The new building, the rooms are good, modest, but there is everything. But the owners were not pleased. The owner Armen is a good man, but, unfortunately, he does not have the last word. There is a dining room in the house, they cook like this: something for "4", something for "three", and even without walls, i.e. the temperature is like outside, and a very rude person at the checkout. We had lunch nearby, just above (120), and they cook well and condey, we were "burned" and, all of them are enemies of the people! The attitude is immediately down, dissatisfied faces, and this situation is not only with us (neighbors shared). Beer 0.5 - 130, and 0.33 - "we have 100", 14 rubles, in principle, it's not a pity, but the fact of "shaving" at any price is not pleasing. I will definitely not go there a second time.

We have cooperated with this organization, the hosts and staff are very friendly. The location is just great - the sea is very close. We visited the rooms and the territory, everything is clean and well maintained. In general, I liked everything, next time we will stay here.

We travel as a family every year and we don't want to change anything. We feel at home, the way we go to the most wonderful family. They are always well received and very friendly. Beautiful rooms with all amenities, a good dining room, where the food is very tasty.I want to come back here again and again🥰

From September 14 to 22, my mother, my son and my father-in-law had a rest. Everyone was very satisfied and enthusiastically remembers their vacation! We took two rooms, placed them on the ground floor, and gave the rooms next to each other. There are ALL the amenities! The rooms are clean and cozy. There is absolutely everything nearby! The on-site dining room is excellent. There are also cafes and other canteens very close by. The sea is nearby, clean, there are few people. There are also shops, a market and a counter where you can buy any excursions. The hosts are very friendly, they will help and prompt. They will meet and escort you. I was very worried about their vacation, because in August we ourselves went to the sea with a child in Sochi and that's where we were unlucky with the place. There was nothing nearby in terms of food, shops and excursions. The opposite is true here.
One wish is that the floor is very slippery in the shower, a rug would be nice there. And so everything is great! Mine said they would love to return to this place!

I chose a guest house based on reviews, they wrote hospitable, they love children. In reality, the opposite is true. I will not be lazy to start from the beginning. They meet you at the border for free, you go back for money. Our plane was delayed for two hours, so we informed in advance that we would be there later. We arrived at the guest house at 17 o'clock. Check-in at this guest house from 14, check-out at 12 o'clock. We arrived in a good mood in the hope of spending a pleasant vacation in a warm, friendly atmosphere of hospitable people. The host and hostess met us. At the same time, the hostess was constantly dissatisfied with something, which was evident from her face. I still didn't understand what she was unhappy about, although maybe it was my quibbles and this natural expression of hers :) They told us from the doorway that we had to wait until the room was cleaned (this was after two hours of plane delay). We go into the room: the curtain is torn off, the smell of chlorine is unbearable, one pillow is missing, one bedspread is missing. Well, okay, we think it happens. We go to the dining room, they serve in the dining room with absolutely the same dissatisfied expression, the hostess accepts money for food, answers questions and everything with such disdain, as if we came to eat for free. By the way, we spent 1-2 thousand rubles for one lunch, which is a lot. After a couple of days of eating in this dining room, the whole family came down with poisoning and not only us. A couple more families were seen with the same symptoms after eating at this guest house. The whole vacation was accompanied by the feeling that we were moved into this house against the will of the owners, and they have to serve us for free, this was the attitude of the hostess Anya and the service staff in the person of her relatives (such a family contract). Armen doesn't count, his attitude towards us was quite sympathetic and polite. About the friendliness of children, as someone wrote. When the hostess's daughter arrived, she immediately showed her tongue to my daughter. My son wanted to stroke the dog, right away the son of the owners told him: 'if you stroke the dog, I'll hit you.' What a meeting. Who taught them that?.. My children kept asking me why everyone was so angry here. During our stay, no one ever smiled at us, there was not a single kind word addressed to us and my children. Various remarks were made to the children: the plantings are not to be torn, you can not touch (this remark of the cleaner to my child especially struck me), do not stroke the dog (what child can pass by a cute puppy), do not climb in the yard next to the dining room, do not go to the third floor, which is under construction (here I agree, this is it's dangerous, but the passage is open, there are no warning signs or at least no restrictive ribbon hanging). In the yard, the owners' children's electric car was in full view, it was also forbidden to touch it. It was difficult to explain to the children why they couldn't run and laugh out loud. Fortunately, this did not spoil the children's rest, we always went somewhere, to the sea, to the mountains, on an excursion, we did not want to return and even more so to be on Oktyabrskaya 122. Our stay fell on September 1, the hosts decided to arrange a banquet for their and invited local children. Tables were set for adults in the dining room, for children in the courtyard next to the kitchen. This made it a little difficult for the residents to use the kitchen. Of course, no one informed the residents about the banquet, here the owner is a gentleman, and the residents are visitors who simply pay money. In general, no one will let you feel at home on Oktyabrskaya 122. A few days later, the hostess approached her husband with the remark that we had torn the curtains off the hooks. Cool! We drove in with the curtains torn off, we did not make any claims, my husband also corrected them several times, and now we are to blame. I went to explain myself to the hostess, asked what other complaints about us, why this attitude. She told me that she was at home and would find something to complain about. Then I offered to move out (it turned out to be very easy to find housing on the spot, this is not a problem). The conversation immediately changed, there were no complaints about us, they even greeted us for a couple of days. Armen wished bon appetit once. And of course, we paid 3 thousand. rub. per day, and in September it turns out that the price on Oktyabrskaya 122 is 2 thousand rubles. per day. In addition, it turned out that we overpaid in one day. The hostess did not immediately return the money to us, we still had to prove our case. And of course, as expected, no one apologized for it, as if it were meant to be. Our train was in the evening, and in order for us not to be on the street after eviction at 12 o'clock, we were charged another 1.5 thousand for half a day, that is, until 24 o'clock at night, although we only needed up to 20 hours, which could cost us 1 thousand rubles. They did not attach importance to this, they paid 1.5 thousand rubles. So on the day of departure, at about 17 o'clock, a family looks into our room and says that they will live in our room, they were told we were already moving out. Great! We paid until 24 at night, we are going to leave at 20 o'clock, and here at 17 o'clock they are already waiting. It turns out that the hostess did not warn them in any way and apparently charged them for these days, in the hope that we would leave before 17 o'clock, and charged us 1.5 thousand rubles for 5 hours as for 12. By the way, a room near this guest house on the first line costs 500 rubles per day. But it didn't end there. 30 minutes before departure, the husband approached Armen, asked if they would check the room. Armen said it was not necessary, apologized if something was wrong, the only adequate person in this guest house who treated us humanely. After 10 minutes, the hostess literally bursts into the room with the words that everything needs to be checked. Checks if everything is working in the bathroom, collects all the towels and takes them with her, apparently she was either afraid that we would take them with us or wanted to offend us. So much for the attitude! And of course, we didn't hear anything good at last. The cleaning lady came right after her and said she would clean the toilet. There were 10 minutes left until 20 o'clock, was it really hard to wait. Summary: Children are definitely not liked in this house, guests are treated like pigs. No way, never set foot here! A few words about Tsandripsh. Honestly, I didn't like it. Someone wrote that the village did not think it was like this. Preschool and school-age children were very bored, there was nowhere even to walk, not to mention entertainment. There are no cafes as such, only canteens in guest houses. There is no market nearby either, there are two local tents. Two small shops. And the prices are higher than in Moscow. Moreover, it is surprising that in the center of Tsandripsh and in the market (it is 20 minutes from Oktyabrskaya 122), prices are cheaper. We are unlikely to return here.
