I will try without mats, because we are cultured people, but you can fantasize something there, because this clinic was created in order to die.
I was embarrassed to write a review for the first time, because I thought, well, you never know, maybe I was unlucky, maybe the doctors were out of sorts - anything happens.
It all starts with an "amazing" registry. The first time I tried to get there a year ago with a temperature of 38. They could only sign me up for a week later. It is not in my rules to pick up the ambulance tube while I am able to get to the doctor myself, so I took this service for granted. A week later, I tried to pick up my ticket, but they refused to give it to me, because I do not live at my place of residence (she is in another city), and there is no registration here. The only possible way to design the card was to show us the lease agreement. I had to persuade my friends to go to draw up a contract. And now they have issued us a card with him. At the same time, at all stages, a fairly boorish attitude was a faithful companion of our interactions with this institution.
Let's move on. We got an appointment with a therapist. She immediately seemed like a kind, polite specialist, took tests, extended her sick leave several times, but in practice it turned out that she absolutely did not understand what she was doing. According to the tests, she says that everything is fine, but I'm not getting better. At one of these receptions, she says: "I can't keep you on sick leave anymore, and your cough is stagnant, it will take a long time, so I'm closing your sick leave." At the same time, she did an X-ray for me at the very beginning and found nothing there, but listening to the lungs she said that everything was fine there, it was a mild SARS. Well, I believe the doctors....
I went back to work, a month went by, and the cough got worse and worse and worse every day. I tried to apply again. I was told that they can't open sick days that often. I agreed and left for another week, but fortunately the director of the company noticed my condition and simply sent me to a private clinic. They immediately took an X-ray and grabbed their heads: "In your condition, people usually lie like a corpse in the hospital, you only miraculously survived such pneumonia on your feet." And with these results, they were sent to the wonderful polyclinic number 23. There I heard that yes, something is really wrong here, let's get tested in a private clinic for sure, here's the name and go. I no longer remember what she wrote, but when I came to take it, I found out that this was a group of tests of more than 50 tests with a total cost of more than 500 rubles. They got into the situation and suggested which ones I really needed - I handed them over and returned to the therapist. She was surprised: "Oh, you did exactly what you needed." And then I was blown up, then the issue was resolved through the heads of the doctor, but in the end I had to get out of harm's way on a paid basis in a completely different clinic.
Over the next year, I decided not to close all medical issues here, so as not to waste time and nerves. And by the way, the time here is also rubber: despite the coupons, you will be sitting in line and there may be an endless stream to some therapists, while others may have 1 person at the reception per day, but not about that.
I had a chance to go to this nightmarish place for the second time: I passed a covid test on a paid basis using the PCR method and it turned out to be positive. I received the result by e-mail so as not to infect people. I'm calling for a doctor. They ask:
- Did you take the test with us?
- No!
- PCR or general?
- PCR.
- By a doctor's referral or on your own initiative?
- On my own.
- It is not valid, you need to come and retake it, we do PCR tests and they are the most accurate.
- Girl, I did a PCR test.

- We can't help you, we have to double-check you, but come with a printout otherwise we won't accept you.
We're going to print out a positive covid test (poor printer who had to run into us). We come to this AMAZING clinic in the pre-medical office, as we were told at the reception and you know what? The queue is 40 people. We decided to try to ask: "Who is with confirmed covid?" Half of them raised their hands. There is zero distance, people with covid, flu, pneumonia are mixed up, no one cares. In an hour, 1 person left the office... This is not normal. They just left. It is easier to write time off at your own expense and isolate yourself, because all the current actions of these doctors are aimed at intentionally killing people in surrounding houses.
I don't want to blame all the doctors, but to all those involved in this crime, I'm sorry, of course, I wish to burn in hell. Thank you.

I had to take days off at work without pay in order to get well. According to the new rules, a therapist gives a ticket to a neurologist, but no one offered this, apparently considering that she herself understands neurology. It's a horror what happens to doctors, you go for sick leave every 2-3 years when you feel very bad and then you need to prove that you need it, as if you came to beg. At the same time, she gave me a recommendation for an MRI scan with suspected hernia.
And then they say that people treat some serious diseases late, prolong the disease, they just don't see the point in contacting our clinics.

