I visited the spring in August - free , there are hangers , benches , a lot of people come , the sea is nearby , calm , people share their impressions , advise - a benevolent place !!!!
Free thermal spring with mud. It is a little far away, but every year there are more and more people, nevertheless there is enough space for everyone. The bottom of the spring is filled with a lot of therapeutic mud, it's difficult to enter, in the middle of the mud is just knee-deep, but there is probably a benefit, since locals come here all the time)
An abandoned sports base of the USSR, on the territory of which there is a hot spring. Locals are happy to go there, swim and collect eggplants with mud. We didn't dare to swim and climbed in the building itself.
It's a beautiful place. I enjoyed the water and the company. Yes, it is completely unequipped, there is no solid day of tiles, warm locker rooms and a safe, but it is publicly accessible
A wonderful place! We've been coming there for the second year , it's great for your health, you need to try to evaluate it!!! I recommend it ambiguously.
The amazing is nearby.... In my case, not very close - I had to drive 2500 km by car. The temperature of the hot natural spring at the entrance reaches 80 degrees. Mud is undoubtedly therapeutic. It's a pity I couldn't stay in these places longer
A popular place for tourists. There are people at any time of the day. Many have been around for years. They say it helps. I have not been treated by courses, on a case-by-case basis.
A win-win option if the sea is stormy is a thermal spring. We arrive, pay as much as 50 rubles for parking a car and spend time improving our health. Ideally, of course, in cloudy weather.
It is an unusual place, they say that people here treat skin diseases. A mud clinic can be seen nearby in the past. It's a pity that everything is in such a state.
This place is highly appreciated among the local population. My husband took the healing waters, but I couldn't. My local dog and I made sure he didn't cook there.😂😂😂😂
Awesome swamp, hot, especially after sunburn. There was a third season there. I'm surprised that it's still free. I went every day, I think I overdid the procedures.
The abandoned mud baths in Escher were once used for the wellness procedures of the Olympic reserve.
They are located in an abandoned, but still decent park, next to the sea.
Life did not prepare me for such a November, I was pleasantly surprised. Once you get down from the mountains, summer continues. I personally have never been able to sunbathe in November without a passport before. And about mud baths, after which it is so pleasant to dive into the depths of the sea, and there is nothing to say - babble!
It's better to come in the morning while no one is there, the water is what you need. If you are waiting for a refined source, you definitely do not need to come here. There is silt at the bottom and the water is sooo muddy. But this did not bother us, you can take a bottle with you and after the spring wash off the silt with water from the pipe, well, or run to the sea
It's unsettled and far to get there. We went to see it for the sake of interest. The only plus is that this is a free place unlike other similar places
This is not an iodine-bromine source, but a radon source.
The place is very neglected, although attempts to refine it are visible: a changing room and a bench.
Radon baths are prescribed depending on the diseases and the general condition of the patient and only if the beneficial effect obtained will significantly exceed the damage from exposure to alpha radiation. You can't take such a bath for more than 15 minutes! And only after the examination and appointment of a doctor.
Unfortunately, for the most part, the effective decay of radon from the air occurs in the human lungs, which contributes to the processes leading to lung cancer, which is especially dangerous for smokers.
People, think about what you're doing and be careful.
It's a very interesting place. You can say a place of power, you just can't get there. You can meet a lot of interesting people.A little out of the world. Musicians, artists, alternative artists.
The locals call it the "golden puddle"
And talk about their healing experience.
I checked on myself that the injured knee stopped bothering me after 30-40 minutes.
No one knows for sure about the composition of the water.by the smell of hydrogen sulfide water, they say that there is still a lot of boron.
But for those who need civilization, it is better to go to Kyndyg on Ashara.
The best source in Abkhazia)It has a healing effect on many people..
One disadvantage is that it looks like a dirty swamp, and it's better not to wear good swimsuits..
In bad weather or after rain, it is difficult to drive a car, especially be careful in the last puddle, there is a huge stone in the middle of the track, judging by its circumference, it caught a lot of cars.
Is free. It is not equipped, the toilet is "everywhere". An improvised locker room, a bench and hooks for things, the entrance to the mud "swamp" by a rubber band from the conveyor.
You can wash yourself from a cut-off five-liter bottle by filling it with clean water, mixing in the right proportions hot from the source and cold from the plumbing, which was carefully conducted there by local residents.
All the guests are sitting in a mud pond, someone is smearing mud, someone is just soaking.
It takes about five minutes to walk to the sea.
It's funny, it's fun, but we didn't go there a second time.
