I would like to thank Elena Mikhailovna Martinkevich, an otolaryngologist, for her sensitive and kind attitude to my problem. She proved herself not only as a professional, but, first of all, as a caring and compassionate person. After reviewing my question, Elena Mikhailovna immediately arranged by phone for an additional examination literally the next day and made sure that I got to her for a repeat appointment without hindrance. It is very pleasant that such wonderful people as Elena Mikhailovna meet in difficult moments of life.
Well, I'll put one on. Starting with the wardrobe, the cloakroom staff was forced by the authorities to fulfill illegal requirements for patients, and some strange pieces of paper were written. those sitting at the distribution of coupons and answering the call, in general, if you call, they do not allow you to find out the information normally, they quickly hang up and answer the phone. Well, to the doctors and their attitude, but they also seem to be under pressure from above. As soon as you come, they immediately count how long you are on sick leave and based on this they will extend it or not.
The MREK commission was held today. I've been sick since I was 19... He was served in Minsk until the age of 22... After the divorce, I had to transfer to the Molodechno district.... And he came to the City of Molodechno for a second visit to my hospital... I'm OK with zbarov... But I remain ill.... Due to his illness... Thank you very much to this institution.... And this camisia....Don't be a competent DOCTOR in a bucket.... And the attitude towards the people who come to this commission.... [and waited a month.... With the submission of documents]....
I apply extremely rarely, thank God, but recently I had to call a doctor at home, they took a call, but by the end of the day the doctor did not come, called to find out what was the matter, they answered that my call was not recorded, I was extremely amazed, but then another registrar settled everything
Terrible staff, no one suggested anything, everything was fired, doctors allow themselves to speak about patients "and this is the one", they do not want to write out a certificate of stay in the clinic. The lawlessness is complete and this is our elite.
It is not possible to get to a traumatologist on a sick leave. Doctor Vecherko A.G. came out of the office , looked at the queue , said he would accept only 10 people with additional coupons, he could not cope. How do I close my sick leave??? I'm already silent about the treatment! The system of our clinic quickly puts everyone on their feet. As long as you don't mess with them anymore, it's called. And the question to the registry is, how do they issue coupons if the doctor does not cope???
A mess on a mess! As Vlasov was put in charge of the polyclinic, it got even worse! You can't name anyone as specialists in this clinic, I've never seen such rudeness anywhere else, they've just become arrogant to the edge!
If you die, you won't get help. It is impossible to take a ticket to any specialist. They can't even give you extra money at 7 a.m., I'm not talking about a full-fledged ticket. Terrible queues, you feel like an empty place at the reception. As if she came without asking and needlessly.
It's too bad that the online coupon collection was removed, so there was at least some chance to get into this institution.
I understand that there are not enough staff, but this attitude is also not the case.
As long as there are doctors like in this clinic, people will be engaged in self-identification. Because there is no consultation! The therapist uses the poke method to find the reason. And when it's too late, all the experts play and "Chip Deal rush to the rescue" these cases are interesting. And at an early stage, diagnosis is "not our case."
Our life cannot do without a polyclinic. I would like more accessibility to narrow specialists. We understand that our specialists are not satisfied with the s/p and they leave who goes where and forget that they knew about it when they entered this university, but who thinks about patronage, although their mothers and grandmothers remain and they need treatment most of all. Well, what to do, thanks for that, too.
Today, the clinic has become more beautiful and convenient after repairs, the parking issue has improved. But it has become even more difficult to get a ticket to narrow specialists.
There are no coupons to take. It is very difficult to get to the doctor. But... There are good and understanding doctors

Today we had an appointment with the traumatologist Yakovitsky Sergey Ivanovich. He did not accept us (mom is 72 years old, ligaments in her knee are torn, they came to remove the cast), based on the fact that we only had a ticket, but there was no referral that should have been given in our outpatient clinic. I quote:
I don't have to be responsible for your doctor's mistakes (end quote).
To my remark about medical ethics, I received a response quote:
I have a lot of ethics (end quote).
THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DEEPLY DISRESPECTFUL SPECIALIST.
Even after contacting the head of the surgical department, he refused to accept his mother.
Are we the first to find ourselves in a similar situation?
Before, at least they were afraid of something, I mean the higher management, now they do what they want, complete impunity.
The reception on sick leave is from 12 to 13, and the doctor is at some kind of conference, this is very much of course

