Visiting a clinic is an experience that is often different for each patient. In general, we can say that the medical service is certainly important, and it provides the necessary medical services, but the process itself can cause mixed feelings.
In my practice, going to the clinic turned out to be quite standard. On the one hand, the location was convenient, and the building itself looked quite modern and well-maintained. The queue was not too long, which was a pleasant surprise, since in some medical institutions the wait is sometimes prolonged.
When I met with the doctor, I got the impression that the doctor was quite professional, asked targeted questions and listened attentively to my complaints. However, unfortunately, there was clearly not enough time for a consultation — it seemed that I quickly became "one of many", and not all my questions were considered in detail.
What was not very convenient was the lack of information about the procedures that I was assigned. The lack of clear explanations causes some concern, as patients want to know what to expect and how to proceed.
It is also worth noting the work of the medical staff — in general, they were polite and ready to help, but sometimes the lack of emotional involvement created the feeling that we were in a stream where each patient was just a number.
As a result, we can say that the clinic performs its functions and provides the necessary services, but certain aspects, such as the time for consultation and the level of individual approach, remain important points that need to be improved.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Elena Gennadievna Kazakevich, an infectious disease specialist, and Olga Moiseeva, a nurse, for their professionalism, care, support, and sensitivity during my visit. Thank you for your humanity and cordiality. Thank you so much. There would be more such professionals in their field in 13 polyclinics.
A new building has finally been built, and it may open in the summer. It is still unclear what will happen to the old one and how the work of the new-old polyclinic will be transformed... It is still impossible to quickly get to narrow specialist doctors, an endocrinologist, a neurologist, and some other doctors do not work normally - this is not a single day, not a single month, but years! Even with a ticket, you can sit outside the door for 20 minutes after arriving in advance, the pre-doctor's office is often another test for both visitors and the employee of the clinic who receives them...
