We've been there long enough. 15- 17 years ago. I really liked it. We got there by car, at night through the Cowberry shopping center. The roads are well maintained, the illuminated fir trees, the animal figures on the roadside rocks are very beautiful. The skiing is wonderful, there are a lot of trails, from the entry level to the World Cup level. We lived on the other side of the main hotel complex. The rooms are mini-mini, but everything is neat and what you need, including drying cabinets. One day, after an evening workout, we went down to the sports store and stayed for 30 seconds on the lift. Requests, persuasions, that didn't help with the small stuff. "Gypsy-gypsy" is quite harsh. It took 30-40 minutes to climb the pass on foot. But they descended, as in a fairy tale, along a freshly sunk slope without lighting....There's a notch in my memory. When we got down, we looked back at the remaining tracks and figured out: the Fins would go out on the slope in the morning, and there were already 2 Russian tracks.... Positive
Good service, good prices, and most importantly cool and varied slopes! Two gondolas and chairlifts. By the way, compared to Vuokatti, they get people to the top of the slope faster.
A great place for skiing. Trails for every taste. It's a pity that not all are open. Everything is very convenient- cafes, Parking. There are no queues for the lifts.
