Every year we stay with children in this hotel, arriving on the day of the city of Rudny, good breakfasts, clean linen, bathrobes and a tea set in the rooms. The hotel is cozy. The room was clean. We shot a standard for three, we were satisfied. Only the rooms, as far as we understand, are calculated for one person. Since most of the people here are on business trips. The price included breakfast (buffet). But again, it is designed for one, it was necessary to pay 5 thousand extra per person.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Rudny. The room is spacious, there is even a dressing room. There is a heater in the room, I turned it on for a couple of hours in the evening. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a kettle, water. Slippers, toiletries, including a disposable razor, are available. Among the disadvantages: lighting and sockets. Both are not enough, and not in the right places, for example, you will not be able to work with the light, and you will not be able to charge the phone on the bedside table. There is not much choice for breakfast, but there are pleasant features: millet porridge, pastries and desserts. There is a business lunch.

The hotel restaurant is worse than an ordinary canteen. We came for lunch, there were a lot of empty seats, we wanted to sit down at a table we liked, but we were told to move, although we saw that that table was not reserved by anyone. Why move, why? All the second courses are tasteless, over-dried horror: meat of 40 grams, mantas are constantly dry. At some point, we realized that there was a strain with the second courses, and we began to take only salads and soups, but we were not always lucky with them either: one day the portion is normal, and the other is less, then the meatballs in the soup are smelly. In general, there are questions about the menu: it is monotonous, some days they just change the names, but the dishes remain the same. Dried fruit compote can be prescribed in the menu, and currant compote will be brought, also diluted. Why work as a cook if you don't know how to cook delicious food.

There were moments with reception-the staff was simply absent at the time of the need to resolve the issue (perhaps I am too picky about a little pride). I lived on the 4th floor, in a spacious and comfortable room, a bathrobe, slippers, a set of towels that were changed daily....but, there is simply no shoe spoon (let me remind you, a 4-star hotel), a 32-diagonal TV is very small (think managers). The remote control is very "tired" and did not fully work out its functionality (channels were switched only in one direction))). Delicious cuisine with a normal choice at the buffet. With a little refinement, 5 stars are worthy))

They didn't even answer us like that!!! This reduces the score. The rooms are cleaned so-so. I had to remind you about it several times. They say they don't have time, but you walk by and hear the cleaners sitting and chatting among themselves. Shampoo is added only on request. The trash can is small and only in the bathroom. One plus is that two bottles of water are given every day. The rooms are all different, one is bigger than the other. Kondey blows in the face, then at the feet, where they hanged him.
Some grandmother comes to breakfast with her grandson and feeds her grandson constantly. Maybe the hostess's mom, it doesn't matter. And he leaves with a bag of fruits and yogurts. And at the same time they tell you that you can only take one per person. Is this normal? If there was another one, I would have gone there. And so, alas ... only the receptionists at the reception are well done, polite and tactful. They give you a ticket to a Georgian restaurant, like a discount.
