People in queues at offices are more likely to spoil your mood than doctors. It only upsets the LCD a little. Качество работы на высоте. А вот врачи общей практики меня не радуют и это печалька. И хирурга не знаю, как оценить. Была ситуация с мужем, адская боль в правом плече, обезболивающее не помогало, не дали больничного-это ладно, но вы же специалисты- от вас нужна помощь, а её просто не было. Спасибо фармацевтам, посоветовали уколы, которые помогли практически мгновенно. А то муж неделю мучился и на работу ходил.

Лечил зуб в платном кабинете, с 3 открытыми каналами, остался невероятно доволен! Из того что было (одна стенка половины зуба, при том, что это 8), врач сделала просто идеальный зуб, не болит, прикус и т.д. Я доволен! В поликлинике чисто, тихо, очень дружелюбный персонал. И это всё при том, что я из областного города. Меня без проблем приняли, сделали карточку. По ценам очень демократично.
Проблема с врачами, канкретно стоматологов мало. Пару врачей осталось, талончиков почемуто совсем мало выдают .На врача 3 талона. В регистратуре талонов нут, в коридорах на приём людей тоже нет. Вот и думается чем они целый день рабочий занимаются????? Может поэтому и увольняются что больных маловато. Увеличить нужно количество талонов на приём. Будут пациенты им будет чем занятся а так увольняются от скуки видно.
Поликлиника, как поликлиника. Медосмотр проходится без больших очередей. В доврачебный кабинет и в кабинет на сдачу крови присутствует электронная запись на очередь.
О персонал в целом не могу сказать. Есть и внимательные, а есть и такие, что человеку на костылях даже не помогут. В этом убедилась когда делала снимок сломанной ноги.
Работа терапевтов и медсестёр отвратительная. В частности 203 кабинет(21.06.2022- вторая смена) Инвалиду отказывались выписывать рецепты, но в итоге выписали с ненавистью и не все препараты. Прошу принять меры к вашим работникам по отношению к людям преклонного возраста и инвалидам. Если меры не будут приняты то буду вынуждена жаловаться выше!!! Жду письменного ответа!!! Отношение работников к пациентам Отвратительное!!!!!
Поликлиника в которой стоит кулер для посетителей 👍. Очень интересное оформление в женской консультации, со стендом первых фотографий. Вежливые и профессионалы своего дела врачи.

Справки в бассейн доврачебной кабинет не даёт. (Имея все анализы, ЭКГ и т.д.) Идите к терапевту. Заказывайте талон на три недели вперёд или к дежурному по живой очереди и сидите, ждите, вырабатывайте иммунитет среди больных не известно чем.
Я состою в данный момент на обслуживании в поликлинике работа персонала мне нравится , да в наше время тяжеловато медучреждениям работать , но тем не менее 35 п- ка работает и я считаю не плохо ...
Некомпетентные специалисты. Свекровь(пенсионерка) неделю с температурой, дикий кашель... Вызвали врача на дом...Пришла без ручки, без рецептов.... Хрипы в лёгких не услышала. (как потом сказали в справочной "к Вам приходил помощник, а не врач") Через 2 дня другой врач уже выписывал направление на госпитализацию(35% поражения) . Далее ситуация с больничным...Даже если у Вас отрицательный тест на корону закрывать его Вы придёте в инфекционное отделение. Потому что никто не хочет с Вами возиться. Даже если не болел короной - заболеешь. Очередь в 08.00 человек 70....
Работники справки ужас как хомят. Такое ощущение, что мы люди виноваты, что они там работают. Но аптека суппер!!!!!Работают там реально люди отличные!!!!
Всегда посоветуют, отнесутся с пониманием и уважением. Огромная редкость попасть к таким работникам. Моё Вам уважение!
В шоке от отношения девушки в приёмной главного врача. Да, это бесплатная поликлиника, но вежливость и воспитание никто не отменял.
Идентификационная карта- это не моя проблема, а сотрудников, которые не умеют с ней работать!
Поликлиника неплохая , мне как приезжей оценить сложно. Есть врачи внимательные, есть к сожалению и хамоватые. Как и везде очереди, путаница. Утром дозвониться конечно очень сложно