Хорошо работает справка, всё объяснят, посоветуют. Здание отремонтировано, находиться в нём приятно, если нет больших очередей. Врачи в основном молодые, толку мало, талоны на УЗИ ждёшь месяцами. Возникший у меня вопрос удалось решить только обратившись к зав.отделением Н.Рукиной. Вот это профессионал: внимательная, уравновешенная, компетентная. Часто в лаборатории не работает электронная очередь.

Хочу отметить высокий профессионализм врача-отоларинголога 23-й поликлиники г. Минска О.В. Кучинской и медсестры Т.В. Свиридович! Всегда приятно идти на прием к данным специалистам! Во-первых, нет беспорядка в коридоре. Все пациенты заходят СТРОГО по талонам и по времени! За этим следит медсестра, а не сами пациенты устанавливают свои порядки. Конечно, Татьяне Владимировне приходится периодически выходить из кабинета, чтобы регулировать поток пациентов: ведь есть и срочные больные, пациенты с острой болью и люди, которым «нужно только спросить», но она спокойно и уверенно исполняет свои обязанности. А ведь ей приходится выполнять и процедуры, готовить растворы, мыть и пр. прямо на приеме, а не только работать с карточками и электронной базой. Во-вторых, Олеся Викторовна за короткий период времени, отводимый на прием, успевает и выслушать, и сделать осмотр, и диагноз правильный (!) поставить, и лечение назначить! Смотришь и диву даешься, как она все успевает и при этом не раздражается (ведь на визит приходят и скандальные люди, и старики с развивающейся деменцией, и слабослышащие, и др.), не стремиться отправить побыстрее человека?.. В-третьих, Олеся Викторовна, если пациент интересуется, четко и понятно отвечает на вопросы по лечению, диагнозу, а не стремиться «отговориться» от человека. Хотелось бы выразить огромную благодарность О.В. Кучинской и Т.В. Свиридович! Желаю нашим современным учреждениям здравоохранения иметь побольше таких специалистов!

