A new building, a huge lobby, a friendly reception, contact and competent doctors and even! although small, there is a free parking lot for patients around the corner (which is super cool considering the location of the medical center, especially for those who have to come for procedures every day, etc.). Accordingly, you can make an appointment with specialists literally day in, day out, or even get an appointment right when you come to the center. There is a brand new cool day hospital, which the same Lode does not have in principle and which literally saved me - I got on the first drip an hour after calling the center, despite the fact that two polyclinics and Nordin had wrapped me up before that. In general, without exaggeration, thanks to the universe for directing my eyes to the Horizon when I was already desperate not to die of pain. And thank you to Horizon for the quick, high-quality help, kindness and responsiveness. I have not compared it, but for some reason I am sure that the prices in the Horizon are not as biting as in others. Before that, I went to the Lode, but the Horizon is now a priority, although there are still disadvantages in it, apparently related to the recent opening of the center (start the elevator! 🙂).

The reception turned out to be on the 2nd floor, there are no signs to it. There is a huge hall on the ground floor, it is unclear why it could not be placed there. In general, it's pretty, clean.

There was always a detailed consultation, you could ask all the questions you were interested in and get detailed information on them. But as it turned out, not all doctors work like that here. After visiting a dentist-surgeon, O. V. Mekhevich came out with mixed feelings. I was consulted about the installation of the implant. During the conversation, I started asking questions of interest to me, to which I received an answer, I DO NOT DO THIS, AND IF YOU NEED INFORMATION, READ ABOUT IT ON THE INTERNET. Even if the payment for the service was not large 25p. 63k., but to go home after the doctor with the wishes of studying information via the Internet is too much.

I have not met a more gloomy, unfriendly and just stone doctor for a long time. After the examination, she made a mistake by contacting her daughter about the payment (127 rubles). The daughter, of course, went to the cashier. To my remark that I should have made the payment myself, she replied: "Figure it out for yourself." Probably, the doctor does not understand that she does not have the right to get involved in solving such issues. My relationship with my daughter deteriorated, as did the overall impression of this center.

They never warn you about preparing for a study, you need to find out everything yourself on the Internet. But let's say it's the patient's responsibility to write it down in a calendar and find out about their procedures. But why is there always such a long wait at the reception when you expect to be marked and given a ticket? They are very slow to accept, busy with their own affairs. The last time I came, there was no one in front of me. As a result, I waited five minutes because they were chatting and giggling among themselves. She came up and asked if they could mark me, then the girl said she hadn't called me. Well, it's more important to laugh together. I come here for my considerable money, and this is a very strange attitude.

I did an ECG of the heart to the center for a fee, the device is old, the suction cups are old, they have been doing everything on a patch (or something similar to it) for a long time, the device broke down on me, they put "experiments", they rearranged the suction cups, as a result, hematomas all over the chest, horror! It's scary to look at yourself. The initial one was done by a very old woman, I'm not even sure that she is a doctor in the office, because another specialist was already doing it again.
Everything is on a first-come, first-served basis, you can't sign up.
For the same amount, you can be examined at another center at a convenient time for you, without incident!
I would not recommend the center.

I passed the driver's commission. One of the advantages compared to 5 years ago: you do not need to get certificates from dispensaries yourself. They made a new beautiful hall and rebranded, but the business processes were not finalized: she went to the center at 10.50, left at 12.30 without a certificate, there was no time to wait for her signature. That is, you will have to go again. Why is it taking so long? A combination of many circumstances. They could have been avoided if the processes had been clearly worked out, if patients had not climbed to the reception at the wrong time, delaying examinations by commission. If there were more flexible staff at the reception: while they were dealing with the terminal and the client with the card, they could have taken cash payment from me, etc. There are no complaints about doctors. Well, in any case, this is an alternative to the 24th, but also as lucky in time. It is a pity, because it is to such a center that you go for the opportunity to manage your time.

The best doctors, the best clinic. Even though I am only 26 years old, I am already a sick person, I have lived everywhere, I think I have been to many Minsk medical centers and there are no doctors anywhere who will tell everything in fact and send me for the necessary examinations.
Especially Tatiana Bekasova is an amazing doctor. Once she just saved me by being sensitive (other doctors sent me to a mental hospital, but it turned out that progesterone was elevated and because of this I was on my nerves).
