Cozy, comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good rest. The territory of the guest house is closed, it is guarded by baby beagle Martin. Elena and Sergey are wonderful hosts. Elena is always in touch, promptly answers all questions. You can eat right there, there is a summer kitchen on site. You will not be able to cook on your own, the food is on the menu, but Elena and the cook Inessa cook delicious at home, the menu is varied, the prices are inexpensive. On request, there was a barbecue (fried by Sergey), and trout, and solyanka in Abkhazian, and khachapur. Everything is very tasty! Unfortunately, there were power outages, but this, as I understand it, is the trouble of the whole of Abkhazia. The sea is 8-10 minutes away at a calm pace, there is a small shop along the way. The sea is clean, the pebbles are small, the pine air is delicious. Thank you for your hospitality! We will be happy to come back to you again.

This is not the first time we have come here . We have known the owners for 15 years, everything is fine, delicious food, cleanliness, order, cars are guarded. Sergey and Elena are very kind and hospitable people. The guest house is located in a quiet location, air-conditioned rooms, shower and toilet in the room,mountain view, 7 minutes walk to the beach. There is a grocery store nearby. If you want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is exactly the place.

I have been vacationing in this wonderful place for the second year in a row and I am very happy with my choice! The guest house is located in the village of Ldzaa in a very good location - there is a park and a small playground nearby, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea with a calm measured step. There is also a wonderful park within walking distance, where relict Pitsunda pines grow - the air there is just wonderful! The beach is pebbly, equipped with everything you need. If desired, you can sit in the sun or in the shade of pine trees. The water in the Pitsunda Bay is the purest! The guest house includes 8 very cozy and clean rooms, each room has air conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer. The food in the dining room is very tasty and varied, at a very affordable price! If you warn that you are going on an excursion and ask to leave lunch or dinner for you, they will always meet you and feed you! Many thanks to the hosts Elena and Sergey for their hospitality - I hope to come back to you again!
