I constantly contact this clinic. Today, by pure chance, I got an appointment with Anastasia Rostislavovna Prokopchik - I was originally registered with another specialist. And I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised - I think I was very lucky today. She is an excellent dentist: during the treatment she was as careful as possible, talked through all her steps, closely monitored my condition, gave recommendations, but nothing superfluous... it can take a long time to list. A nurse met at the reception, gave a ticket to the doctor in the 35th office (for acute pain). The dentist greeted me kindly, explained every manipulation because I warned that I was very afraid of dentists. After visiting this clinic, the fear of the dentist became minimal. Thank you for such an attentive staff. Customer relations are on the level.The quality of treatment is very pleasing. The waiting time is no more than 5 minutes.

I have been using the paid services of this clinic for the last 6 years, both for the treatment and prevention of caries. Regarding the appointment to paid dental therapists, until recently, there were no complaints, the result of treatment was always excellent, i.e. the quality of anesthesia, the quick reaction of doctors when something is wrong with the patient during treatment, and most importantly, in fact, for which clients turn to paid dental services reliable caries removal and high-quality installation of fillings. All seals that were installed before October of this year still perform their functions without complaints (do not fall off, do not change color, etc.), However, it may be time for individual specialists of this clinic to take a well-deserved rest. The first bell sounded when a friend, unfortunately, on my recommendation, went to this institution. After treating one of the teeth, she asked the dentist to examine the rest to identify problematic ones. The doctor reported that the rest of the teeth were in perfect order. However, after a couple of months, a specialist from another dental clinic discovered that she had developing caries. Disclaimer, it was important for the client not to cure all the teeth on the same day, but to be sure exactly on which teeth the pathological process develops and how much more needs to be cured. I did not immediately perceive this negative, since I went here for half a decade and everything was as good as always. But when she herself visited this clinic for dental treatment at the very least, she got to the same paid "specialist" (MGF - fortunately, she had never been there before). The result did not take long to wait - a filling was incorrectly installed on one of the two treated teeth (I felt both hot and cold with my tooth, even the air when breathing). Moreover, it was a paid service, and before the procedure I had no discomfort, I wanted to prevent the further development of caries. As a result, I had to go to another dentist. Thus, everything will be fine if you are lucky enough to get to another dentist-therapist of this dental clinic, because it is an expensive pleasure to treat the teeth that you were treated at a paid appointment.
