Cool clean sea, a good beach that is within walking distance, the food is very tasty, beautiful nature, friendly staff, large rooms, although repairs should be done there)
The food was completely unacceptable. Porridge, porridge, porridge for breakfast lunch and dinner. There are few vegetables, very very little meat and a lot of cereals and flour. At the same time, you will get up from the table with a heavy stomach full of carbohydrates. It was really hard after every meal. At the same time, the delivery girls smile, they are surprised when you refuse. For lunch, they can give borscht without meat, buckwheat and two chicken wings, wings, it is clear that they are not fleshy. For breakfast, porridge and a biscuit (!), and two pieces of cheese with butter., the cook apparently does not understand at all how people eat. It wasn't a casserole with a lot of flour, it was a real biscuit, just a square piece of biscuit and that's it. Milk porridges are liquid like soup. What they brought, they brought. You can't choose. It cannot be replaced. Porridge cannot be replaced with a piece of cheese. Food is the biggest problem here. There are no decent cafes in the area, you need to go to Pitsunda. Taxi drivers are coming, but making faces, the road is inconvenient. There are 3 kebab shops smoking in the park next door. New people rent them every year. It is not known what kind of meat a kebab is made from. They are located in a pine forest, the water is not supplied there. The state Cottage does not have its own beach, although it is stated in the description. There is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening. Only in the nearby barbecue park. In the evening, there is very heavy one-way traffic on the narrow road. Everyone comes to the beach by car, they leave in the evening. Taxi drivers support the myth of the nicest beach in this place. But he's not the nicest. The same pebble with large pebbles, the waves wash a high slide of pebbles before leaving the sea. The beds in the room are narrow, from an old furniture set, unfortunately, it was not possible to measure the mattress, you do not take anything for this on vacation. A narrow bed on which it is difficult to turn around because of this and there are massive, rigid sides around the edges. In general, it is not a place to rest, but a device for execution and torment. There are no curtains on the windows, only translucent tulle, and that does not cover the entire window. At 4-5 o'clock in the morning, it is already light in the room. In the photo, the room is at 5 a.m. One could consider that the atmosphere here is retro, but here the old = uncomfortable. Taken together, it turned out to be not a very attractive place to relax. I rest in Abkhazia 2-3 times a year.
A very pleasant place. Closed area, security. The rooms could certainly be renovated a bit. The food is tolerable, but monotonous. But the beach.... THERE IS NO BEACH OF ITS OWN!!! There are no sun beds. You go out of the gate to the beach, and there everything is occupied by wild vacationers. As a result, those who leave the boarding house have to step aside. There used to be a private beach and it was very convenient. I would like the management to solve this problem somehow, a boarding house without its own beach is not convenient.
It became disgusting. The food is edible, but no more. The cleaners, like the janitor, do their job perfectly well, but the manager lies all day doing nothing. Electricity is turned off with enviable regularity in the elevator, which has finally earned over the years, it is scary to enter it, suddenly what, everything is unpredictable. There is no emergency lighting in the evening, the windows have been broken for many years and are standing there. Mattresses on the beds were brought back during the Soviet era. It's creepy. The beach is half occupied by buildings from the sun, paid, commanded by hired Tajiks. We've been driving for many years now, hardly. We will consider Sochi or Kaliningrad
The place is ideal for a holiday in Abkhazia. The beach is very beautiful and clean. The locals are a little cheeky everywhere in cars, but in general everyone is friendly. You can raise your hand to say hello. Everyone will answer you with a smile on their face. Do not expect prices lower than in Russia for fruits, but everything is fresh and the wine is wonderful and cheaper than in Russia. If you go on vacation by the sea, then only here the beach is both pebble and sandy. I came here in my car and did not regret the whole tour is cheaper than buying from the locals. Gasoline is more expensive than in Russia.
We visited Abkhazia in 2013. And now, in 2022, we were going for memories. What has changed? Practically nothing.
The sea is in place, the pines are in place, the attitude of local businessmen to the service is the same. Which one? Nothing. And it doesn't matter what quality of service you receive, because people still went, go and will go. Beyond the natural, beyond the sea and the sun. Yes, they will be embarrassed, yes, they will write an angry review, they will leave, with the words "Not a foot more! " But others will come, more accommodating and will silently pay their hard-earned money.
