We were lying with the child in the trauma center. It is very convenient that you do not sit in the waiting room with children for a long time. Special thanks for that. Very polite, pleasant doctors, nurses. Delicious food, excellent conditions, considering that you don't stay here to live. Only positive impressions after visiting this hospital.
The help was provided in a timely manner, the staff of the reception department behaved very politely, explained in detail where to go, how to be treated, took care, offered different ways of treatment. The doctor who did the dressing was also polite and caring.
The impression was spoiled by the doctor who did the X-ray. She spoke to me very rudely. Although I work with people myself, and I understand that you can get tired of all sorts of inadequacies, I do not allow myself rudeness with people. I communicated with all the doctors respectfully. But when I asked if I needed to remove the jewelry from my hand, whether it would prevent me from performing a high-quality X-ray (how would I, not a medic, know this), the doctor simply ignored me, and when I asked again, she rudely, in raised tones, answered me "put your hand down"... I do not know the name of this woman, but I really hope that she will reconsider her behavior and pay attention to how politely and professionally her colleagues work.
In general, this is not my first time in this hospital and everything has always been great. I have also received very positive feedback from my friends more than once, especially about the department of gynecology and obstetrics
The service at this hospital is simply disgusting. The young man was bleeding right in front of the medical staff, and no one took any emergency measures. He was never put on an IV, although his condition required immediate help. Doctors and nurses didn't seem to care about patients at all—the communication was rude, indifferent, as if they didn't care what happened to people. The queues were huge, they had to wait for hours, and medical care was provided carelessly. It feels like no one wants to work professionally here, and people are left to their own devices.
