We had a rest from 16.09 to 27.09. Great house! We lived in a quadruple room, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is well maintained, beautiful and clean! A cafe-style kitchen, which has everything you need for self-cooking. There is a barbecue area outside. It is very pleasant to sit there in the evenings. The sea is nearby. Clean, warm, different, but equally wonderful! The beach is pebbly, pebbles and shells are just relaxation therapy! There is an embankment, you can walk, sit on a bench, and go to a cafe. Cafes and shops, all within walking distance. A wonderful dining room on the way to the sea, we couldn't pass by - everything is very tasty, a lot, not expensive! The hospitable, attentive, responsive owner of the Renaldo house. A very pleasant person, always interested in how your vacation is going, if you need anything, solves all questions, here and now! We are women of age, but we really wanted to go to the mountains, to waterfalls, by jeep, at our own pace. Renaldo helped us fulfill our desires, connected us with his friend Daur. And it was the most wonderful tour we've ever had! The town itself is cozy, clean, calm! Friendly, helpful people! The organization of recreation is above all praise! I want to come back and dream about it! We are very grateful to everyone! Renaldo, first of all, and those with whom we communicated and interacted! All the best, peace and goodness to the House of Azalea, and to all the inhabitants of this beautiful region!

A great quiet place to relax. There is everything you need for self-catering, as well as cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are clean, cozy, the linen is fresh and snow-white. Air conditioning, mig refrigerator, TV. Rooms for different groups of vacationers. There is a barbecue and a gazebo. It is a 5-minute leisurely walk to the sea. This is a good place for a beach holiday! The owner of Renaldo was always in sight, helped with all questions.
Everything in the house is functioning properly, minor problems are being solved.
The sea is 5 minutes away.
There is a terrace for games and barbecue.
A comfortable kitchen. We lived in the same group, we were fed by the cook. But you can cook by yourself, there is everything for this.
The territory is well maintained, the children are walking quietly.
We drank water from the tap, and poured icy water from a hose on the street with us to the beach. Delicious water, everyone is alive and well, do not waste money on bottled water!
The village is quiet, calm, and cozy.
There are shops and a supermarket within walking distance. Restaurants can also be found on the beach. There are few people, there is no flashy and annoying trade.
There is a market in the city. There are interesting locations for walks and photos.
I recommend this place, you will not regret it!

A gorgeous house, everything is comfortable, convenient, cozy!!! Good room stock, comfortable and summer and main kitchen. A couple of minutes walk to the sea. Close to shops, market, everything is within walking distance!!!

We rested here from 09/19/3024 to 09/16/2024. Lovely polite staff. The guest house is located a 5-minute walk from the sea. The rooms are clean and cozy. I advise everyone to stay here!

Lovely guest house. Clean cozy room, there is everything you need. Quiet and peaceful. There is parking on site. A huge and equipped covered kitchen, there is a kitchen on the street. The children liked the trampoline.
In general, I recommend it, the children and I really liked it. We had a rest in September 2023.

Отдыхали в гостевом доме "Азалия" с 16 июля по 6 августа. Спасибо за душевный приём и за отличный отдых хозяину дома Ринальдо! Дом новый, комфортный! Море чистое, тёплое! Что ещё нужно для отдыха! Мы и дети остались в восторге от отдыха! Спасибо огромное Ринальдо!!! Советуем, приезжайте отдыхать в гостевой дом "Азалия"!!!

Большое спасибо Ренальдо за гостеприимство и неравнодушие. Прекрасная зона для отдыха во дворе. Отдыхали в рамках семейного лагеря в этом доме, очень уютно.
Большая кухня.
Всё необходимое есть.
До моря очень близко.
Еще вернемся!

Достойный гостевой. Были проездом на 4 ночи. Всё новое, даже телевизор-смарт в пленке:). Есть холодильник в номерах. Хозяин адекватный. До моря метров 400, по пути пара магазинов. Обедали в кафе "Сухум". Ценник средний. Один маленький минус, мало холодильников на 15 номеров (но места хватило всем:) Хозяин обещал решить данный вопрос.

Отдыхали с семьёй в четырехместном номере с 1 по 12 августа 2023 года. Всё чистое, новое. Приятная женщина на уборке. Хозяин помог разобраться и забронировать экскурсии. Немного подвело слабое напряжение сети, которое выключало кондиционер, но с этим очень оперативно разобрались. Рекомендую всем

2 minutes to the sea. All amenities. Hospitable hosts. There is an opportunity to cook by yourself or in 2 steps there are several cozy inexpensive cafes. Cool barbecue area.

Хорошая территория, уютные новые номера, общая кухня и место для отдыха, всё очень удобно! Море в 200 метрах, до центра города, рынка, 14 мин пешком. Владелец отзывчивый и оперативно реагирует на просьбы.

Выше всех похвал! Чистые, новые номера, все удобства в номере, общие места чистые, аккуратные, все для проживания есть, очень приветливый и приятный хозяин. советую к проживанию данный гостевой дом как с детьми, так и с питомцами.

Хорошая гостиница, 3 этаж еще не достроен. Жили на первом этаже, в дальней комнате, окно очень маленькое, интернет не достает. В остальном все отлично, понравилось, до моря 400 м.
