it's a pity to even put one star, it feels like the masters are holding scissors and a typewriter for the first time, and they did the haircut in just 5 minutes, well, where have you seen this? For that price, it's a terrible job. the attitude of the staff also corresponds to this assessment, because during the complaints about the work performed, the employee who did the haircut simply apologized for misunderstood work and went to the hall, where she began to complain about the client's account to other employees. and her "masterpiece" work was done by another master.

I came for a pedicure on 02/15/2025.
The master did the work very slowly. I spent 2 hours in the chair, after which the master told me that she did not have time to treat her heels.
The coating was a regular varnish, which I warned about during the recording.
The master stated that it does not work with ordinary varnish. Why would you take a job then?
After I saw the result of the work, I asked to remove this horror.
The service was not provided properly.
