I would like to express my gratitude to Ekaterina Andreevna Petukhova, a doctor, and everyone else involved in the birth of our son on December 9 in this beautiful maternity hospital. The first two deliveries were in the 3rd maternity hospital (which I can't say anything bad about). But here at 2, of course, everything was at the highest level. We have been treating this maternity hospital since June 2024, so I gave birth for free. Everything from the emergency room to the discharge went perfectly. The prenatal department and the maternity hospital have recently been very well renovated, it seems that I gave birth somewhere abroad in a good paid center. It so happened that I was alone in the prenatal ward and in the delivery room (maybe I gave birth in the evening). The attitude of the doctors, midwives and everyone else was good, everything was told, everything was explained, I felt that I was in safe hands. There are excellent specialists in the postpartum department (they were on the 5th floor) and in pediatrics. They told me everything, prompted me. The food was very tasty and satisfying.
We had 4 moms in the ward. Shower and toilet in the room. The ward itself is very large and comfortable.
Thank you so much for your work!!!
One department that spoils the assessment of the entire maternity hospital!!!
Let's start in order.
Reception department: everything is neat, calm, polite, pleasant medical staff, careful examination.
Pathology: I want to express my deep gratitude to my doctor Isakov Alexey Valeryevich for his support and humor, the operation with you, as promised, went well and surprisingly the postoperative period passed quickly and easily!
Ultrasound: thanks to the young, but thorough ultrasound specialist Bykov!
Intensive care: you have it like in a fairy tale :) nurse Inna is always on duty, everything is on time, polite, with absolute care, and thanks to her assistant on my shift day, she is also a wonderful person.
AFO: excellent medical staff department. Huge thanks to the senior nurse (always with a smile, ready to help in any situation, on the positive side), nurse Natalia:clearly, to the point and with humor, the head of the kindhearted.
Thanks to the woman who makes a magnet out of the 9th cabinet: sweet, kind, cheerful.
Children's Intensive Care Unit: thank you for moving forward and allowing dads to communicate with the kids.
And here it is! Department of Pediatrics! Thanks to the doctor Tatyana Anatolyevna-You are wonderful, but you alone and several other nurses cannot bear the discontent and dismissive tone of the other nurses. In this department, when you politely ask for help or explain, you can get a dissatisfied face, a clucking or a pointing tone in response, which you are doing wrong again. This is a department where you don't want to be for a minute!
I want to express my gratitude to Tatyana Nikolaevna Lomatskaya) a wonderful doctor, a very understanding and sensitive person, will explain everything in detail and tell you on the rounds, will always advise and, if necessary, calm down) there would be more such young and professional doctors!!)
08.12.2024, at 21.50, thanks to Dr. Isakov Alexey Valeryevich , my baby was born. the doctor is very good and very funny, he quickly and accurately organized the operation, joked jokes, did everything right. a very polite doctor, I have never seen such doctors in the history of my childbirth. I express my great gratitude to this particular doctor.
as for the department in which I was lying after giving birth, the observatory department is very disgusting, the attitude towards women in labor is terrible, they are rude, rude, they do not provide any help. there are no questions for the staff of the children's department, they always helped and prompted.
I am very glad that I will never find myself in this hospital ever again.
Our little twin sons were born here. We went out, we overcame all difficulties. The professionalism is at the highest level and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Thanks from our whole extended family!
The gynecological department employs professionals in their field. Friendly staff, doctors always answer questions, emotionally support, provide quickly necessary medical care. The room is clean, there is a comfortable mattress, an outlet next to each bed. They feed well (pink salmon fish, fruits, cheese, butter, seaweed, cottage cheese, meat). If you want a little more portion, no problem, they will put it (they did not refuse me). The showers are good, with excellent water pressure.
Good afternoon! I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the maternity hospital. On August 14, I gave birth to your second child. Special thanks to Danilkovich Irina and Stankevich Yulia, who delivered the baby. Doctors are from God. It is immediately clear that people are in their place and know their business. The birth was just perfect. They supported me all the time. The attitude is at the highest level.
Also, many thanks to all the staff. All employees are as selected. Everyone is polite and reverent, especially the staff of the children's department.
I can say with confidence that the 2nd maternity hospital is the best)
Great maternity hospital!!!! There are many excellent specialists!!!! Only good impressions, wonderful advice, tell, explain!!! Two sons were born here!!! Respect to the deuce!
The KDO department is magical. Attentive and qualified staff, ready for an individual approach for each patient. Especially Dr. Shcherbina and the Heads Mardas and Rubinstein
Thank you so much ❤
Good afternoon!)
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Tatyana Bulachkina, head of the Department of Pathology of pregnant Women, and Tatyana Nikolaevna Lomatskaya , the best attending physician!
