1. The clinic's website is not informative and is not updated. 2. You will not get through to the help, and if you get through, then in principle you can get a qualified answer and even competent advice. 3. There are always some misunderstandings with the cards at the reception, then they are not there, then they were given to the wrong people... 4. Sometimes there are no queues in the clinic! That is, you can actually get to the doctor in 10 minutes of waiting. 5. There is almost never a precinct officer on our site ((( this is why we are assigned to different doctors and everyone suffers from this. 6. The most disgusting laboratory! There are very few employees, offices too, and there is only one queue of sick-healthy-pregnant women. The crowding is such that germs die! 7. A very nice and competent person works in a paid service. Slowly, thoroughly, he will tell you everything about prices and services.
Before I went, I asked if the precinct officer had appeared. The answer is no, go to the doctor on duty. The card was not found at the reception, it was lost for the second time, and the third one was rediscovered. I have been serviced for 26 years. As soon as I entered the office of the therapist on duty, I was immediately told why you came here, there are district police officers or the head of the department. After voicing the complaints, it was vaguely announced about some kind of hospitalization, so I had to refuse, it was not clear on the piece of paper what to do, allegedly, the whole consultation was decided about the sick leave, it was decided that everything was fine and take care of your health. At the same time, they verbally announced what to do, the only thing I didn't have time to take notes on what I needed to do. Free medicine is good, but the quality of service is terrible, to be honest, you come for help, but it turns out if you don't help yourself to end your life, so why then medicine?.. It's free... Although I pay taxes regularly and it doesn't work out, it's free. And even if it becomes paid, I think nothing will change, unfortunately.

Terrible clinic! Nobody cares about the patients! It is unrealistic to get coupons on the Internet, in order to get to specialists you need to take a queue at the polyclinic from 6 am. There are never any referrals for ultrasound, although the doctor says that you need to do it. The doctor Draco A.N. treats the elderly very negligently. Medicines have to be begged for an appointment and then, only from 5 times she will prescribe what is needed. At the reception, he talks more with the nurse or on the phone. She's no help to the patient. And if you suddenly got to her appointment, as to the doctor on duty, then the nurse will tell you off for coming without a fever.... And this is all with elderly people who really feel bad!