A lot of garbage is left behind by guests, from sneakers and underpants, to empty bottles and packages, but these are claims not to the source, but to people.
If you eat for treatment (and believe that mud helps) That place is not bad. No one really knows what the composition of the water is, but people are actively being treated (including local regulars). The only disadvantage is that it is not very convenient to get there.
A beautiful hot swamp near the city of Sukhum. You can get to the museum by public transport, and then further along the broken dirt roads. In the rain, the road is very blurred, which must be taken into account.
The place is not well-equipped and not very popular, but at the same time idyllic. You can stick in the swamp for half an hour or an hour, relaxing to the croaking of frogs and cow bells.
Facilities include a changing room and a canopy.
There are few people. It's dirty. It gets sucked into the mud, the water is hot. There is nowhere to rinse off, except on the nearest beach in the sea. It is also problematic to drive up by car, depending on which arrival. There is an abandoned Olympic complex nearby. But it's free of dirt and a spring, but there's nothing to do there.
Getting to this place may not be easy, the navigator drags through the gardens))), but now about the place itself, in the background the building of the Olympic sanatorium, you can feel the scope of the Soviet Union, if it were put into operation, but the source is bubbling, the mud is therapeutic.Briefly about the (swamp) itself, but unfortunately this place is abandoned and you will not see a Bathroom, showers and a swimming pool here, you will see a swamp overgrown with grass, About the source itself:At first, I go into it very hot, because next to the pipe and boiling water is pouring out of it, therapeutic mud is at the bottom, the bottom is made of bumps and pits, not deep, do not arrive for more than 15-20 minutes, then we go out, smear mud like piglets, wait until it dries completely and take it into the water again, after all these manipulations,we climb into the sea, it's a five-minute walk from the source, by the way, the sea is a little warmer than in Adler, the entrance is pebbles, but after a meter there is already sand (black))), I would advise this place to visit, yes,
We were at the spring in July 2022, we went for the sake of the children, since the weather has been cloudy for 4 days, and they want to swim. We decided to combine useful and pleasant, but alas......
1-bathing was normal, but the children felt bad. The little son is 5 years old, he was sick as soon as they went to the lady. The eldest daughter has already vomited at home, she is 17 years old, and the average 10 years old became ill at night. The children belched until morning, just like an explosion, I thought I'd go crazy.
2-the source itself is in terrible condition, the water is not renewed from the word at all. It stinks of mud. The children may have swallowed it, I admit this factor. Since there is a slide with which children ride (200 rubles price) and everyone with their mouth open.
3-and the most interesting thing. That the locals observe this source and say that you do not need to go there. What is dirty and made for us fools, I do not recommend visiting. Take care of yourself and your children and loved ones.
It will make you healthier, but you can get sick.
A wonderful place! A must-visit! Everything is clean, as far as it can be imagined for Abkhazia!there are cafes, changing rooms, toilets! But there are always a lot of people, even though I was in August! In general, I advise you to remember such a trip!you leave there as if you were born again)
Rodon source. Unfortunately, we were there once. It is very difficult to wash off after it. But it turned out to be very healing for me. I'll be back again.
The water is hot, 70 degrees. Therapeutic mud can be lifted from the bottom. The bad thing is that no one is dealing with the source, the place is not well maintained and abandoned. You need to get through the wilds and garbage, or by car. There is a deserted beach with large pebbles nearby.
Such a swamp. Some say it helps a lot. I didn't notice anything. I was in Kislovodsk, where narzan baths probably helped a lot. I do not recommend using the navigator. In the end, there will be healthy puddles in the swamp, I got out only thanks to the four-wheel drive Forester. It is better to drive a little further away and make a small detour in the opposite direction along the sea. Or vice versa, turn immediately to the left of the monument, where the president is buried, but the road is also a kopeck and most importantly, a stray bullet can fly near the shooting range, including in the ruins of the sanatorium. Although everyone walks there, I also walked)). I haven't heard about the injuries, but nevertheless.
You can get there by taxi, however, they will take you only to the turn and from there on foot, you can negotiate, but the road along the base itself is very broken, it is better to stop by the oil depot.
You can walk to the sea and plunge into it, there were not many people in winter, but you had to bypass the puddles, the source itself is on the territory of an abandoned sports base, the locals do not swim here or do not recognize this swamp, some do not even know that it is here
There is a slight smell of hydrogen sulfide , at the outlet of the pipe the water is 58 degrees at the entrance to the pond 44-42
Locals say that it has healing properties, the main thing is to visit the source for at least 10 sessions