К категории специалистов она вообще никак не относится, по крайней мере в данной сфере!
На учёт по беременности обычно становятся по месту жительства. Так как мы переехали в серебрянку, нашей поликлиникой оказалась поликлиника 23 на Рокоссовского.
Срок уже подходит к тому, что пора становиться на учёт. Так как я в данном медучреждении не обслуживалась, мне нужно было написать заявление на прикрепление. Впечатление в тот день у меня уже сложилось не самое хорошее от работников, а конкретно от самой регистратуры (2 окно). В столе справок в тот день работала светленькая молодая девушка - единственная произвела положительное впечатление.
Заявление мне подписывали НЕДЕЛЮ🤦 23 августа было написано и только 29 сказали, что подписали. Сразу попросила записать на прием к гинекологу. Назвала адрес, сказали, что талон есть только на 1 число. Хорошо, записалась. 29 числа вечером у меня упало давление, периодически появлялись резкие боли внизу живота (до этого были тянущиеся, как перед КД, моя врач в платной клинике на приеме подтверждения беременности говорила, что это норма, поэтому я обращала внимание , но сильно не переживала), 31 числа с утра боли были резкие и часто. Решила позвонить в регистратуру узнать могу ли подойти 31 числа, чтобы врач хотябы посмотрела, а 1 нужно было на прием по талону. В регистратуре сказали, что талонов нет, врач до двух, подходите в 305 по живой очереди. Пришла... На коридоре никого вообще, ни в один кабинет людей не было. В кабинете была только девушка на приеме, я пошла за ней. И тут началось.....
Я объяснила, что записана на завтра, сегодня к вам талонов не было, в регистратуре сказали, что можно подойти по живой очереди и начала говорить, что беспокоит, попросила, чтобы хотябы просто посмотрели, а завтра приду на приём уже становиться на учёт. На что в ответ первые слова:
- а от меня вы что хотите, в скорую чтобы я вас положила, так я положу...я УЗИ не делаю, что вы хотите, чтобы я вам на кресле увидела...боли это нормально и тд...
При этом полезла в компьютер проверять действительно ли я записана на 1 число. И снова полилось:
- вы вообще записаны к Макаревич, я завтра в это время не работаю, почему вы ко мне пришли и тд
Я говорю, что мне сказали моя врач сейчас в первую смену находится в этом кабинете, поэтому и пришла. Как оказалось, наш адрес ведёт на самом деле эта особа Шадюль, а при записи в регистратуре перепутали врачей.. простите, а я тут вообще причем!? Моя вина в том, что даже в регистратуре работают с халатностью!? Я в поликлинике второй раз в жизни находилась и не знаю впринципе кто кого ведёт.
Орет и при этом лазит в компьютере..
Начинает заполнять мою карточку и указывает давление 120/80, которое мне вообще даже не меряла! У меня моё оптимальное давление 100/70, при 120 мне уже плохо. Интересно, что она написала в жалобах🤔🤦
Тут медсестра спрашивает тоже мою фамилию (кстати, медсестра в этом кабинете единственный положительный человек оказалась, она хотябы просто молчала и благодаря этому оставила о себе хорошее впечатление), на что Шадюль опять же в своем тоне начинает фыркать ей "какая фамилия, она вообще сюда без талона пришла"...
И переключается снова на меня:
- пойдёмте посмотрю вас на кресле, раз это вам что-то даст.
Зайдя в смотровую слезы полились градом. Приходит она и начинает смотреть. Я реву, она смотрит. Два раза нажала на живот и сказала, что нормальная у меня матка для моего срока. После этого выходит со словами "одевайтесь" и хлопает дверями. Я просто стояла и ревела. Вышла из смотрового, забрала её "рекомендации" на листочке и прослушала:
- берите на следующую неделю сразу два талона друг за другом и приходите становиться на учёт, прием будет долгим, пол часа минимум, там и мазки у вас возьму.
С поликлиники я вышла в тряске со слезами и звонком мужу, первыми моими словами ему которые были "я к ней в жизни больше не пойду"!
Возникает куча вопросов о ней... А в чем проблема была взять эти мазки сразу, это минутное дело? В чем проблема была сразу поставить на учёт? Рабочий день до двух, я пришла в 12, людей не было от слова совсем, ни души на коридоре. Тем более, что мне до этого вообще дали талон к другому врачу. А чтобы стать на учёт, снова надо ждать неделю. Неделю ждала, пока подпишут заявление на обслуживание, ещё неделю жди, чтобы снова попасть к врачу стать на учёт.
Я не понимаю вообще откуда в ней столько негатива и злости!? С виду относительно молодая. Неужели она настолько несчастна в душе, что так по хамски относится к девушкам и женщинам!? К животным люди добрее.
К ней же идут довериться, не каждая сможет идти к врачу и открыться о своих проблемах. У меня диагноз 9 лет и, наконец, наступила беременность. Я не знаю, что является нормой, а что нет. Естественно переживания, все эти выжидания, я шла ЗА ПОМОЩЬЮ К ВРАЧУ! А что в итоге!? Для меня это не врач! Доверия к ней нет совсем! Я уже психологически не смогу к ней ходить все месяцы и верить её ведению. Если она так с беременными обращается, какое отношение у неё просто к женщине, которая пришла на прием с проблемой!?
А отзыв и свою историю решила всё-таки написать. Когда пришла домой и начала читать отзывы поликлиники, гинеколога фамилия только одна - ШАДЮЛЬ, и все жалобы! Почему она вообще работает до сих пор? Негативные отзывы написаны годами назад, не только сейчас.
Понятно, что когда идёшь впервые, не знаешь к кому попадешь и что вообще ждёт. Но такого скотского отношения я не ожидала вообще. Получается, на прием в госучреждения нужно ходить сейчас с диктофоном...так, на всякий случай...
А эта ситуация ещё не закончена. И отзыв - это только малое.

С приема выходишь- уже ничего не беспокоит, кроме психического состояния. Врач -просто ужас ! (Думала, что только мне не повезло, но судя по отзывам - многие через это прошли в донной поликлинике.) Сама Медик, и никогда не пожаловалась бы на коллег, но специалист к которому я попала - это просто ужас. С таким хамским поведением, и такой халатностью никогда не сталкивалась! Единственное желание при выходе из поликлиники было - позвонить в министерство здравоохранения! Надеюсь, что когда-нибудь там наведут порядок с персоналом, но пока проще на умереть- чем ходить к таким специалистам.