Throughout the entire stay at the department, there was goodwill, professionalism and support from the staff. They quickly prescribed the necessary procedures, flexibly arranged appointments depending on the situation, and most importantly, they always explained everything. In general, only the best impressions of the maternity hospital remained . I wish all employees patience and good mood ☺️🫶🏻
I was born here 28 years ago and in early December I gave birth to my baby, the first birth. She was admitted to pathology first and gave birth within a day. Everything is neat and clean, the food is very good in my opinion. I don't remember which doctor I gave birth to, but I was alone on the entire floor, it was comfortable, new repairs, a fitball, a shower, everyone helped. It was difficult to give birth with a narrow pelvis and a day in false contractions, they gave me another day after giving birth, they let me lie down without a child. It was a beautiful paid room for two, although I was alone most of the time. Of the specialists, I remember Party, Kiseleva and the neonatologist Gray - wonderful, as well as the electrophoresis doctor is wonderful. For 5 days I have not encountered rudeness from anyone. The disadvantages are uncomfortable mattresses and corridors without lighting. There were some nuances of recovery, but we managed it. A review from a man who has never been in a hospital :)) I wish prosperity to the hospital and attach a couple of photos.
my name is maria. And I want to express my opinion about the 2nd maternity hospital....even to express my great gratitude.I was not in labor for the first time and there is something to compare it with.
All attentiveness starts from the reception department.but the Gods of their work are the prenatal itself, the praiseworthy people who work there. They treated me with understanding and attention .And even though the birth itself was very difficult for me, these people turned it all into the most positive, solemn and memorable moment with positive emotions.Thank you -
Dr. Ekaterina Baraulya ,
The birth was attended by a midwife
Anastasia Gusakovskaya and in the prenatal
Ivanets Olga Nikolaevna. If there were more such specialists, we women would never be afraid to give birth like that.I bow low to you for your work
I also want to mention all the staff of the AFO department - they will always tell and help.and thanks to the specialist from the physiotherapy department - she is sweet, pleasant and always with a smile...
And I didn't like it there
Food is fish all week and one cutlet is also fish, this is after childbirth
Partner births were
The site promised a Swiss wall, shower, fitball, etc., but in fact, lying in childbirth, you say that it's better to get up, easier, lie down and that's it
At the end, at least another doctor came and allowed me to get up
They didn't want to give any pain relief
My husband was not given a mask of any kind
In the waiting room, as we arrived, I screamed for a minute that I was giving birth because contractions every 3 minutes
You ask where the shower is and how to turn it on at the nurse, and she: "I know from where, I have no idea, ts oh, send me to look"
I liked the babysitters
The doctor who issues the discharge documents and does the examination is rude, tactless, the examinations are rude, painful, some tried gently realizing that everything hurts there anyway
You say it hurts that you will wait 3 days for a decision, you say there are no bumps in your chest and this is the doctor on the rounds, as a result, I was not a medic, I was right and the bumps were strong, the therapist checked
The declared partner births are different from what they write and suggest
Thank you for the baby and the help of some doctors, for the support, but for the most part the staff is disgusting, then it's a shame that you also paid for it 😔
My wife gave birth in the month of March, we were in paired labor. The doctors are excellent, thanks to them for the daughter!!!)))
They told everything and explained everything!
We needed an urgent caesarean, the doctors did everything without delay.
Family-type chambers, and VIP chambers:
Ladies and gentlemen, it's better to pay from 300p to 1000p there, but this is something with something!
The VIP rooms are just great. Your bathroom, shower room, rod.armchair, everything is personal.
A family-type ward, great! There is a microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator, and even some kind of TV. But these chambers are worth paying for! I will say with confidence, it is better to give 650 rubles for paid childbirth, conditionally, and get incredible comfort!
By the way, the staff! The staff was surprised, all kind and understanding! Just a little bit, the staff is always on hand!
Hello. I want to express my gratitude to the 2nd maternity hospital. Starting from the emergency room and ending with the wonderful observation department where my second son was born.
In 2022, I was lucky enough to give birth in another department of this institution. I can safely say that the observatory department is a great place to meet your child. Wonderful head Luchko Svetlana Alexandrovna, who is attentive to all patients of the department and the best professional in her field! The entire staff of the department is responsive, friendly and ready to help resolve all issues that arise. In particular, I want to thank the midwife of the department, who helped my baby to be born, Khudnitskaya Elena Anatolyevna and the doctor Bortnik Maria Andreevna. With the whole department on 10.10.2024, we gave birth to a hero of 4590 gr. 57 cm. I bow low for your hard work!!!
I can say with confidence that the best professionals in their field are at the helm of this institution. And with the arrival of the new chief physician, Sereda Olga Yakovlevna, the institution not only provides high-quality care, but also transforms before our eyes. Thank you!!!
Today I attended 2 screenings at 2 maternity hospitals. I walked with caution and determination, as the first screening was disgusting. At the first screening, I went to the doctor Varlygo O.K., the attitude towards patients is disgusting, I came on time. I was constantly being rushed. The arrogance of a doctor has no limits. The attitude towards a person is of the 2nd grade. I left the office feeling like a tub of dirt had been poured on me!!! And today I was at the second screening at the doctor Ryabtseva E.G. - a doctor from God! Both the doctor and her assistant are professionals in their field. They explained everything and told me that my condition had improved dynamically (not a word was said to me at the first ultrasound!!!!! That something is wrong with me! I ask the management of the 2nd maternity hospital to note the well-considered and highly professional work of the ultrasound doctor Ryabtsev E.G. And to pay attention and take measures regarding the work of the ultrasound doctor Varlygo O.Whose attitude towards patients completely spoils the impression of such a prestigious Medical institution as the 2nd maternity hospital.