The hotel will charge money for broken, mud-covered sun beds. But it's not a fact that you will get at least one, because the only owner of the cherished key unlocking the sunbeds has a day off. You will find out about this after three hours of waiting, searching for at least someone who will tell you whether you need to wait or already need to go and buy sun beds on the beach, which are also from nine in the morning. But even if it's not a day off, you'll have to wait for the employee to come to work, find him on the premises and ask him to open the lock. He will leave you a phone to come up and give you a lounger on the call, but it's not a fact that he will come quickly. He will come when he can. It's not about the money. I'm ready to pay. But even for money, why can't I take sun beds when it's convenient for me? Why are they in such a terrible state? From whom and why are sunbeds chained up in a closed, protected area? The employee replied that the administration had ordered him to do so.
Often the sun beds are left behind the fence and they are used for free by outsiders, but you will not get a sunbed. There is no control.
Do you like to get up early and walk along the beach or swim while waiting for breakfast, which is at 9:00? Then you are out of luck, because the only gate to the water can be closed and it will be opened when the guard sees fit. Admire the sea through the fence! Upon arrival, you will cautiously but meekly hand over your documents at the security gate so that they take pictures of your passports, issue a pass, and ask for money for it. "How for what? For being discharged! Do you feel sorry for 200 rubles? Everyone pays, but are you special?!" And they don't understand that, again, it's not about money. I hate it when people are made fools of. Is it possible to imagine that for a hotel bracelet, which is issued at other resorts, money will suddenly be demanded from me? Then the administrator, to smooth out the situation, will tell you that money is charged not just for stamped papers, but for registration! And again, it is clear that this is cunning, because on the Internet it is clearly spelled out by whom, where, for how much and in what cases registration is done. But in order for them to stop running after you, demanding, threatening not to let you into the territory, stop worrying your nerves in general, you will give this unfortunate money. But the sediment will remain. No, not for money, I repeat, but for treating you like suckers.
All vacationers say with one voice that they have to turn a blind eye to everything: disgusting repairs, broken windows on staircases through which scorpions and other animals climb (the moderator deleted the photo with the scorpion on the floor, which was killed in the room). On the roof leaking during the rains, dirty walls that have moved away from the walls, hanging wallpaper with traces of mummified insects killed on them. Disgusting cleaning, a strange, musty, non-weathered smell in the rooms, smelly pillows and blankets, black mold on the plumbing. In the absence of normal communication, free sun beds and beach towels for hotel guests, boorish security. They close their eyes for the sake of the sea and the lack of an alternative at the moment. The administrator, reading my review, will say again: "You ask and you will be given! " Yes, large, conventionally white towels, we were allowed to take with us from the room. But we asked for others, because we didn't want to put what we were going to use after a shower on dirty sun beds. They were given, tiny, pink, but thanks for that! Yes, they changed the smelly blanket for us, and I took the pillow out to the balcony to ventilate, although, in a good way, it's time to throw it away. Yes, I took a rag, and I washed the mold tank myself. Someone used to wash the curtains... But why does the management not carry out control, and the staff gets up from the chairs on the porch and starts doing something only after the indignation of the guests? Why is there no 24-hour reception? And if something happens after eight in the evening, who will solve the issues? The maid whose number is on the counter? Where is at least one fire extinguisher? The air conditioner works, but it does not cool. I'm afraid to even ask, when was the last time it was cleaned, washed? The TV has never worked in two weeks. The administrator will refer to global problems with the broadcast. But the strange thing is that everything is fine outside the hotel with TV.
Of the undoubted advantages of the hotel, this is the work of the girls from the dining room. Always with a smile, dignity and friendliness. They find an approach to everyone. The cook prepares delicious, homemade food.
The hotel has good potential. And the fact that 40-year-old furniture has been preserved in it can be turned into its highlight if carefully preserved, and not somehow nailed together. I really hope that the parquet will not be covered with cheap linoleum, wooden windows will not be replaced with plastic ones. But restoration is expensive. They remove the leaves from the paths of the territory and take out the garbage from the bins. There are practically no flowers and at least some hint that efforts are being made to improve the territory. Although there are decent examples nearby. The taxi driver will arrive half an hour later than the scheduled time and will not even think to apologize, so it is better to put in more time.
