The most friendly and hospitable hosts! Very sincere people! Wonderful house, delicious breakfast! It is possible to order dinner, which the hostess will cook herself and you will really see how delicious homemade Uzbek food is at a very reasonable price! Close to all the sights! Convenient! Highly recommended!

We lived in this place in April 2023. We are quite experienced travelers, but such friendly hosts are rare! We arrived at 6 a.m., it was very cold on the train and we wrote from the road that we were frozen and that extra blankets were prepared for us. When we got there, the heating was turned on and before our room was vacated (before 13.00) we were escorted to relax, take a shower and warm up in a free room, and allowed to use everything in the room! There is always a table with a variety of Uzbek delicacies in the lobby, you can drink tea at any time. Everything is very clean, the rooms are cozy. The location of the guest house is also excellent, in the very center of the old part of the city, which is why everyone comes here. At the end of the rest, the owner took us to the airport for a very reasonable fee. We are very grateful to the people who treated us so well! Khiva Karim Sulton is definitely recommended!!!

A wonderful guest house!!! Clean and cozy. At a bargain price, you get excellent quality. We lived on September 18, 2022. I liked EVERYTHING!!! The service is excellent, from check-in to Room service. The staff is caring, responsive, and competent. The room was clean, cleaned every day. The plumbing is all new. The towels and bed linen are clean and perfect. There is toilet soap in the room, take everything else from cosmetics with you. Slippers were in the room, as well as a TV. The hosts will definitely treat you to tea in the best traditions of the East. The breakfasts are (amazing) for all the inhabitants. The location is good, in the center of the fortress. I recommend.
