Doctors often change or are absent altogether .It is difficult to get to narrow specialists .Often the lights are off , the base is hanging and you need to sign up for months in advance , but there is no sense since you come on time but you can 't get in because there is still a live queue .People are old or pregnant or very ill and you can 't get in by letting them go ahead .And if you do, then the doctor is distracted all the time, because all the time someone comes in and distracts or the doctors themselves are distracted by the phones.

First to the family doctor, then she gives a referral, let's say to a dermatologist, then through the call center you make an appointment with a doctor, for the next month, since they have everything scheduled for a month in advance and takes 2 times a week for 2 hours, well, roughly speaking, 8 people a week. Pure bullying.
