It's a terrible hotel. Upon check-in, they did not announce that there is no hot water. The towels smell of dirt and mildew. There was one glass and one socket in the 2-bed room (photo attached). The furniture is shabby, the floor was varnished in the distant 90s..... you need to use slippers (((. Breakfast is a separate conversation. Buckwheat with fried chicken legs, bread with mold,in a plate with sliced (cheese, butter, ham)There was a huge fly lying there 🤮
Convenient location, city center, friendly staff, but five stars for a specific room on the sixth floor, a two-room suite with air conditioning and all the amenities for life.
Checked in at 4 a.m., thanks. Centre. The rest: a state guest house with a remon frozen in the 90s. I haven't seen such "TVs" for 25 years. Mattresses and bed linen are quite enough. The casino and bar in the basement were not visited. They did not dare to have breakfast, you can do it on the neighboring streets, in quite decent cafes.
The hotel will be convenient for those who stay in the city for 2-3 days, a small fee, but if you are going to live there for some time, it is better to choose a more expensive hotel, but what do you think? 🤔
I've never seen a worse hotel in my memory. There was dirt everywhere in our room on the 7th floor. The bedspread was doused with something, the carpets on the floor were dirty with debris stuck on, there was a giant dirty stain on the curtain, as if splashed on it, parquet with large cracks stuffed with dirt, bed linen with stains. We tried to turn on the TV, the channels are not configured. Bathroom floor tiles from the 60s! Towels are not of the first freshness. Of the advantages, only the presence of hot water (and that is mixed up in the mixer, there was hot water in blue, cold water in red). WiFi only worked if you were standing at the front door. It is impossible to fall asleep with the window open, because there is constant noise from the road. The rooms on the other side of the corridor were undergoing renovation work. I hope someone will be lucky enough to live in normal conditions in this hotel.....
We stopped by on 21.07
It was impossible to stay in the first room that we were given: the furniture is falling apart, the mattress on one of the beds is already 10 cm thick, there is no interior in the door locks. The painting was complemented by picturesque splashes of blood on the walls. They asked to change the number.
In the second, the furniture did not fall apart, but the handle to the bathroom fell apart. The same blood, only in smaller volumes. There are flies and beetles in all the ceiling lights, insects live both in the bathroom and in the room itself, some of them even bite.
He lived on the 9th floor. In the evening, before 24.00, the backlight turns on, which hits directly into the windows, it is impossible to sleep. But it's dark in the corridors, it's good if 1 light bulb is turned on for the entire length. During the rain, the upper floor floats, there is a huge puddle in the foyer, the carpet in the corridor squishes underfoot like a swamp. There is no cleaning, even after my instructions that it would be time to clean - two weeks have passed! - everything was done very mediocre. The day before departure, all surfaces were covered with a thick layer of dust, on which you can leave a message to the management of this "wonderful" institution. The bed linen has not been changed once during the entire stay.
We stayed for two days in room 614. 4 people. The room is clean, spacious, and odorless. There is WiFi. There's a problem with breakfast. Therefore, we ate next to each other in a cafe. By the way, it is not expensive and delicious. It's called "prospect."
I thank this hotel for hosting me and it was not very expensive.
But the room is cold, there are no dishes, a kettle can be given at the reception, if there is, it may not be. The TV of the last century, but it really worked this time. Water does not always reach the upper floors. But there is more good than bad . therefore 3 and not 2.
The hotel is tired, renovated in the mid-90s. There are no air conditioners. The food is a canteen and not the best. But no one has been poisoned in two weeks, and that's a plus.
This is not a hotel - it's a nightmare!!!! We stopped by, we were settled. I went into the room and I was horrified. There's trash under the bed, dust all around. The floors are creaking, falling through, the beds are creaking, the linen is stained, the carpets are old. I ran out of water. I go down from the 8th floor to the reception to ask where the coolers are. And the receptionist says to me, "But there are no coolers." What???? A 3-star hotel with no coolers. I went to the store and bought some water. I want to drink tea, I go to the reception to ask for a kettle, and they tell me that there are no kettles. Naturally, I screamed and immediately found a kettle. But words cannot express what he was like... It's covered in plaque, you can't heat anything there. I'm taking it to the reception, they yelled at me. Room cleaning is just a horror. The cleaner came and asked if you need to change the trash and towels, I say yes. She says, we take out a dirty bag and take it out into the corridor, here's a clean bag for you, put it on. I threw clean towels, I didn't even take the dirty ones. What kind of self-service? Maybe I should also wash the floors myself? There is one jacket closet in the room. The corridor is not illuminated. There's a pack of drunks living across from us girls. There is no microwave!!!!!! There is nowhere to eat. Some kind of lousy bar-restaurant that has nothing to eat. You eat, and 3 meters away from you, grown men smoke, drink, and play billiards. The waiters are stone-faced. They didn't even give me a menu! Well, it's just a nightmare, I'm sorry. Do not check into this hotel. You can move into the neighboring Mariinsky called. The same money. And I wouldn't give this hotel a star....
