To be honest, it was difficult to imagine remote collaboration. Collecting documents is a serious matter, but everything turned out to be better than I expected. The attitude towards me as a client was top notch. The lawyers kept us informed of the entire process and answered questions when I wanted to clarify something. The work was done more than perfectly — first, the search for documents in the archives, translations, notary seals, apostille and personal support. 5 points for the result.

Hello, I applied to this company in 2021, paid 6,000 euros at that time for filing, plus the cost of a train of about 2,000 euros, today is April 7, 2025, my case was considered on December 19, 2024. There may have been a document requery that was sent to gootoeu. And then it got worse, the company dynamited me and for 5 months they couldn't figure out who was doing my business. They write that they will call you back or contact you within 5 months, the money is paid and everything else does not respond in any way and dynamite, they do not respond to calls and messages. I decided to write about it, and I regretted contacting them 100 times, I still pay the money on credit (((( Although there were other offers. All payments and correspondence have been saved, and I confirm any information on this issue. Draw conclusions and carefully select only trusted companies. I'm sorry for the money and time that I wasted on all this.
