I was lying with a one—year-old child in the third ward from 11/20/2024 - 11/26/2024, the doctors and nurses are excellent, they will help, tell and show everything. The food is delicious and a lot, even the child ate with pleasure.
But I'm removing the star in order to warn you, the nurses and food distributors are just tactless. They fly into the ward, open the door abruptly, shout at the whole ward, every day they knocked the child's sleep. During the distribution of lunch, behind two closed doors, I learned from the screams in the hallway which of them was on sick leave and some more details of interpersonal relations.
We were lying with an 8-month-old child in the 4th ward. There is no question about the doctor, Nikita Evgenievich reported everything promptly and clearly, thank him very much! There are no questions for the nurses either. But nurses and dispensers are a separate art form. On the first day in the hallway, they did not hesitate to shout about everything that did not suit them, saying they would have lunch first, and then go home and the like. In the evening, the child vomited, the doctor said to hold him in his arms for half an hour. A nurse came to tell me that I hadn't wiped the vomit off the floor myself (before that, I had wiped the vomit on the bed myself with the baby in my arms and a change of clothes was brought to me only upon request, and then after an hour and a half!). I went to the post to ask where to complain, but no one from the management was working on Saturday. In the evening at dinner, they told me "you'll starve for shouting," it killed me. And that was just the beginning.... I didn't see any point in going to the head if such a mess was going on in her department, but I had to inform the Ministry of Health's hotline. They did the same to my neighbor in the ward, and according to reviews, I see others have also experienced this. It's just terrible!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Procedural nurse of the 14th department, Tarasevich Maria Alekseevna, this is a professional in her field, no one has ever taken me so carefully, she puts catheters quickly and accurately- thank you so much for that
Attending physician: Kashkan Anfisa Mikhailova, answered all my questions, attentive, calm and responsive. There were many health problems, I did all the examinations, starting with an MRI scan and ending with consultations and transfer to the 2nd children's hospital (endocrinology department), it is not possible to get there, the queue is a year ahead.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the ward nurses Migai Valintina, Karina, Anna and Daria Zapotylok, who are attentive, sensitive and caring - treat patients like their children.
Regarding nutrition, everything is quite dietary, but you can eat it, and hospital food is not that tasty, but still. The rooms are clean, thanks a lot to the nurses for this hard work, Maria Vasilyevna and Tatiana .