The staff is polite
The maternity ward is super , only after repair
The food is excellent
The attitude is good
Equipment at the highest level )
There were joint births
I wasn't going to write a review, but today I received another confirmation that I was treated badly after my birth. And in the end, I decided to leave my review in order to possibly warn someone. If it were not for the barbaric method of removing clots from my uterus, then this maternity hospital is 5 out of 5, and because of one department, the hand does not rise to put this rating. Although the maternity ward and the postpartum recovery department (4th floor) left me with only positive emotions. Unfortunately, I have trouble with names, and I didn't have time for that during contractions, and I didn't remember the name of the doctor and midwives.
But I am sincerely grateful to these beautiful women for their human attitude (night shift 07/25/24). Everything is as tactful and careful as possible. There were no problems with contractions, although I wanted to anesthetize, but, unfortunately, we did not have time. I had problems with attempts. I was very tired and my brain was not thinking at all, although I was preparing, I knew what to do, but even these elementary breathing actions did not work out for a while. Thanks to the doctors for their restraint, they did not shout at me, they helped me as much as possible. And at 8 a.m., my baby was born. Then I was in the post-graduation department. Also positive emotions. Doctors, nurses, pediatricians, nurses - all wonderful people, no rudeness. Anna, the midwife, especially fell into my heart. The kindest-hearted man. She was very supportive during the difficult period after the procedure. And many thanks also to the physiotherapist Natalia. You are an amazing person, without you I would have died that day. I am immensely grateful to her. The man is exactly in his place). The food is super. I still dream about oatmeal sometimes)I don't know how they make it there, but it's the most delicious oatmeal in my life) Many thanks to the women who brought food and fed my husband). You are wonderful). 4 days in this hospital were filled with happiness, although it was difficult in terms of recovery. And on the 5th day I had an ultrasound, it turned out that my uterus was contracting badly and I needed to remove clots. Of course, I panicked, it didn't sound very encouraging, but as it is. I usually calmly tolerate even painful manipulations. It is necessary, then it is necessary. But I didn't even know what was waiting for me. Now I really regret that I did not study the topic of postpartum recovery more thoroughly, what the uterus may not contract, and what should be done about it. Although I was very prepared for childbirth, but there was a gap, and I paid for it. I was lucky, without any slightest pain relief, these damn clots were manually scraped out. It was such a hellish pain, it's hard to even convey it. I would give birth again rather than relive those 10 minutes again. I screamed so hard that I think the whole hospital heard me. I begged for pain relief, but they didn't answer me. It didn't fit in my head how it was possible: after giving birth, I was offered anesthesia just to sew up the gap, and then I got such a procedure and nothing. Then I cried for almost a day. I felt brutally raped. The procedure was done by the head of some department (everything happened in the treatment room on the 3rd floor). There were some complaints on her part that I scared everyone away, but at that moment I didn't care, as long as it was over. I went back to my room and was just hysterical, I didn't understand how this was possible. I started Googling how it should be, whether there should be pain relief. Maybe it's OK, and I'm just such a sissy. But it's not OK, and I'm not a sissy. There should be painkillers. Then I remember that I have a doctor's contact from another maternity hospital, where I took a course in preparation for childbirth. I checked with her. And she expressed regret that I had to go through this, that such manipulation should be done under anesthesia. I cried even more from the realization that I was just being gutted. So the best period of life, as it was before that day, turned into a nightmare. I planned to prepare all sorts of nice things for people to whom I was especially grateful. I wanted to check out beautifully, put on a dress, style my hair, but I just forgot about everything, I didn't want anything. I flew only my heels sparkled just in long and cross-country. And most of all, I blame myself for not being able to stand up for myself, and I also apologized that it hurt me.
I was in the pathology department more than once to save my pregnancy, the wards are clean and tidy ( cleaning the ward several times a day ), the medical staff is at the highest level: the head and doctors are super specialists : they tell and explain everything in a language you understand, the nurses are good, but I want to single out a nurse named Sergey - an incredibly wonderful and conscientious worker He is so responsible in his work .... ultrasound doctors are also wonderful and responsible people!!!! Therefore, only the best reviews for this hospital and all its employees!!!!
After the last renovation, everything is very attractive. Parking is not the biggest.
And here are some employees - mdaaaaaa. A doctor who shamelessly examines a pregnant woman with the words "relax-be patient."
A nurse who draws blood from a vein like this... that then BOTH pregnant women's hands are green-purple due to the fact that the incompetent colitis four times in each hand and cannot get into a vein with the words "oh, something is not bleeding"...