It feels like the hotel has migrated from the Soviet era to our time, for all these years there has not been a single renovation. We have not seen plumbing fixtures and faucets of this quality anywhere! The only plus for breakfast.
Sovdepovskaya hotel, there is no one door in the shower, instead there is a curtain, splashes fly to the floor, there is no rug in the bathroom, there are no towels for feet, there is shampoo and disposable soap, there is no hair dryer, a kettle at the reception desk, a mini fridge, a TV, but in some rooms there are few outlets. The elevator can't handle a lot of people, a maximum of 5 people, and goes back and forth. Breakfast at the hotel is not a buffet: sausages and omelets, sandwiches. Other times, rice with chicken, salad, sandwiches.
March 29, 23. Check-in is fast, there are pleasant employees at the counter and these are all advantages. Now the cons: the corridor on the 8th floor is not illuminated, the bathroom is dark, the shower is broken, the water does not leave the sink. The room was not cleaned - someone else's socks by the radiator. They were not allowed to have breakfast, although they promised in the evening (they had a group of 60 drunks who did not let the whole hotel sleep all night - the whole breakfast went to them).
1 the staff could have been more polite
2 unsanitary conditions : the bathroom is dirty, there is no ventilation (the decoy is glued), the shower cabin is in mold
3 one lamp without a lampshade
4 the view from the window is not bad
A good hotel. I have been staying for more than 5 years. friendly staff. the rooms match the price. the lowest prices in the city. it is always clean and cozy
The rooms are spacious, clean, there are no complaints about the shower either, the rooms are cool, but you can ask the reception to add temperatures of both heat and water. Generally:quiet, calm and cozy) the only thing is that there is decent audibility near the door, what is going on in the corridor, and so very much)
We ran into some kind of captive, boorish porter. Everything had to be pulled out with ticks. He gave incorrect information about parking lots (does not orient himself in space). Instead of a room for two, I settled in a room with a double bed, but with a set of linen and accessories for one. There is an announcement that the restaurant is open from 7.00 a.m. In the morning we learned that it works only on pre-orders. We flew by with breakfast. But everything is clean.
Greetings from the 90s. The equipment and interior are definitely from there.
There's rust in the toilet and centipedes on the floor. Two towels for 2 adults.
The employees are absolutely not customer-oriented, the price does not correspond to reality.
Unfortunately, the rest of the vacation spots were occupied and we had to stay here for the first and last time.
Tourists from Russia took apartments, the most expensive room. We stayed for 1.5 days. The first shift at the reception said that payment is possible only for 2 days, upon eviction they said that it was possible and returned some of the money.
The wifi doesn't work at all. On the third floor, the food is already catching and disconnecting.
The heating is weak. They were freezing. The temperature in the rooms was 18-19.
There were 4 of us, we were given 2 bathrobes and two towels. They asked for more - they said it was not provided. But the request to give a knife is the same.
There is no food, just look for cafes nearby, fortunately there are many of them. There is no kettle in the room.
The interior is average, there are sockets everywhere. I can't hear the neighbors.
Hot water on schedule.
No cleaning was done.
In one word, it's bad. The carpet in the room is from the 70s, and all the furniture and a refrigerator. The TV from the 90s, although kinescope, but a color image (though not on all channels). I won't stay there anymore. There is one advantage - it's the price, and even the location in the city center.
A Soviet-style hotel, for an average room 54 rubles, but it's not worth it. They moved into an untidy room, went to the reception and said about it, they still made me guilty, they didn't even let me say a word. I used to live, but there was no such relationship. Yes, of course they moved to another room, but the mood was spoiled
Rooms are a grandmother's option. The intourist Hotel. As built, so left
The service is disgusting, the linen is changed once every 6 days.
The staff is friendly and polite enough
Economy rooms are so economical that it is better to spend the night on a bench under the hotel
It smells better there
The hotel is located in the center, you will not be able to sleep with the window open (they scream under the windows all night)
I do not recommend it!!!
I was in room 611. There is one outlet in the room and only for the TV. The lighting is very dim in the room. It's problematic to read something; there's just not enough brightness.
