I read angry reviews and sincerely do not understand where such poor ratings of the center come from. Absolutely all the staff treats each patient very competently and understandingly. They greet you with a smile and send you off with best wishes. The woman in the treatment room simply controls the entire visiting process, many people simply perceive her requests and react aggressively. The nurses are incredibly kind and understanding. Indeed, you can get the help of various specialists in the best possible way)
A wonderful place, quiet, peaceful. The attending doctors are always courteous and polite. They helped to cope with problems in life. Special thanks for the physiotherapy to the kind nurse. 10 out of 10
I was in this place about 5 days ago. It's like the doctors don't know where they are. She came in with problems related to anger, forgetfulness and anxiety. When I went to get the pills, they told me:
You have to remember that.
And I told them:
I have memory problems.
In response, I was told the following:
Well, train her somehow. The nurse in room 22 said this. Of the 3, only pills helped, and the rest also had side effects in the form of coma, etc. Psychologist Anna Viktorovna Merkulova is a person with a terrible professional deformity, she herself needs to go to a certain institution. I would also like to note that the schedule does not correspond to what is written on the doors. They say to come before 13.00 to do everything, while according to the memo on the first shift, the hospital works until 13.30, and the nurse even more so until 14.00 accepts patients, while saying that everything should be done before one hour. If you ask her to repeat the name of the medicine, she raises her voice and says the name sharply. A section from physio is a typical grandmother who will shush and dig at you. When on the first day I overcame myself and asked questions, she told me:
Hush, hush, HUSH. YOU TALK TOO MUCH!
Oh, Grandma, this is my first day, are you serious? When I was whispering in physio, they got to me too, they say:
Are you going to talk seriously?
I am her:
Yes, seriously. Why not?
She says:
It's not my first day here. The hospital is open until 20.00, so communicate all this time.
After the physio, I told her:
Since that's the case, where is at least one document or inscription that you can't talk? Then you print and paste it. She started to shut me up again. And then she told my friend about me:
Yeah..Pills can calm you down, but the character..
About a friend I want to say something else. She came to the hospital and then was afraid to go to the doctor, she has terrible social phobia, I tried to be close to her. As a result, the doctor, when she did return after talking to her, told her friend something like this:
You treat the treatment irresponsibly. What are you telling me about pills here, I need a sheet!
The technician was digging into the fact that it was not right to say "restroom", but "toilet". She also got to the bottom of my friend and me that we went there together and said, go one at a time, the psychologist has an appointment. Walk around the house as you want. Also a grandmother, by the way. In any case, if you have a severe social phobia, then this place is not for you. If schizophrenia, BAR and other disorders that can be corrected with pills are your institution. By the way, for some reason they give a father-in-law 400 questions (I'm not exaggerating, but it's true), and then they say:
You passed the test badly (not incorrectly, but badly, as if it were some kind of exam), so you either need to pass it again, or do nothing. In general, these are all disadvantages. Now let's look at the pros. Since there is a renovation going on, there is only one restroom for staff and patients, there is paper, a freshener and, in general, it is comfortable. Next, free medicines (which are none, but still), well, and you can also pre-discharge from there if desired. There is also group therapy, where you can meet people with whom you can chat and become friends in the future. Perhaps that's all. Draw your own conclusions, I wish you all mental health and strong nerves!
In general, there are no complaints or complaints, except for one, but tolerable in my case. However, this point indicates the lack of professionalism of an employee who has been working there for a very long time.
We are talking about the nurse of the Sechko physiotherapy room. If there is nothing to find fault with from a purely formal point of view, then there is a psychological one. The nurse is hypertrophied emotionally towards patients, takes everything personally, takes offense like a child, manipulates patients and exercises total control over them, giving various instructions, sometimes contradictory.
Constant surveillance of the patient generates a state of tension and nervousness that he will do something wrong and get a scolding or a remark. She also behaves defiantly, trying to educate patients. For example, when she was not told "thank you", but was told "goodbye" after the procedure, she began to respond with an emphatic "please". Of course, this is manipulation in order to make a person behave in a way that the nurse sees as desirable. After several attempts to make her answer "thank you", the nurse stopped answering anything at all, even to "goodbye", and remained silent, pursing her lips. It seems to me that trying to bend other people to yourself is a form of psychological aggression.
The nurse should have realized that this is just a workplace for which she receives a salary, and does not do a favor to patients. If she is not satisfied with this place, she can leave it. But it is extremely unethical to realize oneself in the workplace at the expense of patients. It is also impossible to mask manipulative behavior with ostentatious culture.
It is not necessary to assume a priori that patients are more inferior and stupid than she is and need care, control and guidance.
A good center, excellent staff, all kind, responsive, funny, I did not see any negativity (except, of course, the employee of physiotherapy procedures Sechko - I completely agree with the previous review - 100% description.). You can undergo massage, acupuncture, and physiotherapy. I liked the center
If you are looking for the shame of Belarusian medicine, you have found it, it is here. Considering that there are one and a half people there, the attitude towards them is disgusting. Rudeness starts from the reception desk. Making an appointment is a whole dilemma, only then I realized what the reason was, doctors just stupidly don't want to work. When you do manage to make an appointment, be prepared that the doctor may be 20 minutes late. Be prepared that no one will simply listen to you, during my story the psychotherapist looked out the window, along the way periodically managed to call his relatives. I have not seen such a joke in any medical institution in the city. It is correctly said that professional deformation is a cruel thing, whoever put on the first robe is the doctor. There is no empathy and no psychotherapy there. With the same benefit, you can talk at home with relatives or friends, or even with a stool, it will be much more effective than contacting this institution. In this institution, you just don't care, doctors want you to let them drink tea and solve their personal issues. My reception didn't end with anything, just some guy in a white coat about fifty years old listened to my story and said goodbye to me. I wonder which one of us is crazy, him or me? Well, unlike other places Where you can download your rights, here they will just say that you are a psycho and that's it. Therefore, people are afraid to complain, although they are not registered. Beware of this place, going there is just a waste of time, it is pointless. Unfortunately, Belarusian psychotherapy is at such a terrible level that it is not aimed at helping citizens. It is very difficult for me to name the people who work there as doctors. Reader, do not build pink illusions, no one will help you here. Look for any alternative options.
I was there a long time ago. A sympathetic woman sat in the office, listened to me attentively, was ready to help my problem, was ready to give the last pills. There were a couple of sessions with a bearded specialist psychotherapist. I tried to solve my phobia problem and help... But I spat after a while and gave up, I thought it was too hard or impossible. It seemed that it was stronger than me. I don't know how it is now, but then I felt caring and complicity. My spoonful of honey in a barrel of tar is among the comments.