I would like to thank everyone who participated in the birth of our daughter! Professionals in their field! Everything is great! I will definitely return to this hospital
Excellent maternity hospital. Everything is perfectly clean, everything is in order everywhere. And what a wonderful staff... Doctors are just super specialists.
A terrible disgusting maternity hospital, I'm writing a second review, they almost sent me to the other world with the first caesarean section, they brought me an internal abscess of the uterine scar, if it hadn't been for the BSMP that saved me, I don't know what would have happened to me, but the second cesarean went well, I got a wonderful doctor, whom I won't forget)
Well, I won't say anything about the observation , it's terrible, the attitude is boorish , not counting some people from the staff who were treated very well, but on the day of discharge, the attending physician , he's the head of the department, I'll say it's average , the young one needs to gain a little more experience, but everything was terrible , there was in intensive care She was a very nice woman, she helped. Thank God I'll never be there again in my life.
And if there is such an opportunity, dear ladies, then it is better to choose a maternity hospital in advance , but avoid this one .
I would like to thank Artem Sergeevich Bykov, I was with him at the second pregnancy screening. He tells and shows everything in detail. Only positive emotions remained. A very pleasant and attentive specialist!
Hello) On 04/11/2024, my wonderful daughter was born in the second maternity hospital. The birth was a partnership. Observation in a family-type ward after childbirth. I was very pleased with everything and glad that I chose this particular hospital. The attitude of the staff is excellent. All the employees who communicated with us were tactful, confident professionals. Special thanks to the team that delivered the baby: Midwife Belevich Marina Mikhailovna❤,
Midwife Natalia Linnik,
Doctor Budko Natalia Nikolaevna❤,
Nurse Abakunchik Irina Konstantinovna,
The doctor is Svetlana Dmitrievna Shilova.
Thank you all very much. If something wasn't going according to plan, I didn't feel any panic. I felt in good hands.🙏
I'm not thrilled. Life forced me to seek help in the gynecological department (the polyp was removed). Before the start of work at 8.30 am, we were all standing outside, in front of the reception department. (I have never seen such a thing that people were held in front of the door of the emergency department.) Then we sat in the bark beetle for about an hour, waiting. After the operation with the general!!! under anesthesia, not a single doctor appeared. The operation ended at 13.30, and at 16.00 we were discharged without any examination. Is this how it should be?
I will tell you my story in detail
I gave birth here in 2024. She gave birth on a paid basis.
I'm not from Minsk. My husband and I chose the maternity hospital very carefully. I especially liked that in this maternity hospital they "drown" for GW.
Calling there to get detailed information on the phone was a pleasant conversation with a nice man. With whom we signed a contract when we arrived.
Initially, I got into the pathology department. Wonderful people work in pathology, from nurses and doctors to nurses and women who deliver food.
The pay wards were occupied. I was lying in a free one. The free wards are also very comfortable: shower, toilet are all in the ward, comfortable beds, a spacious ward. There are refrigerators and a kettle in the hallway. Two midwife posts.
On March 3 , I went into labor at night . In the morning, after the examination, I was sent to give birth)
Then there were wonderful, just the best doctor and midwife in the maternity ward. The midwife who went with me all the way through labor. Midwife Shlyaga (I hope she spelled her last name correctly) is a wonderful woman, the support from her was tremendous. Doctor Butko is also a very good woman and a doctor, an expert in her field. They helped me avoid a vacuum for the baby. They communicated with me during childbirth and labor. They supported me, explained everything in an accessible way. They made me remember my birth with a smile. The man is young, as I understand it, an Anesthesiologist. Also cool, joked somewhere and raised the alarm))
Well, I can't help but note that the maternity ward was beautifully renovated , and everything was super comfortable there, everything was new, everything you need.
Then I was transferred to the postpartum department. The child was taken away for the night, I was not against it) so that I would gain strength. In the postpartum department. I was in a paid single room, the room is good, it resembles a room in an apartment, if you really dig into it and look for cons, then the room lacked an outlet near the bed and a bidet. But this is not a problem, the extension cord was brought to me, and the rest is small things.
Svetlana, the head of Lagutko, a very pleasant woman, watched and constantly visited me. I was glad that she was the one who came. Unfortunately, it turned out that the child was taken to the intensive care unit. I saw support from the head, she also tried to calm me down, explained everything clearly and clearly, without unnecessary emotions. She also went to a meeting and helped me and my child get together faster at the second stage.
Good doctors and specialists also work in the intensive care unit. God bless you all, thank you for lifting my son to his feet. Please note quickly enough. We had (an intrauterine infection), the doctor always told us everything about the son's condition, what was what, explained, calmed down. It was allowed to express breast milk and visit the child.
Then we were transferred to pediatrics. Very responsible doctors. Unfortunately, I do not remember the full name of our pediatrician. (she was lying in room 408) But the attitude towards me, towards the child, was wonderful. She always listens, explains everything, took her time, carefully answered all the questions of our mothers in the ward there were two more girls, the pediatrician always explained everything well to them, it was nice to listen to her and communicate with her. The nurses there are good too. From the recommendations to the pediatrics department. To forcibly, just forcibly forced to ventilate the rooms. Since we did not find a common language with the girls in the ward, and we did not find time for ventilation, but fresh air is very important for newborns. Personally, I missed him in the ward, and the girls were afraid to "get sick" well, everyone has their own strange stereotypes. Even though our pediatrician said yes, it was not an argument for them..
