023. An absolutely unfriendly hostess who monitors your every step, was not allowed to cook food in the kitchen on her own, the cafe at the house is not tasty. When asked why TV doesn't work, they listened to a million accusations that everything worked before us and they have only excellent reviews. I liked the renovation in the rooms, high ceilings, proximity to the sea, a good area)We won't stop anymore.

I got a room on the ground floor, because of this I always had to pull the curtains otherwise the whole room was on display from the garden and use only artificial lighting
It is very damp in the room, especially in the bathroom. There is no ventilation except for an open micro window under the ceiling, where a huge spider lived! Because of the dampness, neither clothes nor towels dry.
You will not be able to dry things in the room, so use the dryer! That's just it is common to all rooms and stands on the street, where there is plenty of ants and other living creatures. And for towels, there are two ropes strung between the trees
The TV in the room is purely for decoration. Not a single channel is working, there is a smart TV
WiFi is not working. It, like the TV, is there purely to be. Even if you are lucky and you can catch the signal, then nothing will work anyway, the speed of the turtle, or even lower, is provided for you.
Cleaning the room. The room has never been cleaned in 10 days. Somewhere on the 6th day, they gave out a new set of bed linen, they had to fill it up themselves

The windows on the ground floor do not open, only for ventilation.The room is a little damp.It is necessary to constantly close the curtains, because cafe workers and guests constantly walk along the windows.The light was turned off 2 times in 4 days and the water once.The hostess is emotionless, hello, goodbye.Toilet paper 1 roll per Troy is given out every three days, bought in a store.I didn't like the cafe at the guesthouse, homemade wine is not homemade at all and you can't even call it wine, Caesar is terrible!Only a microwave is available in the kitchen.

The impressions about the rest in this house are the most negative! The hostess greeted us with a stony face, a dissatisfied look! There is nothing in the rooms except beds, a closet and a small refrigerator.The TV is not working.The room is not cleaned. There is no toilet paper.They forbade cooking on their own in the kitchen, arguing that they have a cafe and we should eat exclusively there. The hostess threw a scandal at us when she found out that we did not take advantage of the tour with her, because we live here and should use the services only here. The furniture is all from the Soviet era. When asked to wash, they said the machine is barely breathing and can not be washed! In general, if you do not want to listen to constant reproaches against yourself, rest somewhere else!!!

I had a good rest there, but the furniture in the rooms has been missing since the 80s, and there is no room service and you need to take out the trash yourself. And so the place is good near the beach. I recommend a cafe nearby!!! Only the music playing there keeps you awake . The prices are reasonable
