We lived in May 2022. Caution! This is a really unsafe place. Before leaving the car in front of the hotel, they clarified at the reception whether it was safe. They replied, "Yes, no problem, there are cameras everywhere." My car was smashed on the night of 05.05 to 06.05 by vandals in the parking lot near the hotel, as well as several other cars with foreign plates on this and the next two nights - numbers Belarus, Ukraine. And this is in the parking lot of the hotel under the cameras! Torn mirrors, broken windshields. The hotel staff refused to contact the management until the end of the weekend (and contacted them on Friday morning) to ensure a refund for unused days in case of early departure. Not only were there no attempts on the part of the staff to help in any way in this situation, on the contrary, they tried to pretend as much as possible that nothing was happening and hid information about similar cases that occurred near this hotel at the same time (which we accidentally learned from the police on 08.05). Room service is limited to changing towels once a week. Toilet paper and soap were not delivered once during the week of stay.
