Good health to all! The staff does not always fully communicate the information. Perhaps this is a common problem of government agencies... The specialists work in different ways: literate, semi-literate, honest and crafty. The attitude is generally friendly and correct (+/-98%). The waiting time for the reception is blatant roulette or shamelessness, there is no order and punctuality.
