We rested here at the end of September in a family room. We are not very picky, we liked everything. Of course, there are points that can be improved, but in general everything is not bad. Having your own kitchen is cool. Wifi is a bit weak, but we were with our own Internet, so this moment was not very stressful.
The area around the house is not large, so there is not enough space for gatherings with a large company on the street.
We were accepted with an adult Doberman (Thank you, not everyone decides on this), who immediately became a favorite of all those living in the guest house and not only.
Special thanks to the maid Julia, a kind, responsive and positive man. I solved all the issues promptly. Thanks to her efforts, we felt very comfortable.

The reviews are 100% purchased. We went in the fall, we were shocked by the difference from the promised one. There is a musty smell in the room, the doors between the rooms do not close, they are sagging. The Internet is not working inside. Of course, they'll take the laundry for the money, but at least it's okay without too much fuss.
And if there is no assessment for housing; the hostess Anastasia is not even apparently puzzled by the fact that recommending coming to the country with cards and without cash creates huge problems for tourists! We were always looking for a place to rent, it's just a quiet horror! To transfer money, they always asked to turn on the distribution from the sellers! Thanks to the organizers of the excursions, they helped us out and we exchanged just a transfer and cash!
The moment with the taxi, taking advantage of the fact that the Internet is not working for tourists arriving by train, we ask you to arrange a taxi. Then everyone who has grabbed the phone number just starts writing. And then, when leaving and driving to the place, it turns out there was another car waiting. And then they start demanding money for the car that didn't pick us up! I think this divorce didn't just happen to us. They come to the guest house, they demand to pay... it's a nightmare.
Neighbors... swore at small children in the guest house for picking leaves on grapes... these are two-year-old children! The Abkhazians hate us, and they are ready to smile only for money. And then they swear in the back!
Administrator Julia saved the situation as much as she could. Thank her very much, only she has five stars! Because the girl is Russian... that's it. We're not going to Abkhazia anymore.

There are some false reviews here. You really don't need to come here. I think that if we lived in a normal place, I would return to Abkhazia once more, but it's just game.
There is an absolute discrepancy between photos on the Internet and reality. Mold is everywhere!!!! Your fi is only on the street!!! Electricity is available for 2 hours a day, respectively, and refrigerators and air conditioners do not work practically. They have mining farms here for everyone. When I told Julia about this to the admin, she just shook her head, she can't talk about it.
