A great place, five minutes walk to the sea, the rooms are clean, the hosts are wonderful people. I rested there from 06/18/2023 to 06/26/2023, I did not find a single minus, a large parking lot for cars in the yard, guarded by a dog. Susana and Vartan! If you go on vacation, then only to them.

Everything is great. It's not the first time we've been here. The owners are great people! Friendly, friendly people. Parking in the yard. The sea is 3-5 minutes away on foot.to the shops as well. The rooms are clean, air conditioning,TV,wi-fi,shower, toilet. A large courtyard, two summer kitchens, if you want to cook yourself, you don't want to have a cafe nearby.the sea is super-especially in the morning, the surface is smooth, the water is clear, the children are delighted. We will definitely come back every year!

We stopped by with a one-year-old child on September 13 late in the evening cold, asked for a blanket for us, Nadezhda said it was not allowed, heating with air conditioning, which makes noise all night. As a result, the child has a temperature of 39.8, my mother also has a temperature, and I am also a grandmother with a temperature. Medicine is a problem, even emergency phones in Russia do not work, although Arthur sent us an ambulance from Sukhum, took us to Gagra like firewood, no help, some recommendations and those suspicious ones returned by taxi. But the most interesting thing is that we stayed there for two days out of 14 days, and paid the money for all the accommodation, explaining the situation in our situation, this greedy Hope made it clear that she was very sorry that it happened, but she would not return the money, asked to give Arthur's phone number, also silence, as a result we both The refugees left there for Adler. The guest House at Vartan and Susanna's, not a house, but just a charm!We came here on the recommendation of friends.We got from the airport quickly, there were 10 people at the border, you can arrange a transfer in advance.There is a wonderful kitchen where you can cook, a stove, refrigerators, a hall with tables, or you can cook and eat on the veranda, and look at the garden and mountains.The room is cozy, with a TV, a huge bed, and a bathroom, the Internet is working.Rooms on the first and second floors.There is a barbecue area in the courtyard where you can roast a barbecue or bake vegetables.There are many shops and shops around where you can buy everything for relaxation, delicious, and most importantly local juices, kvass, wine, cheese, eggs, fruits and vegetables.There are 7 houses to the sea...clean.Very hospitable hosts, we live like relatives.Yes...there is a swing for children, large and comfortable.
