The Palace of Culture of Metallurgists - how many generations have passed through it =) The view has been unchanged since it was built. You can find a studio or a circle for a child to your liking. There is a gorgeous stage in the recreation center, which has been gathering residents of our city for many, many years for holidays and special events.
