They came to the barbershop for a men's haircut (the boy is 13 years old) with a request: short on the sides, leave long hair on top, showed an example: a photo of a haircut. One craftswoman said that she did not know how to cut such a haircut, asked to contact another male master, to which the master said that the boy's hair was not formed?! for such a haircut, the third craftswoman gave the phrase that her car's battery was dead. So we left, after waiting a good 40 minutes for this.
I would also like to draw the management's attention to the customer orientation of the barbershop – it leaves much to be desired.
Before this incident, they had their hair cut all the time at another barbershop (also a City of Beauty) there were no questions, they cut what we asked for and very well.

They always barely move, as if they worked all night at the factory and went on the day shift to this salon out of the blue.
There are unhappy admins at the reception, as they were pulled out of the 80s and 90s at the age of 25. But it's easier to discuss how some kind of "Dusi" is doing than to move around and serve visitors. In general, mothballs are in the air, it's terrible!

Diana is a wonderful master, she cuts my boys' hair not for the first time-she is always positive, we leave beautiful and in a great mood. I wish there were more such masters.