This is not a polyclinic, but a mockery of patients.
"Doctor" S. sets records for the treatment of patients. I closed the hospital in 4 days, having assessed the condition of the upper respiratory tract for 5 meters. To my complaints about the incessant sore throat, the "doctor" said to gargle more and go to work tomorrow.
My throat was enough for exactly a week, only for the second time I already came with a purulent sore throat and a temperature of 38.8. The initial reception was carried out by a good qualified specialist, prescribing good antibiotics, she warned about the mutagenicity of this drug and warned about protection with her husband.
By coincidence, the second reception was again carried out by a miracle doctor, after examining the throat again for 5 meters, after reviewing the tests (the results of which also confused me, I handed them over to the active phase of the disease-the lymph nodes and plaque on the throat were enlarged), I began to count how much I was on sick leave and probably it's time for work. Reminding the "doctor" that I had not yet drunk a course of medications, the doctor decided that we would sit at home for another 2 days.
But most of all I was killed by her reaction to the fact that I asked how much to protect myself with my spouse, only while taking medications or the entire period of excretion from the body. This specialist does not see a connection between purulent sore throat-antibiotics-prevention.

There are only disadvantages. Huge queues. I never have coupons. I don't understand why the registry is needed there. Inadequate treatment of patients. The only plus is that they put a coffee shop on the ground floor. The question is for whom and why it would be better to make an electronic queue system. Yes, I almost forgot, if you still managed to GET a ticket to the doctor, then the waiting time breaks all records.
The doctor prescribed Ambroxol for a dry cough. Tell me, is this normal?

Today I turned to the doctor on duty for medical help. The temperature is 38.6. I am a nonresident. The girl doctor treated her duties very conscientiously, carefully conducted an examination, prescribed treatment. Unfortunately, I did not ask the doctor's name, and the prescription was left at the pharmacy. Thank you very much to the doctor, who was on duty on 06/08/24, for the help provided.
An ordinary polyclinic, nothing surprises. You can spend half your life in queues. It's better not to get there, but if you have a lot of time and don't know where to spend it, it's quite an option)