In general, everything is "somehow" here, despite the appearance of general friendliness. I do not urge you not to go. You need to go if you turn a blind eye to many things. You need to go at least in order to understand for yourself: Is Abkhazia the country of your soul?
The best place to stay for those who do not like the heat. Special thanks to the administrator Elena. Being there, you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the USSR CPSU))
Excellent location, the sea is 50 meters away 🏄♂️ We arrived at seven-thirty in the morning, we were launched into the territory, there is free parking for cars. We went to the reception to find out what time it was possible to check in, but no one was there, then my wife and I decided to take a walk to the beach Access to the beach through a gate in the fence, unauthorized entry is prohibited, the gate was always open, but there were no outsiders on the territory. The sunbeds were free, although it was written 150 rubles a day, no one was watching them, the only thing they were asked to put in place. After walking a little, we returned to the reception, we were met by a woman who keeps order in the rooms, her name is Elena, very kind and polite, like all the staff. She checked and said that the room was cleaned and could check us in, so at 08:00 we were already checked in, At 09:00 breakfast costs 300 rubles per person, I paid later. And the rest of the food was already included in the price. The girls in the dining room are very positive, they always smile, they offered a supplement, but there are already large portions, they were always full. The food is delicious, porridge for breakfast, plus scrambled eggs or cheesecakes or pancakes. For lunch, the first, second, compote and salad. For dinner, the second and salad, and a glass of milk. There were fresh vegetables, plums, tea and coffee, who wants a great place to relax, the only thing is of course asking for repairs, but we knew what was waiting for us and therefore everything is super. Gorgeous air in the pine grove, where the state duma itself is located🤗
The rooms are not renovated, we arrived and immediately the problem: the door to the room does not close, I was in the bathroom afterwards, the TV does not work, the food is good- this is the only plus, the sun beds are almost all paid
We are resting now.
We haven't seen this for a long time. The rooms are poorly cleaned, dirty.
The rooms are old.
Everything is like out of 80. (Or earlier).
The territory, food and of course the administrator Ivan for 5+. Secure gated base, free parking and Internet.
But the rooms have a contradictory impression. A huge area, cleanliness, there is a split,a kettle,a good satellite TV,a refrigerator and at the same time dilapidated doors, plumbing. And the furniture is Hungarian or Czech cabinets and walls, already slightly battered - as if I had returned to our USSR (nostalgia).
Therefore, the rating is 4, but to live on the first line with a good 3 meals a day, among
a pine park on its large territory for an affordable price...
I'LL BE BACK.
Only for those who are not afraid to get into the deep USSR. The condition of the rooms and furniture of the time of the USSR. And the place, the security, the beach, the territory and the dining room are super (for me and for such a price)
A hole is a hole for 15 thousand a day!
Rested at the end of September 2023
Everything is very bad! Everything is in ruins
Food is generally slop!
I do not recommend it very much
Don't ever go there!
It's a pity that you can't add a video!
30.06.2022 at 12:40, my companion and I, citizens of the Russian Federation from the sea, entered the open gate leading to the territory of the Ldza boarding house (as it turned out later, a sign on the gate was cheerful, no unauthorized entry). We wanted to stay at a boarding house. We went to the reception, got acquainted with a pleasant manager and found out that there were no seats and went to the exit. But a man in a camouflage uniform came up to us and said that we should go with him to the authorities. We were met by a very unfriendly person who told us in no uncertain terms that our numerous apologies that we had brought for the violation (entrance to the boarding house) were not accepted and something else (not named) was required. We showed an extreme degree of understanding and politeness. As a result, the man shouted that we were detained for 15 days, and to my arguments that we were citizens of the Russian Federation, he shouted you are under arrest. After that, by some miracle, we managed to get out almost running through the ill-fated gate, and a man in camouflage was running after us. My companion, after this severe stress, told me that she and all her friends and relatives would not be here (I hope that I can convince her that Abkhazia is not only the people who gave us a "wonderful" reception) and unfortunately we immediately left for Adler.