There are no questions about the room, for this money the rooms are very decent and clean. The only thing that killed me was that I couldn't do the only thing I expected-get enough sleep. Between the rooms, as in many such Soviet buildings, there are locked doors that allow sounds, smells, etc. to pass very well. And so two local young men and a friend were settled in the next room at about two in the morning. The effect of presence is complete, cultural enrichment with music, glass ringing, smoke, conversations and other interesting things. I won't share the fascinating details of their personal lives, but it was simply impossible to sleep in the room. The administration did not ignore the complaints, but they did not go anywhere, and it did not work out, so minus 2 stars.
Sovdepovskaya hotel. The room turned out to have broken fasteners in the bathroom (there is no attachment for the shower head, the soap holder was constantly falling off, the water from the shower cabin was slowly leaving, the toilet was wobbling). At the same time, delicious breakfasts, convenient location in the city. WiFi is present
It was very cold in the room, even when the floor was covered with a blanket. There was a piece of someone's hair in the bathtub drain, it was disgusting even to put your feet in there. It is clear that the room had not been cleaned for a long time (there was a lot of dirt on the carpet and floor), there was a bag of contraceptives next to the bed. You can hear everything very well, what is going on behind the wall and especially behind the door. It feels like this door doesn't exist at all.

We got there in mid-April when it was a maximum of 8 degrees outside in the afternoon, the rooms had no heating or hot water in the shower, so the rooms are just hell. Old oblique curved doors that barely open with a crunch, creak, locks work every other time, the room is smoky to the point of impossibility, the furniture is killed in horror, not a single whole element, all the crooked oblique is wobbling, falling apart, creaking, crunching, the bed has collapsed, just propped up from below with anything, one of the three sockets is working, the light bulbs are also not that's all, the benefit of working plumbing is the only +, BUT!!! Just huge, but there is no heating on the street in the evening at 3-4 degrees, there is no hot water in the shower, there are no kettles, the administrator did not have a kettle either, somehow it is simply not possible to warm up, then the work of the administration, they did not listen to us at all and ignored our requests in every possible way, as it turned out there was no hot water in several rooms in one of the wings of the building, and they refused to move us to rooms with hot water until the last, as a result, from 18 to 24 hours they repaired the water for us, and in every possible way ignored the fact that all this time we had to sit in our jackets in the rooms and even freeze so much, we tried to move out. But it was late and it was possible to check into the nearest hotels only the next day. As a result, we got out of there in the morning, having seen enough of the negative attitude of the administrator. AND THE MOST INTERESTING THING IS WHERE DOES THIS INSTITUTION GET 3 STARS, HOW, FOR WHAT AND WHY????? At the same time, the funniest thing is that the price tag for the rooms is almost the same as in good wonderful hotels in the neighborhood.
We rented a room for two.
They didn't give me any slippers at all.
A set of towels was given only for one person (for legs, for face, for body). There is no kettle. The battery in the room is slightly warm. Hot water is supplied by certain hours.
There is water running in the shower from the top floor. The TV is not working...
anyway... Full horizon...
disappointed. Obviously, we will not stop there anymore.
The standard room is a horror of the 70s. Even the TV is kinescope. The bathroom has tiles from that war. The bed linen is clean. In general, it is not very pleasant.
On July 17, 2021, we used the services of the Horizon Tour Tourist and Excursion Center and went on a tour of the Kossovo and Ruzhan museums. It was just a great tour, I really liked it, it was very informative. There are so many beautiful places where we visited for the first time. A lot of positive emotions, I highly recommend it. The organization is just great. Thanks to the head of the BPiE Lutsevich Elena Viktorovna, and also a huge thank you to our guide Yarosh Natalia Alexandrovna, who shared her inexhaustible knowledge of our region throughout our trip. The man is absolutely in his place. If you will travel with her, then you will be very lucky.
A Soviet-era hotel in the very center of the city.
Cold, smoky suite, barely warm water.
But the room was extended without extra charge, the staff is very pleasant and polite.
The hotel is terrible, but no one breaks it, they immediately warned about all the nuances. For lack of choice, I just had to move in there
It's just a horror, not a hotel! Upon check-in, I asked for a kettle, they said no, I asked where I could get boiling water, they said we don't know. In the room, even the garbage was not removed from the previous tenants, it was still standing under the door. The drain in the shower is clogged. There was hair in the towels. The bed linen did not inspire confidence either, there were crumbs on the sheet. It's better to overpay a little and rent another hotel.
The room stock is very old, there is no spare room. There is a large parking lot, but it is paid. There is 1 set of towels in a double room, but a second one will be provided upon request)
There are quite a lot of impressions)
The first is the rowdy neighbors, who can be heard sooo well.
The second was disgusting heating, the temperature in the room did not exceed 19 degrees
And the third thing is the lack of cold water, the reception shows the turn-on schedule, but even at this time, only ice water.
And the rest is an ordinary Soviet guest house.
