Getting to the hospital is like going through a quest. The queue is terrible for narrow specialists through a therapist, some kind of nightmare has also been combined with a children's clinic. Nightmare.
The reception is a complete horror, you can never get through. Either it's busy, or they just don't answer the phone. I sit for two hours calling these madams who will deign to answer the phone someday, as if they will do me a favor.
And when they pick up the phone and start hammering into the reception, oh gods, the queue turns out to be full!
Then why do you create a registry phone if, in principle, no one works there.
It's terrible! There is no civilization! As it was, the ticket entry was still 5 years ago! People don't know what an online record is and doctors don't talk about it either! It's bad! It's dirty! And the eternal queue, they do not accept during the patient! They call the phone and they drink tea and sit!
There is a constantly endless queue. The reception desk can never be reached. When I was pregnant, I had to go to make an appointment, because they either didn't take the bodies or they were busy.
