A great house. The apartments are warm. The location is convenient. The car can always be parked 24/7. Pros: Closed courtyard, Parking, location (next to the park), excellent sound insulation, low-rise building.
Cons: there is no Playground, the playground as a whole is not equipped, mainly benches and gazebos, there are no balconies, prices in shops in the district are overpriced, the usual entrance group.
