A small guest house. 2 rooms for 2 people, 2 for 4, 1 for 5. Shared kitchen. 2 refrigerators. 2 bathrooms. Washer.The conditions on the floor, but personally it doesn't bother me at all! There is a barbecue. Moreover, you can ask the owners and they will cook you a barbecue. The hosts are very hospitable people! Everything is always clean. You can have a feast. On the 1st floor there is a small shop where you can buy the most necessary products. Alcohol is not for sale. There is a market and a lot of shops in 5 minutes. The sea is a 7-8 minute walk away. The prices for accommodation in 2022 are 600 rubles per person. I advise you! I've been coming here for 8 years.

Excellent hosts, rested at the beginning, had a week. The impression is very good. They are hospitable, they worry about each guest as if they were their own.

I'm happy with everything!!! Kind and helpful hosts!!! If I go to Sukhum again, then only there. The sea is nearby. Within walking distance of shops, market, cafes.