Well, basically that's it. If I go for the second child, then I will definitely go to the second maternity hospital. I liked everything very much, all the doctors are excellent specialists, everyone is very responsible about their work. And I think this is the most important thing for the hospital. And excellent rooms, good repairs, and comfortable conditions of stay have already become a pleasant bonus. I was lying when I was quarantined, I couldn't go out, I couldn't see my husband. This is of course a minus. But as far as I know, this is not always the case in this hospital.
I will start with a free attempt at Ivf, I definitely do not recommend doing it in this "institution".
The doctor is not interested in the well-being of your pregnancy.
Rude attitude, the doctor speaks in a raised tone and addressing you directly to "You".
No one will tell you anything step by step, so to speak, read all the information on the Internet.
On the day of the hook-up, a nightmare occurred, you would be brought to tears and at the end of the procedure they would say: "say thank you that I hooked him up for you," since it was problematic to get him hooked.
On the day of the hookup, you will be notified that you have a hookup, but they will say that this is a regular technique (as it was with me). When I supposedly came to the reception, I just found out that today is a decoy.
It turns out that on the day of the transplant, the bladder needs to be filled, be prepared that they will tell the girl who came to do it for a fee, you will find out about it by accident (as it was with me).
After the 10th day of the transplant, bleeding began, when faced with the staff of gynecology, you understand that this is the norm of such behavior and the attitude of the staff.
For the whole day, the attending physician did not conduct an examination, an ultrasound was not performed, only a blood sample.
In the morning, of course, no one came to the round, the staff at the post also answers your question with disinterest, saying, "will there be a round today?" they will answer you: "girl, the doctors are already all on the operation"
And this is at 11 p.m.
Therefore, there was nothing left to do but pack up and leave this sharashkin's office and seek adequate help from another institution.
I put 1 ⭐ only to the doctor from the emergency room, who was the only one who collected your medical history and performed an examination.
Varlygo, Rayevskaya, Grigorieva are the names of doctors who performed ultrasounds during pregnancy and did not notice Down Syndrome in the child. Blood was also donated at 12 weeks, after which they said: within three days we will call if something is bad, we will invite you to the geneticists. They didn't call. After the birth itself, it turned out that the child had Down Syndrome. She went to collect the blood with her passport after giving birth - there was a risk that no one even mentioned during the entire pregnancy.
I would like to express my gratitude to the ultrasound doctor Ryabtseva E.G. for the good attitude, attentive approach and professionalism.I wish there were more such specialists.thank you!!!
I gave birth to two children here. It also lay on the preservation. The staff, the food, the sanitary conditions - everything was great. They help and treat all mothers with understanding.
Good afternoon, I was lying in the pathology of pregnancy. The impressions were disgusting. They couldn't insert the catheter the first time, and the second time, too, inflammation began. The IV was placed past the vein, the arm swelled like a balloon. The veins are normal and you can see them well, it's just so inexperienced and indifferent staff that it causes horror. The wards are normal, they feed well, but they can't help!
We chose a maternity hospital with my husband for a long time and made the right choice! I got in the direction of the consultation. She was under observation for a week, waited, gave birth on 19.03. In general, I spent 2 weeks in the hospital and I am very glad that I got here! There was such support and help during childbirth that I felt like a relative of the entire staff! Sensitivity, attentiveness, care - that's what I felt! MANY THANKS to the entire observatory department! Even more Luchko to Svetlana Alexandrovna! Thank you so much for your professionalism, care and warm attitude!!!
I'M NOT HAPPY! They are forced to stimulate childbirth in order to give birth faster. They forced me to do anesthesia too! Girls, if you want a natural birth, if you are healthy, everything is fine with the baby, contractions are going on, DO NOT LET YOUR BIRTH TURN INTO A MEDICAL MANIPULATION.
Examinations deserve special attention, because I was admitted at 41 weeks, before giving birth I was examined every day. I was just ready to climb the wall from the pain, the blood started after the first examination and flowed for three days before giving birth. They were examined like a sheep . After giving birth, the uterus was crawled up to the elbow, cleaned like an animal, no female solidarity.
I do not know which hospital is better, I think it's the same everywhere.
It's a pity that even healthy girls are not allowed to give birth themselves, simply because they don't have time for it and they want to get rid of you quickly.
Well, finally we were discharged and I can write and express my emotions. Since entering the emergency room, I have encountered very pleasant employees.
