When ordering, we emphasized that we try some dishes specifically in order to decide for ourselves whether to purchase them as a souvenir or not. It was important to us. As a result, the Gata (much has been heard about it) turned out to be dry, nails can be nailed with a piece, the dough is definitely old, crumbled when trying to cut, the taste is appropriate. Chicken kebab is store-bought minced meat, dense, elastic, and not chopped meat. Khinkali - the dough is thick, there is a void inside and a small piece of minced meat. I understand that sometimes chefs are not very eager to save money on products (compote diluted quite strongly to a state where the taste of berries is not felt), but we paid for lunch like in an expensive restaurant. We were hoping to try real Armenian cuisine, but we got an expensive disappointment. I do not advise, it is better to look for a less touristic place for lunch
Были там, летом 2018. Катались на велосипедах по Армении. Впечатления только положительные. Места там необыкновенные. Много пеших маршрутов, древние храмы.
Принимали нас великолепно, кормили сытно и вкусно. В том районе есть местные лепешки сладкие - не помню как называется, это местная достопримечательность, обязательно найдите и попробуйте. Дальше по Армении они уже только отдаленно напоминают Гегардовские...
