Thanks to the professionals of this maternity hospital, on 18.01.24 at 13.50 I became a mother.I want to thank midwife Kalkabekova Gulnara Niyazovna, head of the maternity department Abdraimova Kymbat Urazgalievna, despite the fact that I helped the firstborn to give birth without tears and cracks.All the staff of the maternity hospital are very polite and caring.They did the rounds several times, they check on moms and children too.The room has a shower and toilet.In general, I liked everything.Thank you for your hard work and patience.

I will write my review about the 5th maternity hospital. She arrived there by ambulance at 22 o'clock on August 28 with the waters gone. Everyone at the reception was friendly, kind, smiling, it seemed that I was very lucky with the maternity hospital. They put him in pathology. The conditions are quite normal. There was a nice obstetrician girl on duty who was not indifferent to patients. I was happy straight away, and the contractions are almost painless, and the doctors are good and the conditions are more or less... But it all ended quickly ... on August 29, in the morning, that smiling girl from duty handed over a shift to a certain Aigerim (she specially remembered the name so that everyone knew who to avoid). At 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I already had very painful contractions, I came up 2 times and asked to be examined, because I was worried that I was close to giving birth, but not yet in the delivery room. They refused. I waited further. At 4 + o'clock in the afternoon, I had contractions for a minute and a half apart and a break of a minute - 2. I realized that it would be soon. Once again I came to this Aigerim- check my disclosure. She told me it was early. I barely forced her to give me ctg. She put the sensors on and left. She came, took off, and left. All in silence. I followed her to find out what and how. In response, "you don't have contractions, it's just pain" (excuse me????) I show her my contractions, which I've been recording since the morning. Proves that these are not contractions.. OK, I gave birth for the second time, apparently I don't know what contractions should be, yeah. Please check the disclosure again. To this, they GRAB me by the shoulder and drag me into the treatment room with the words "you have an infection, I'll give you an antiviral antibiotic." That's when the mats started pouring off me, because I couldn't remember any other words. This Nedorvach (the typo is not accidental) looked into my EYES and determined that I had an infection! Bravo!!! She urgently needs the Doctor of the Future award! All she did to me was ctg! She didn't even look at my card, but I have an infection! I sent her on an erotic walking trip and went to the ward. She came after me and started grabbing my shoulder again. At that time, because of the pain, it was already difficult to defend their Rights and it was just difficult. A nervous breakdown began. She ran to the other end of the corridor. It seems that it was even impossible to go there. But I didn't care. All that was in my head at that moment was to run away. Having calmed down a little, I returned to the ward and learned another horror about this Aigerim. In the afternoon, at about lunch time. There was a scream outside the door of the ward, the sound of falling, conversations in Kazakh with the approximate content "in which ward? Faster, faster" and the sound of the gurney going off into the distance. I didn't think much of it at the time, but here... A neighbor in the ward said that it turns out this is a girl who gave birth here, too, came up and asked to be transferred to the delivery room, to which she was answered, they say, no, you don't need to go there, sit here for now. And as a result, she fell right in the hallway and began to bleed. They took him away. Judging by the gurney to the intensive care unit. I do not know what happened to the girl next. But after this story, all I knew was that this hospital was threatening my life. In tears and hysterics, I called my husband shouting "get me out of here." The nervous breakdown was already at its peak. It turned out that Rodney knows a good doctor in this hospital, but she was not on shift that day. Nevertheless, her husband called her. If it hadn't been for her, I would have gone to the intensive care unit too... She talked to this Aigerim and pressed her to call the attendant and finally examine her. She left with barely any dignity and with a displeased face, and after half an hour they finally examined me. Disclosure of 4 cm, reprimand to this nedovrachikha, transfer to the ancestral home. And half an hour later, my daughter was born.. Only half an hour separated me from childbirth, and this (censorship from mats) said that it was too early for me and that it was NOT CONTRACTIONS! I do not know what would have happened if it had not been for that phone call. I don't want to know! There was a kind, good obstetrician in the delivery room named Dilya. My pains and nervous breakdowns have already driven me to delirium. She was shouting something. I don't think I can take it anymore. She was carrying some kind of fever, writhing in pain and shaking like an epileptic. I have almost no strength left. But thanks to Deal, I was able to give birth. No gaps. "Breathe, calm down, for the sake of the child, come on, well done" her parting words sounded in my head like a light at the end of a dark tunnel. It helped me a lot at that time. After I gave birth, Dilya came up all the time, watched me and the baby, served water, everything I asked for and just was the Person in this whole ass. Thank her very much. And her assistant is also a bad person. I simply did not cut the umbilical cord right away - I was rude that I was not a vrvch and cut without giving a pulse (ale, this is my child and I have the right to decide when and what to cut it is prescribed in the health code and in your own protocols!!! ) I hope this will turn out for her in life! Then they were transferred to the postpartum room... This is a shizdets, girls. The bed creaks from the light touch of a finger, hard as an asphalt surface, there is nothing in the room... At all... 2 adult beds (the second one was taken away in the morning), a sink and 2 lockers... everything... I had to beg for a nursery bed. I was told they were missing. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH CHILDREN'S BEDS IN THE MATERNITY HOSPITAL!!!! they were given not a normal beautiful cradle, but an old creaky huge playpen on wheels. Well, thanks for that. Well, then the threat will not be discharged due to some of my refusals from medical manipulations and 3 days of terrible conditions.. The toilet is only in the neighbors' rooms. I never saw a soul there at all. There is no boiling water. I don't know the child's blood type. Even this analysis is not there. The cleaners are rude and tactless. But not all of them. One tateshka was always smiling. The food is delicious. That's probably a huge plus. One doctor is normal, the other is not. Through one. But there are more terrible ones like aigerim, unfortunately. Patients' rights are violated, and so are the laws. They don't threaten to discharge you. I had to make a fuss to get discharged. Until the last moment, I wanted not to leave it like that and go to the hospital with a complaint, but somehow it disappeared. Just get the hell out of my life. I'll never go back there! It is better to give birth in an elevator or taxi than in the 5th maternity hospital. I'm serious. I left so many nerves, strength and health (after the postpartum bed, I need to restore my back) there... To say that this is a horror is to say nothing. But they will obviously remember me forever. Very rarely do they receive girls who are legally savvy and know their rights. In general... If you feel that you can survive the army or prison, go to this hospital boldly. But it's better to go to the Deal. She will at least brighten up this utter horror a little. But I'm not.. I don't set foot anymore.

I'm not disappointed much. All my friends praised me. But I didn't really like it. The medical staff is cold and uncomplicated in the emergency room and in the postpartum department (children's department), rude. The pediatrician was not seen at all until the day of discharge. The conditions leave much to be desired. I liked it only in the maternity ward. Good professionals work. The maternity halls are nice, clean, and cozy. Nice.