Then I got into pathology, where everyone is also very nice and sensitive, but I did not have time to lie down in pathology because the waters broke and I was sent to the maternity ward
The maternity ward is generally some kind of space.Already at the entrance, everything is very pleasant, even the color of the walls evokes warm and pleasant emotions. The staff were generally some angels from paradise, they all came up, suggested how to breathe, offered a shower balloon, told everything, showed everything, everything went smoothly in childbirth, although it wasn't the first time I gave birth, but the first time, I didn't understand what was happening at all, and now everything was pleasant and calm. The head of the maternity ward is very nice, she knows exactly what needs to be done and the rest of the staff worked clearly and harmoniously. The baby was immediately put to her chest, everything was positive and with pleasant emotions.
Then there was the postpartum department with excellent medical staff, next to the pediatrics with the same nice workers who gave me a break and took my baby, washed her, fed her. At that time, they helped me get up and take a shower.
Since I have AFS, this also naturally did not go unnoticed and certain measures were taken to ensure that there would be no questions about blood.
And finally, the stitches, which I was afraid of like fire, the manager was sympathetic to my sensitivity, so carefully removed the stitches for me, I did not feel anything. In general, I can conclude one 2nd maternity hospital is the place where you need to come to give birth and understand exactly that these will be pleasant moments and the smooth work of absolutely all employees from managers to nurses. Thank you for such a pleasant birth, an equally pleasant postpartum period and especially for my baby. You are all just Angels who bring life to this world.
I was at Grigorieva's 2nd screening. An excellent doctor, endearing, explained everything, showed everything, everything was neat, the girl who recorded everything in the computer was also very friendly.
What can not be said about 1 screening, I do not remember the name of the doctor, but everything was silent and in a very tense atmosphere. There seems to be adequate security and help at the entrance.
In general, a normal maternity hospital, with the exception of not very polite guards at the entrance, was very disappointed with this attitude, otherwise, the medical staff is sociable, friendly, friendly, in general, the maternity unit was very pleased, really at a high level, with good repair, with good equipment, very good department heads, for this special thanks to them!!!Specialists who know their job and do it at the highest level!!!
The best regional maternity hospital in my opinion. I was born there, and my two daughters were also born in this institution under the guidance of wonderful specialists. Thanks!
The memories are positive, the staff is polite, the only remark is, make the file brighter, there is little light, after all, the place is significant for parents, it's a little gloomy somehow saving on lighting is a minus.
The hospital is well located, there is a park nearby where patients can go out and relax, there is a large parking lot, as well as public transport stops nearby
I would like to ask only the receptionists to be kinder and more polite. It is clear that you have a lot of questions and notes for the day... but this is your choice..The patients have nothing to do with it. In the meantime, negativity ... anger ... it's scary to ask something ... well, it's impossible to get through at the end of the month ... they say wait until a specialist is released, and then reset… When I told the receptionist about it ... the answer is come and see how we don't pick up the phone....I'm the one who's cheating... but what's in it for me??? For what?
There are no questions for nurses and nurses.
Hazing is felt between senior staff.
The ultrasound was done by a young guy who said a large fetus of 4 kg. The second ultrasound, the woman said polyhydramnios.
The doctors only looked at the ultrasound of the woman. I couldn't give birth, and they shouted there won't be enough and give birth to three kilos. After more than 75 hours of labor, I asked for a cesarean section more than once. The answer is one is not allowed.
I cried from despair and pain. The doctor screamed, "give birth, why are you crying, how nice it was." When the doctor left, the nurses cheered and pitied.
As a result, the child was squeezed out 4kg.
I passed out, they pressed me so hard that I couldn't breathe, the child started hypoxia. Thank God it was okay.
It was hell.
According to reviews, everything happens, but look at the rating and go to another one. I hope the situation is better there.
I was very disappointed. Yesterday, my husband and I arrived for 1 screening (he took a day off at work specifically for this), the child is long-awaited and planned. I really wanted to make sure that everything was okay with the baby and look at him through the screen. But... As soon as we started putting on shoe covers, the guard asked where we were going. I replied that I had an ultrasound. You are passing through, but the escort is not allowed! Why? What kind of nonsense is this? The father is the same parent as the mother. He could also take off his outerwear, put it in the wardrobe, put on a mask and shoe covers. What's wrong with that? When does the future dad want to see the baby? Measures to prevent SARS? So why don't these rules apply to everyone? When I was sitting waiting for the doctor, a girl came, without shoe covers, masks, even in a jacket! She went into the office and was introduced to do an ECG. Without making a single comment. I am shocked... and my husband, who was waiting on the ground floor, also watched the picture of how patients came down in slippers, communicated with those who came to them, could go outside, and then carry all the infection to the wards. If you have an internal order, then follow all of it, please! I had to go to a paid ultrasound so that my husband could see the baby!
There was an unpleasant aftertaste, I came in time for an ultrasound on insurance, but the doctors just went I don't understand where, waited 20 minutes, then asked to call from another office. I don't know why they didn't even ask and didn't look at what I was doing on time - they said, oh, we're not working yet. And they left!!!! Me, on time and for a paid service!!!! Disgusting!!! Instead of 13.15, I got there only at 13.45 (they took another patient at home, told me to wait) and that's when I called myself!!