I was given a ticket 2 days ago to a doctor who has been on sick leave for two weeks. Why are there monitors in front of the reception desk? Is it difficult to view and verify the information? Moreover, when this was reported to the person who personally issued the ticket, we were sent carefully and she was not to blame for this 😂
It's too bad that the clinic is only needed for official sick leave. Do not think that they will help you there, no one needs you there. I was on sick leave for a month and a half, the doctor never looked at me. I just asked if it hurt or not and extended my sick leave. Only the girls in the physics room work there, so I would give them 5. In short, it's better to avoid this poorhouse.
As for the building, it's always nice after the renovation. New elevators, signs with signs, lots of seating for waiting. As for the staff, I do not see it possible to give an assessment - everything is individual. There are people on both sides, and you won't be nice to everyone.
Good afternoon. I would like to express MY DEEP GRATITUDE to the surgeon Artem Gennadievich Vecherko, for his kind heart, professionalism, responsiveness, and for his attitude to patients. This doctor helped my dad, provided the best help in treating his leg. This is the best doctor in our clinic that I have ever encountered!
I have no words to describe the unprofessionalism of the doctors working in this institution !!!
- taking a sugar test once, they immediately diagnose "diabetes mellitus" (are you serious??!!!)
- when they come for acute pain, they are sent from one doctor to another, and you need to go through some kind of circle of hell in order to leave with nothing, and the doctors themselves simply absolve themselves of responsibility, redirecting from one to another
- the laboratory assistants themselves openly say that their laboratory gives incorrect test results, so it is better to go somewhere else to take them
after that there is only one question in my head "how so??!!!"
Excellent repair, good staff, but as in all polyclinics there are long queues, for example, for an X-ray or an ECG, there is no escape from this. In general, I liked everything
A disgusting institution. If it were possible to put a zero, I would.
Since when has cholecystitis been a therapeutic pathology? Maybe pancreatitis is also treated in our therapy?
It seems that everyone is taught the same way by doctors. But someone really wants to develop in their specialty and work, and someone is sitting out the hours. Unfortunately, only the second type was observed here
Good afternoon! She visited this institution on 03.01.2022 in order to obtain an extract for passing the driver's commission. Before that (28.12) I took a referral for tests and an electrocardiogram in the pre-hospital office, I was discharged to the doctor for Cancer. On the same day, she underwent a cardiogram, and passed the tests in the morning of the 31st, taking a coupon to the therapist Glavnitskaya E. V., since the Cancer doctor left to work in the red zone on January 1. When I came to the clinic to Glavnitskaya's therapist, I asked in advance at the reception where I could find my cardiogram, the results of which were given to the Cancer doctor, to which I was told that Glavnitskaya's nurse would be obliged to find my results. Glavnitskaya's doctor said that I didn't need to do any cardiogram at all for the driver's commission, of course, they just didn't want to go and look for my results. After going further to the pre-medical office for an extract, I was informed that I still needed a cardiogram and sent me back to Glavnitskaya so that they would find it. When I saw this doctor on the threshold of the office, I politely apologized and asked him to find my cardiogram or tell me where I could find it myself, to which dear Elena Vladimirovna began shouting at me from the threshold that this was not their job and duty, and that I myself, where I want, was looking there your results! I am a very intelligent and reserved person, I have always respected all professions, especially teachers, doctors and rescuers, but I have never met such rudeness, ignorance and bad manners in my life. I heard that this doctor allows himself to insult patients, today I saw this for myself. My question was solved in 1 minute, going into the office of the head of the clinic, thank you very much, a polite person, but does she have to deal with such petty issues? Elena Vladimirovna, in the new year I sincerely wish you to be healthy and happy, because only unhappy people, and especially you are a doctor, can be so rude, rude and spoil the mood of other people.
It's a terrible place!!! My right side hurt, we checked with all the doctors at the clinic, passed a bunch of tests and ultrasound, even swallowed an umbrella - they said: we don't know what hurts you there. It turned out after a while and without them that there was cholecystitis. Further, they did not see a fracture on the big toe and pulled out the nail (which cannot be done) and sent it. As a result, the finger hurt for a year and it hurt to walk in shoes. I turned, oooh, so you had a fracture a year ago, so it hurts. When asked what to do, it's okay, it will pass somehow. 11 years of torment because of them, plus a finger correction operation in Minsk by a surgeon and nail treatment and cultivation by a podologist! Thank you very much! But when I came to take a picture of both foot projections for the surgeon, everyone there was shocked. And why? And we won't be able to decipher it. Well, the nail is not growing, so what, why the operation, etc. They cannot treat sinusitis. Ordering a ticket is just the circles of hell. Why do they need 'modernity' in Molodechno, they don't understand it there. The man fainted on the ground floor right in front of his eyes, everyone was in shock and rushed around not knowing what to do doctors... I hope he's alive and well. To pass the tests is a tin. The pallor of the skin (natural) is immediately diagnosed for them. They put anemia on the eye, and then the tests are good. They don't know how to take an analysis, then they squeeze out the vessel, then they prick it several times in a row, I thought there was no bruise on my finger from the analysis - it happens! They couldn't take it from Vienna at all. And sit down, and lie down, and help me alone, I can't take it, and then bruise my hands on the floor with all the colors of the rainbow. Oh, your veins are so clearly visible, and it pierces through (((. In synevo they took it in 30 seconds painlessly, without problems and consequences.
The measurement of t at the entrance is carried out formally, there are always queues at the reception, the card can not always be found, treatment according to the principle "do you need a sick leave?"
The specialists are professionals. The staff is friendly. It's true that queues are just terrible, but it doesn't depend on the organization of the reception.
At least 2 hour queues. Doctors should be given bonuses, but the bosses above the doctors should be allowed to stand in queues every day. Everything is organized very badly. People with fever are queuing outside. To organize an electronic queue like in banks, apparently the management does not have enough brains. To relieve the load from the doctors of the campaign, too.
