We have just returned from this wonderful guest house. It is for those who love nature, appreciate silence, clean air, and who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle.
The owners are intelligent, friendly people who are always in touch.
The room is atmospheric and very cozy. Private bathroom with hot water.
A special love is the dogs Laika and Charlie. ☀️
From this house it is easier to get to the waterfalls "Three cauldrons" and "Turtle", to the monastery of St. St. John the Baptist, fortress of Anakopia.
We spent a week here and were delighted with everything. I didn't want to leave. Thanks to Alkhas and Arikhanda for their hospitality.🤗

A very cool and atmospheric place with a gorgeous view!
Comfortable beds, hot water! An area with a place for barbecue and gatherings)
Walking road to the waterfall.
Super nice and helpful hosts.
Don't be afraid of the gravel road. It's 600 meters, I didn't touch it carefully even on a low sedan.
Separately, we can say about the 4-year-old wine, which is made by the owner! It's just a luxury!!!

10 out of 10 !!! A great holiday home with gorgeous views from the rooms ... to the sea, mountains and the New Athos monastery. The hosts are responsive and pleasant people. The place is ideal for relaxing in silence. Great view, air and sleep.
There is a waterfall within walking distance (you can get to the caves directly from the house through the forest).
The hosts prepare delicious tangerine juice and real dry wine!

An amazing place! We did not regret for a second that we stayed in this guest house.
We were met right off the train!
We rented a double room, very clean, with a gorgeous view and panoramic Windows directly on the sea, the New Athos Monastery. Not close to the sea, but the hosts provide a shuttle service in the morning and evening. So we walked to the sea for 20-25 minutes, but the place itself is definitely worth it. There will be no such tranquility, tranquility and high on the coast.
There is an ironing board, a washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need and also a gorgeous view!
The vacation was great in this place❤
I also note that the Fortress, observation decks, "Three boilers", a mountain river are within walking distance. There is a cable car right on the territory of the hotel. And in general, the whole hotel is one big observation deck))

This is a stunning and atmospheric place with a magnificent view! Comfortable beds, hot water, and a territory with a barbecue area and gatherings create comfort. The hosts are incredibly pleasant and helpful people. The rest was complemented by excursions at Quadro Pedro, which were simply wonderful.

Everything is fine. Hospitable hosts. "The comfort in the house speaks about the hard work of the owners." It's a very cozy place. The views from the balcony, from the room are simply gorgeous. We spent a week of vacation there, and this is the best part of the vacation. Wonderful homemade cheese, fresh eggs, matzoni... It's a song! Cow, calves, chickens and chickens. Charlie and Laika's dogs. The daughter was delighted. They did not have time to arrive - she already ran into the courtyard, where she was constantly, along with the children of the owners and other guests.
As for everyday life, everything is very clean, the shared kitchen accommodates everything you need, the only inconvenience is possible with simultaneous cooking by several families (a total of 5 rooms are rented). Everything was fine with us.
Many thanks to Arikhanda and Alkhaz for our unforgettable wonderful vacation!
P.S. For those who are not athletes, the uphill climb will be very steep. (we did it)))

A great place for vacation and relaxation, kind, helpful hosts, cleanliness in the rooms, air conditioning, nimble WiFi, excellent views of the sea, mountains, temple, homemade juices, milk, eggs, sometimes churchkhela. The road is quite normal, friends were driving in Grant's lada, at night it was certainly scary for the first time, then they got used to it. a large number of attractions are nearby. In general, I recommend it for those who want a quiet, beautiful and peaceful place.

Great place! I liked everything!!The hospitable hosts are Arikhanda and Alkhas.Clean rooms with good plumbing, comfortable beds, air conditioning. There is everything for cooking in the shared kitchen. Vacationers are mostly quiet families with children. The view of the mountains is fascinating, all the sights of New Athos are within walking distance. The sea is clear. The best eco-hotel in my life! Beautiful sea views, a cozy house with 6 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators and a washing machine. There is a separate bathroom in each room. Silence, safety, a green world. The hosts are excellent, educated and polite people.

Churchkhela, persimmon, pastilles produced by Arikhanda, to my taste, are the best in Abkhazia 🙏

We had a rest in this guest house in July 2022. We just really liked it! We were with our son for 8 years, he slept on a cot. The room is small, but has all the amenities: air conditioning, bathroom with shower, comfortable bed. The view from the window and from the terrace is simply gorgeous! The room itself is located on the second floor, on the ground floor there is a kitchen dining room with a terrace where you can cook breakfast or drink coffee directly overlooking the sea, mountains and the Athos Monastery! In general, this is what you need: to sleep comfortably, take a shower, have breakfast and go for a walk!
Getting from New Athos is not easy, if on foot, then it will be a mountain road of about 2 km, or a trail with an ascent, but on the contrary we liked it, additional physical activity in beautiful places. But also the owner of the guest house takes those who want to go down to the city by car at a certain time in the morning, and takes them back at an agreed time. There are a lot of attractions nearby within walking distance. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly people, always ready to help or prompt.
There is a place on the territory where you can park a car, personally we rented the cheapest right-hand drive car in Pitsunda, although the first times it was scary to climb the dirt mountain road to the place, but then nothing, even drove away with oncoming people.
In general, I definitely recommend this guest house, and I plan to come here somehow.

The expression is very suitable for Anukhva: a place for conscious travel - it is not for everyone, but it suited us perfectly! Imagine: you, the mountains, the fresh air, the view of the sea, the singing of birds- I am writing now and I want to be there again;)

The ideal place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and live in the mountains in a secluded environment, a magnificent view of the New Athos Monastery and the sea. Cozy rooms and a kitchen with a terrace. A very friendly family that welcomes its guests as the most expensive and long-awaited. Only positive emotions and a desire to come back again.

Awesome place in the mountains. With top-end views, in silence, where there are few people and a wonderful house with hospitable hosts. 15 minutes down the path and back to the public resort. Cool rooms, a shared kitchen and the owners descend and drive up by car a couple of times a day. Thank you and heartily recommend 🙌🏻
