A good hotel in the vicinity of the tourist center.
Liked it · Good location, you can reach the tourist part of the city in 15 minutes on foot. View of Mount Ararat from the room window. We stayed in the off-season, the hotel was half-occupied, so there was practically no time to visit the bathroom. By the way, this hotel has one bathroom for the entire floor. At the time of our arrival, there were problems with electricity and heating, but we were lucky and were given a heater. By the "insulated" appearance of the other tenants, one could guess that not everyone was lucky)) We stayed there for 6 days in room No. 6. At my request, we changed the bed and were given an extra blanket. The hotel maintains a quiet mode, so we got a good night's sleep. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, there is a large table for eating and two refrigerators. They ask us not to take out the dishes, but we always go with our own, which is very convenient!
I didn't like it · Upon checking in, it turned out that the room we had booked with amenities was occupied, we were offered free options, at that time the room on the top floor turned out to be the most acceptable for us, but without amenities (( We had to adapt. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel, but it did not reach our room, we used our own. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, so I had to find a parking space on my own.
I REALLY like it here. I walk everywhere, the center is close. Shops, fruits/vegetables, pharmacies - all within walking distance. Taxis are very cheap here - if necessary. The pool is a huge bonus, the main thing is why I chose Kajaznuni 39. The atmosphere is homely, the breakfasts from auntie Anya - a choice of pastries, milk, fruits, coffee - are absolutely to my taste.
It's a nightmare from start to finish.
I booked a large beautiful room with 3 beds.Look what I got))
You will be deceived upon check-in, they will give you a room with leaky mattresses and pillows from the garbage. The bed itself is generally an apotheosis: it felt like it had just been somehow put together by Hindu workers,(of which there are plenty in this hotel.
I understand that they have a dormitory under the roof here)
Supposedly, this is temporary for 1 night.
But I never saw my number. Never.
And the hostess, too.
The "continental breakfast" is generally a disgrace to Yerevan. In a city where great food is on every corner.
It was also a lot of fun when someone regularly got stuck in the shared bathroom and we all had to look for a hostess, a manager or a worker together, at the itchy end, who would unscrew the lock and release the prisoner🙈
All residents had the same complaints about the manager, who was unable to solve something.
With such an attitude towards people, it is better to remove this hotel from the Booking and not disgrace the country.
I added a photo of my gorgeous bed.
And, by the way, the owners will specifically remove your registration from the Booking so that you cannot leave a review on this Monster and Disgrace "Hotel".
