my shoes were stolen. I went to the store and then I remembered that my shoes were old and I couldn't find them in the morning.... I remember exactly that they were in my backpack, and I unpacked the backpack only in the room... the cameras were not in the room, and the staff did not admit ... I know that the hotel itself is good, perhaps they need to work on the staff, the shoes were of good quality.

The hotel is wonderful. The territory is well maintained. There is a swimming pool, tea drinking corners, a gazebo for evening gatherings. Lovers of water treatments can use the swimming pool. Great hotel!
The girls at the reception are very polite and open, they help in everything.
Located in the center, it is easy to get to any place in the city.
The prices are normal. Daily cleaning service.
The breakfast is excellent, there are a lot of different foods (sweets, meat, and cereals).
The only disadvantage is high audibility: if you are not lucky with your neighbors, you will not be able to sleep.

A great hotel. We had a cozy, pleasant breakfast room with a library. The room is quite small. The only thing that bothered me was the thin curtains, which did not completely cover the windows in the morning due to the rounded cornice. The room is large and has a good bed, breakfast is also good and interesting interior in the corridor, fenced area with a beautiful garden. There are balconies on each floor.
Of the cons:
1. There are very few outlets in the room. And there are none at all by the bed. It was not critical, but it would be better to increase it.
2. If you open the window, it's noisy from the road. There is an air conditioner, but it is very noisy, you still need to figure out the settings.
3. The shower curtain is held "on snot", and the shower switch itself works strangely, the second time I washed with low pressure in cool water.
4. Balconies on the floor should have been made with a view of the mountains, not the road.
5. The change of 38 som was not returned to me. They asked me to contact them later, they never found a change, and I left vindictive.

A cozy place, the room was on the third floor, with a sloping roof 👍🏻 There was no room cleaning for 3 days of stay. There is no towel for the feet, it is inconvenient.
You can come to breakfast for Galina's sake :) A very friendly and polite woman, she communicated as with her family, showed everything - where what dish was and what she cooked them from. The choice of dishes is small - pastries (always different), cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt in a cup (as in the store), cheese slicing, processed cheese, milk porridge, egg (fried bread with egg), tea, juice, something else.
On Saturday, another employee was in the kitchen, she offered to cook more eggs.
By location: conveniently located in the center. But the way to the hotel on foot is a little scary, at night or late in the evening there is generally a wilderness, next to the hotel there is an auto repair shop or something, a man came out of it and yelled just like that, although they went to the hotel, not to him 😂
There is also a railway right next to the hotel, trains run frequently and are very noisy, it feels like the ground is shaking. But it's atmospheric like)
