Thank you so much for your hospitality! A clean, cozy apartment with its own small balcony. New renovation and cool location (10-15 minutes walk from the center). There was also an air conditioner in the apartment, which saved us from the 30 degree heat. The place is big, bright, cute and sooo comfortable! We were satisfied with our choice and will gladly choose this option again when we are in Kutaisi! We left 10/10 on the booking, and then of course 5⭐️ Thanks)

Near the city center. Humane prices. Clean and beautiful. Delicious food. Everything is thought out. Wonderful staff.

We stayed in April. Wisteria blooms in the yard, birds are singing. The place is beautiful and cozy. The room is clean, everything is there, a large common area with a workplace. Everything you need is there. The hosts are Russian, friendly, unobtrusive. We ordered breakfast, it was very satisfying and delicious.
