I hear every day about the high technology of our city, but I just can't understand why, having a purchased travel card in my pocket (for the only transport in the western district, trolleybus # 7, (I go to a ZIP every day, the Sosnovaya-ZIP route)), for 36 rubles, I often (and I'm not the only one) I walk from the Sosnovaya stop to the Shopping Ring to transfer to any other trolleybus...? I walk in the heat, I walk in the frost, I walk in the rain. I have a question! !Why? How much longer?
As a resident of Gomel, I want to get an answer to a completely logical question!
Today, on 12/14/2024, from the cinema October stop, towards the Chemical Plant, judging by the schedule indicated at the stop (Thanks for the new modern, convenient schedule at the stops of our city!!!) and on the gorelekrotransport website! Three trolleybuses were supposed to leave:
7a at 13:30
7. at 13:41
7a at 13:52
They didn't come.To my question to the dispatcher, "What is going on, has the 7th route been canceled at all?" I got the answer: "It can't be that three didn't arrive, only two didn't arrive. What do you want from me the trolleybuses are breaking down"
Apparently, in the understanding of the dispatcher, this is the norm, only two trolleybuses did not arrive.
I do not know how for the rest of those gathered with me at this time at the bus stop, but for me this is not the norm. It's not the norm to stand in the cold for 30 minutes and wonder if the next one will arrive. It is not the norm to stomp on foot, having a travel card.
If we have such an acute problem with the lack of transport from year to year (these cases are constant, the Western district of dreams (its name is because of these problems with transport))and you, like us, need a new transport (additional).Maybe you should contact the city administration, the mayor of Gomel? And solve this problem on another level? Or does this require our collective appeal from the residents of the Western microdistrict? I'm sure the time has long come for this!
I am more than sure that the residents of my hometown, and even more so the whole district, will not mind, but they will be glad to help the residents of the same city, if this requires cutting, reducing or even giving up one or two (if it helps) from the expensive New Year's illumination of our city!

For the 2nd time I have been raising a question to the management of Gorelpktrotransport in Gomel, but NO ONE cares about the work of drivers on the route. In this case, I got through to the dispatcher of the 2nd trolleybus park and tried to bring the dispatcher service employee to the management of the 2nd park. And the fact was that from stop to stop IT was IMPOSSIBLE to buy a ticket from the driver of the trolleybus route 7A, because THE EARS WERE PLUGGED with telephone headphones.