A terrible maternity hospital. Terrible attitude towards women in intensive care. Maybe everything is fine on a paid basis, but everything is disgusting for free. After the operation, get up and go in two hours, is that okay? Wash yourself how you want when you can't feel your lower body. In intensive care, you're lying up to your neck in blood, no one cares about that. The nurses are sitting, making up to hand over the shift, you can't even interrogate the ship. Everything is terrible
Good afternoon.
I leave an honest and detailed review of the work of the staff of the UZ "City Clinical Maternity Hospital 2 Minsk". Where on 04/12/2024 my first planned natural childbirth took place on a paid basis.
A little preface
Among several maternity hospitals in Minsk, our choice was made on this healthcare institution. We planned to have a partner birth with my sister. In order to do this, we needed to arrive in advance (a visit was made at 36 weeks of pregnancy), prove kinship, provide documents on training, get permission from the chief physician for partner childbirth with a sister (with a mother, a spouse, you can do without it). All this has been done. In the presence of a lawyer, the relationship was confirmed, the coveted permission was received. The next step was an appointment with the coordinator for paid services, where we asked all the questions we were interested in and signed a contract. During the conversation, the coordinator doctor assured that there are few women in labor in this maternity hospital, so you should not worry about comfort and there will be a choice of paid wards after childbirth. According to the results of the entire visit, I was scheduled to be hospitalized in this maternity hospital at the 40th week of pregnancy, unless an emergency situation occurs earlier.
Day X
04/12/2024 at the finish of the 40th week of pregnancy, my husband planned to take me to the hospital. In the morning of this day, I discovered changes in my condition, my stomach began to pull, and spotting appeared (to clarify. the first pregnancy and the first birth). Without any delays, we went to Minsk (the road takes about 2 hours). Upon arrival at this facility (time 11:10), I informed the emergency room that the hospitalization was planned, but these processes began to occur in the morning. We processed all the documents very quickly and politely. During the examination on the chair, I was informed that I was already in labor (imagine my surprise, because my stomach was only pulling me out of pain). I asked if I should call my partner, and informed him that my sister would have to drive about 4 o'clock. I was assured that it was too early to call a partner, he would have time to get there. They quickly did all the necessary procedures (CTG, offered an enema, brought a bathrobe and a shirt), and took them to the maternity hospital.
The maternity hospital turned out to be very convenient and modern (I remind you, childbirth is paid), with everything you need on site. Here, a midwife came to me (according to the maternity hospital Yukhnik A.E.) and Dr. Stankevich Yu.V. (also information from the maternity hospital, since none of the employees in the maternity hospital had a badge, the doctors did not introduce themselves by name). The midwife immediately offered to lie on the bed to control CTG, the doctor asked me why I was immediately sent to the delivery room, and not to the ward, because "you don't look like giving birth, especially the first birth." At the same time, there was no examination on the chair immediately after admission to the maternity hospital. Here I also asked if I could call my partner so that I could arrive in time. The doctor promised after the CTG recording to decide what to do with me ("maybe we'll transfer you to the ward, and where your partner will be, let him not go yet, I'll tell you how and what"). I don't remember the time, because I was waiting for information and an examination from the doctor, I didn't keep track of the time. These women left, and I was left alone. By the end of the CTG recording, the midwife came in and said that everything was fine with the baby. I asked them to bring a fitball and reminded them that I was still bleeding. Along with the football, the midwife brought me a lining and told me to control the discharge on the lining and left. At that time, I realized that I was having contractions, I recorded each contraction, they were with different, irregular intervals and looked more like training ones. All this time, we were in touch with the partner sister and waited for the doctor to come in and say something specific. But the doctor didn't come in… After 2 hours, the midwife came in and said that we would write CTG again, told me to lie down on the bed, I said that I would no longer be able to lie still, offered to record CTG on a fitball. The midwife connected the device and asked: "Well, is he taking it already?" I could only shrug my shoulders. No one came to me to turn off the device after recording CTG. A long time after the end of the recording, I took off the sensors on my own and continued to live my "training" fights on the fitball with the phone in my hands. The doctor never came to see me. The sister does not understand what to do, go, not go. Why, my sister, I didn't understand anything myself. After all, I was informed in the emergency department that I was giving birth, and in the delivery room the doctor planned to transfer me to the ward. At 15:30, the midwife came to me, said that there was "a lot of work" today and informed me that a shift would come at 16:00 and the doctor would look at me. I didn't care anymore, because the contractions didn't stop, and the pain was quite severe. At 16:00, Dr. Khorevich Yu.A. came in (also according to information from the maternity hospital), took me to the examination room, the aforementioned Dr. Stankevich Yu.V. turned out to be there. Initially, a man examined me, asked where I "lost water". The surprise on my face was visible in another city. A woman followed the examination and said, "so here they are" (at that moment, my waters gushed). Next from her was the phrase "We will be your partners, we are going to give birth." Here my surprise was visible in another area, probably. Naturally, when I asked if my partner would make it in time, there was a negative answer. I managed to call my sister and tell her that I was already giving birth. They took me back to the maternity hospital, began to put me on the bed to record CTG, brought an IV, gave me an injection (without asking me). I just reported that I couldn't lie down from the pain, and asked what you were dripping, what you were stabbing. The midwife said, "Stay down!" After a few minutes of my "being" on the bed, I began to scream that I was struggling. But even here the midwife said, "What an effort, lie down." Then I just screamed. I screamed that I couldn't lie down, that I couldn't survive the fight, only breathing to escape, that I was struggling. Here (on the bed), the midwife looked in and said: "It's true, it's an attempt" and ran away. The aforementioned doctors Stankevich Yu.V., Khorevich Yu.A. and some other medical staff came, disconnected the CTG sensors from me, the IV and helped me move to a chair. Where they explained to me what position to take and how to breathe. In a few attempts, I gave birth (at 17:05) to a long-awaited healthy child, there was no limit to happiness, despite the whole situation. The baby was lying on top of me, and the doctors called me a "heroine."
