Wonderful hosts. The house is located a 15-minute walk from the sea. A large shared kitchen with everything you need. The second kitchen is smaller for 1-2 families. We rented a room for a family of 4 people. Shower, toilet in the room. Split system, refrigerator, TV. The bed linen and towels are fresh and of good quality. And what a delicious wine and chacha))) The owner takes Roman on excursions. We really liked it, we will definitely come back.

A great guest house. A family of 4 people had a vacation in July 2023. We arrived at night ahead of schedule, we placed it without any problems. The room is large, with all amenities. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Shower and toilet in the room. A large shared kitchen with everything you need. There is also a smaller kitchen, just for a family of 4-5 people. There is a washing machine, microwaves, kettles. We really liked it.

If I had come to this guest house on my first trip to Abkhazia, I definitely would not have returned to Abkhazia anymore. Although I'm not picky.
The only plus is the location next to the hydrotherapy, a 5-minute walk. It's cold in the room, I was in the off-season, you can't wait for hot water, you skip for 30-40 minutes so that it becomes like fresh milk, the dishes are dirty, rusty, 2 microwaves are not only not working, everything is greasy. However, as well as 2 electric stoves, for 2 comfort plates. To drink tea, you will have to wait for the electric kettle to boil for 40 minutes.The neighbors cooked the potatoes for more than 2 hours.
If you are positioning yourself as a year-round guest house, then the conditions should be appropriate.
