We had a vacation in August 2024. Overall, a good guest house, everything you need is there. Among the advantages: proximity to the sea - 5 minutes, the presence of a dining room on the territory (it just flies away, a large selection, everything is delicious, it's very nice to sit inside, like in a restaurant), a heated and flowered basin, a complement of wine in the wine upon check-in (the wine is wonderful, we took 5 bottles home with us, very liked it). The rooms are simple, 4 beds, a wardrobe, a good mattress on the big bed, the single beds should be updated, they have already been washed. Among the disadvantages: terrible noisy discos, the playground is ruined, it would be necessary to paint, renovate, repair, and the pool is heavily chlorinated, I did not allow the children to swim there for a long time. Fortunately, we came to the sea, and the sea there is amazing!!! In the end, we knew where we were going for the money, so we liked everything anyway. If you are not a very whimsical person and came in a good mood, then you will be able to relax))

I liked the holiday home as a whole. It's about four minutes to the sea. The rooms and grounds are clean. Discos are held, there is a playground, but it is very small and narrow, children are on top of each other. There is a dining room on the territory, they cook well, tasty, varied, the girls are friendly, they will always tell you. There is a shared balcony, there is a table with chairs, you can sit. But there are 2 BUTS: this is when you go to the beach on the road, it smells very much of sewage and garbage. And the second is a terrible mattress, it was crawling all over the bed in our room. Of course, the furniture needs to be changed.

We rested from July 27 to August 3, 2024 in room 1. We rested with a large family, 2 adults, three children. I liked absolutely everything: the hostess Kristina welcomed us cordially, treated us to delicious wine, escorted us to a temporary room, because ours was not ready yet. Kristina is responsive, good-natured, will prompt and solve any question. There is an excellent dining room on site, at reasonable prices, they cook very tasty and the portions are large, in the morning there are porridges for children, a wide variety of dishes, both meat and dietary, the girls are friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. Those with children go on vacation, there is a playground, a 1.5 meter deep pool, our children were there every day. Heated swimming pool. On the territory of the guest house there are two large gazebos, + benches with tables. There are a lot of greenery growing on the territory: kiwi, pomegranate, bananas, datura, laurel, feijoa, grapes and many others. The guest house is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the sea, 7 minutes to the center. Discos with folk dances of Abkhazia were held every Wednesday and Saturday. On August 2, Svetlana's son, Kristina's sister, had a birthday, animators and all the children who were vacationing in the guest house were invited. Many thanks to Kristina, her sister Svetlana and her husband Tigran, father Sergei, mother Tanya for the warm welcome and for the delicious spices. There is a shuttle service to the train station and airport. Our family really enjoyed their vacation in this guest house, we will be glad to visit them again. In general, if you go to Abkhazia, then it is to this guest house!!! P.S. We chose the hotel based on reviews and did not lose!