After a while, I was asked which room I would like. I said that I would like a paid ward. And of all the promised diversity of free fee chambers by the coordinator, I was offered 1 !ONE! a paid DOUBLE room. I agreed. After all, there is no choice.
Ward
This is a completely different story.
After a while, they moved me to the ward, put me on the bed and told me to wait for the midwife, she would help me get up. The midwife came and handed me a contract for paid services to sign and a memo for the woman in labor. This "sweet" woman helped me get up, took me to the toilet, asked through the door if I had managed to empty my bladder. After a positive response, also through the door, she said to get up and go to the shower and left. Who gave birth, he will understand that it is impossible not to go to the shower, it is difficult to get up from the toilet from dizziness. Somehow I got up, walked along the wall to the bed and lay there until I had minimal strength for water treatments. Then they brought the child to me (after a while), explained how to take care and what not to do, and left. Gone again…
We were left alone with the baby for the whole night, during which we NEVER came in and asked if everything was okay, if it turned out to feed the baby, etc. (I remind you, this is the FIRST day of the baby's life). On 13.04 and 14.04 (Saturday and Sunday), except for the doctors on duty, almost no one came to us. AND, ATTENTION, the ward has NOT been cleaned in all these days! They just took out the trash. The floor was covered with dusty tubers, I wiped the bathroom myself with wet wipes, because there are many moments after childbirth.
On Sunday, 14.04, I couldn't stand it, and during my rounds, I dumped everything on the pediatrician on duty (may this sweet woman and a professional in her field forgive me. I don't even know her full name), she made a very surprised face and said that everything should be done (and cleaning the ward 2 r / day, and treating the child if something is needed, and replacing pads / diapers if necessary). Next, I had to take the child to an ultrasound, where I talked with a woman in labor from a nearby paid family ward, she also said about cleaning that since Friday, the dust had been "driven" 1 time. Fine. In the wards where babies are lying. When I came to the ward after the ultrasound, there was no limit to my surprise. After all, the FLOOR BECAME CLEAN, the bathroom too, the window sills were wiped, antiseptic wipes were brought, which, it turns out, need to be wiped on the changing table, they offered to change the bed linen and bring supplies. They also prepared the next bed and informed that a woman in labor would be brought here soon. When my roommate was brought to the ward (there were natural paid partner births), they offered to give her a phone out of things, if something was needed. Later, the midwife came, asked about the woman's well-being, explained where everything was, if there were any questions, where to go, how to take care of yourself, etc. I was, to put it mildly, surprised by such communication. After a while, the same midwife came, helped my roommate to go to the toilet, was next to her, then explained how to carry out hygiene, gave her detergents and a towel.
And then I realized that I was just unlucky.… I was unlucky with the shift working on Friday, with the day of the week, with the amount of "work" for the medical staff.
During a conversation with a roommate, she told me that she felt cheated. After all, during the conclusion of the contract for paid partner childbirth, the same coordinating doctor assured the woman that they had vertical childbirth in the maternity hospital, that "there are few women in labor in this maternity hospital" and the choice of wards would be large. As a result, the woman gave birth on an ordinary chair (her husband insisted on bringing the back of the chair to the maximum vertical position), they did not get into the family-type ward, because the only free paid room turned out to be a double room, in which we were already lying with the child.
Thanks to those who read my story to the end. I am writing all this so that you know how work is organized in this healthcare institution and when choosing a maternity hospital, you will take into account all the reviews. And not only positive ones from Instagram, where women who gave birth a few years ago leave their good opinion.
Dear administration, I would like to know about the regularity of the practice of determining whether a woman gives birth, according to her appearance, in this bond. Also, about the observance of the cleaning schedule written on the stand in the corridor. AND, STOP DECEIVING PEOPLE ALREADY! If YOU don't want partner births with people other than your husband and mom, don't promise them! If YOU don't practice vertical childbirth, don't promise them! If YOU don't know if there will be a choice of paid chambers, don't promise them!
If it were possible to put 5+, then I would!
Today, my husband and my sweetheart were born! I want to say a huge thank you to the doctors, midwives and all the staff!!! It's great to give birth with such a team and in such an atmosphere! Thank you for your hard work!
